Whats the deal with Best of 98' Chyna picture on the box? It looks so odd, like it's exactly the same as the figure almost like the edited a picture of the figure to look more human. I think that's just a really good quality reference photo. Makes you appreciate the figure sculpt even more. Seeing all these modern takes on BCA figures......man....if Mattel ever decided to create a sub-series of BCA style figures I'd go broke. I miss collecting these guys! It's probably more likely that we'd see a tribute to the classic Series 1 carding before we'd see actual BCA body types. That would be a challenge to replicate the look and feel of the original BCAs. If it's anything like their attempt at Retros, I know I would be on board with it initially and would do my best to support the effort. But if I'm being honest, I would much rather have a 3 & 3/4" style than any other. BoneCrunchingCustomsWith all of the work you've done on it, I don't think there's any doubt that Faarooq is your best work yet. That likeness is almost life-like, it's scary. That's what I imagine a 2021 BCA figure SHOULD look like if that style were still the standard (minus any added articulation), but I don't believe any company would go to those lengths to achieve that result. There's never been a better BCA Faarooq custom in my eyes, except for maybe your Acolytes figures.  |

Chicago Damn dude, thanks for the encouraging words! A new BCA line would be so awesome but I agree that it's unlikely to happen. Rusty what color of paint did you use for Faarooq? I never really liked the original figure. I may have to fix it up now! Looks awesome! |

im beyond excited....in a few days ill be receiving a package from ebay containing the BCA "Skull" figure
its the last one i needed to complete my 1-of-every-guy BCA collection!

You're lookin' at the real deal now!   I hated the arm choices for the D'Lo figures so I finally got around to painting DOA arms to replace them. Also, I can't unsee Bobby Roode in the first D'Lo headsculpt so I hollowed out the hat and used the Breakdown head. I like it better. Just preference I suppose. You better recognize!  Nation of Domination (Rocky looks so bad lol)  |

They never did a good rock bca. I love the first version the most due to being able to do his finishers. I ended up doing a full head to toe repaint.

Here are some formulas I was working with. The legs are a combination of the series 5 Rocky lower legs and the fully loaded Rock thighs. I still need to match the paints and get a couple more sets of Shotgun Rockys for the legs, arms and trunks with the logos.  |

Top left will be early Nation Rocky with the Shotgun arms, trunk and lower legs. Bottom right will be early '98 Nation Rock from when he usurped Faarooq as leader. |

The head is from the new ultimate edition Rock. The paints are the same I used for Faarooq, just a different mixture, took a couple tries to get it to match close enough. |

Goldust with gold Intercontinental title strap. I might have made it too dark so I may re-paint it when I get some gold paint. This was a custom mix that darkened too much after was dried and sealed.  |

Finished Nation leader Rock so now have all incarnations on NOD complete. I didnt include Ahmed Johnson because that both suck and only lasted a few weeks.  New tattoo and logo  Comparison shots  |
