BoneCrunchingCustoms Great job repainting the Mankind head! I just recently saw someone use the Cactus head on a Series 3 body and thought how cool that would’ve looked in a 2-pack with HHH. Also agree on his BCA scar being the best representation. That’s another area where different shades of color could lead to a nightmare for BCA completionists. I forgot to mention my favorite BCA Austin on the last page! For me, it’s always been a toss up between Off The Mat and the Bad to the Bonz repaint in black jorts (or “Iceman” as he was known in my childhood fed). I think most of the reason why I favor that sculpt is because it’s just fun to play with. I have more fond memories of using it than the various other Austins. I was never crazy about the t-shirt and jeans or ring gear versions - they all felt either too big or too small. The upper body isn’t jacked beyond belief, so it’s entirely believable for Austin, and the legs move really well. Definitely the best for delivering kicks to the gut, and beatdowns in general.

Chicago That would look great, I actually have a couple Cactus heads and an extra mask I could do that with! After what has literally been about 2 years, I may have finally finished this. Oddly, making a Waylon Mercy was one of the main reasons I took a shot at customizing about 2 years ago. White is easily the absolute worst color to try and get coverage with (yellow is right up there too) so his pants were always a problem. I used cadian fleshtone for his tan and I like how that looks compared to what I originally did.

Any chance you would consider repainting a series 2 Ultimate Warrior to look more like the prototype from the packaging? Your work is impeccable, I would be interested in one for my own collection  |

It was one of those BCA’s that looked great in box and always seemed to be a high price. One day maybe I’ll try and grab one, never owned an Owen Hart figure before. |

If you have an Ultimate Warrior to play around with I can reimburse you with another for the one you customize! I'd have to find the decals and see if I can torso crack the series 2 Warrior. The series 1 and 2 plastic seems alot more brittle than the ones that came after. |

Scott! Thanks Scott! It's mainly the laces that I dislike. I will redo them. My white paint was a bit wonky because I was literally scraping the bottom of the barrel!

These awesome ring skirts from N8 @ringskirts on twitter really bring the Attitude ring to life! I also have the Raw Is War one and I'd love to get a complete set of 96-98 skirts. I'd def recommend them for your rings to legitimize them.   |

I love how BCA's look scale wise in the Hardcore ring as opposed to the "Monster" ring. I had both, and I loved playing with my TTL's & RA's in the monster Ring and my small BCA's and R3's in the Hardcore Ring. I'll never understand how anyone at Jakks didn't see how small they were in that ring before approving it. They felt tiny! |
