I honestly never liked those STOMP figures...even know. Most of the scans were awful by BCA standards, the bodies were too hard plastic, and it was just a ridiculous concept to be honest. I had an Owen for quite awhile (MOC) but decided to part with it, considering there are much better BCA Owen figures out there. Speaking of, I need to track down the "Black Heart" owen, and apparently my "Nation" Owen went missing, so that too. I never really liked the STOMP figures either. I had a few of them, but the only ones I ever really used were Brian Pillman and Marc Mero. Pillman was Intercontinental champion a few times in my fed, and he teamed up with Sid and they ruled my federation for awhile, with Pillman holding the Intercontinental Title, Sid holding the World Title, and both holding the Tag Titles. I think I put them together because they were both a little crazy and it worked really well with Pillman being the teams speed and Sid being power. I used the STOMP Marc Mero as a jobber, I think I called him Max Muscle after the guy in WCW that used to hang out with DDP. Oooh and for those looking forward to seeing the black shirt on black tights Hitman....I can't find him. I guess he was one that I sold last year. That may have been mine that you saw Chicago. Was he part of a lot or was he by himself?

Speaking of Misfits, how did everyone manage without The Oddities? I know that another company made ICP figures that might be in scale with the BCA figures, but no luck on a Golga or Giant Silva. I have those ICP figures around here somewhere and if i remember right they were not in scale

Was he part of a lot or was he by himself? I don't know if it was, because I saw the listing earlier on this summer. It was pictured with another Bret (I think Series 2) but the auctions were split into two. It definitely sold, but only for a few bucks. Sucks about those ICP figures since I would've considered buying them. But, yeah, Kurrgann was the only one besides Luna's Grudge Match figure which could represent The Oddities. Kaientai is another group that really should have had an exclusive boxed set or 2-packs to have in the line.

Looking back in that era of the BCA I was trying to think of WWE guys who were wrestling at the time that never got a figure made of them, and the only name that really pops out is Scott "Too Hot" Taylor from the Too Much era. It wouldn't have been too hard to have made him, could have used Too Sexy's body and just had a Scotty head for it. I am shocked Jakks never made him actually, because Too Much were definitely well into being a tag team during that time frame.

Others to throw in the pot:
Matt and Jeff Hardy Farooq and Bradshaw as The Acolytes Mideon (formerly Phineas I. Godwinn) Pat Patterson/Gerald Brisco Bart Gunn The Blue Meanie The Mean Street Posse Prince Albert Crash Holly (excluding the Backlash Series Hardcore Holly with Crash's face on the insert) Chris Jericho An updated Chyna; Ivory and Tori, too
If the line had continued for another year into 2000, we might have gotten Davey Boy Smith (again), Kurt Angle, Rikishi Phatu, Chris Benoit, Perry Saturn, Eddie Guerrero, Dean Malenko, and maybe even the cream of the crop, Meat.
Others from various years -
The Bodydonnas Edge and Christian (as a team) The Dudley Boyz The Smoking Gunns Doug Furnas/Philip LaFon Chainsaw Charlie (previously mentioned, I know, along with Giant Silva and Golga) Los Boricaus (Miguel Perez Jr., Jose Estrada Jr., Jesus Castillo) Scott Putski Sniper (from The Truth Commission) Leif Cassidy Brakus (was rumored for a Slammers Series figure, believe it or not) Fake Razor/Fake Diesel (easy custom here lol) Pantera 1-2-3 Kid (rumored for Superstars Series 1, but I'm pretty sure Goldust replaced him after Waltman left for WCW)

Youtube results - www.youtube.com/results?search_query=wwf+pantera&aq=fWikipedia - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pantera_(wrestler)Yeah, he was involved with the WWF's Light Heavyweight division for a while from 1997-98 and challenged champion Taka Michinoku at No Way Out 1998. I've seen his name rumored before for the BCA line, but I doubt there was any substance to it. He probably would have been in the Slammers Series, too, if he had been released, but he wasn't with the WWF very long.

Here is a pic of one member of ICP (i can't find the other). The only reason HBK is in the pic is to show scale.

Thanks a lot for that.
I don't care much for ICP in general, but I would have bought those figures had they been in scale with the BCA figures.
It's really unfortunate that the process took so long for Jakks to receive the okay on a wrestler until the time the figure reached store shelves. If 1-2 months could've been cut off, I'm sure we would have had more debut figures in the BCA line.
An Oddities 4-pack would've been great (Kurrgann/Golga/Giant Silva/Luna), even without ICP involved.

I think it looks pretty cool. Don't know if it's a custom or what.

considering there's a pink on pink Bret there too, I'd assume someone switched some parts and made two customs

No, the all pink Bret is legit (Hart vs. Hart Family Feud 2-pack with Owen), but the all black figure is a custom.
Although, that one could be a custom, too, but the shades look to be from the 2-pack figure.
The black is not as good of a fit, in my opinion, but it still looks good. I wouldn't do it unless I had two extra Brets to break apart or if I was buying it from a reliable person, but it's nice to know that it is possible/has been done before.
That's not the exact picture I saw, but it could have been from the same seller; the one I saw was a much smaller image of the Series 2 Bret laying next to it and that pic was used for two listings - one for Series 2 and the other for the custom.
It's a shame Jakks never tried the Survivor Series 1996 attire with orange trim; they had a full year to get it done and, if at all scheduled right, the first ever boxed set with HBK, Goldust, and the green Warrior could have been it.
Of course, they also could have made Shawn in his Summerslam 1996 black attire in the exclusive 2-pack with Vader to keep the exclusive repaint train rolling along, but all we got were re-releases of their Series 2 figures. They definitely missed the boat on that one.

Did anyone ever notice that Rocky Maivia's first figures made him look like he had a gray complexion?? Like really, he didn't look white, or black in his figures, he looked pretty much gray. Upgrading to a newer version of The Rock for his figure was a must for me!!

My favorite figure of the Rock was from the Coperation series where he had the full color bull tattoo on his arm. I used that figure for interviews and things like that.
I remember buying a box set at K-Mart (i think) that had a rock in it with the bull on the back of his tights (it was a repaint of the one that came with Owen in the 2 Tuff series). There were no other figures in the box set just the Rock. Does anyone remember this?

Had to have been this: I don't know if I've ever seen a loose pic of it with the Brahma Bull tattoo on the back of his trunks. If anyone has it, please share.
