In honor of the MIB Titan Tron Live stage I bought on eBay earlier this week, here is an unusual photo of a BCA Stone Cold standing where the debut TTL Vince McMahon is normally seen. It comes from the back of the Raw Is War #2 boxed set, pictured below, which was released toward the end of the BCA line. As far as I know, all prototype images of the Titan Tron Live stage on other BCA and TTL cards features the Vince McMahon figure wearing a gray suit. It's just...why a random BCA Stone Cold?!

I like that picture of Austin. It's like they went to his ranch and just snapped a picture of him mid-hunt.

Im loving that idea, can you take some notes on how to make some of the guys you are creating? IE: body part choices, move set, ect. actually I'm getting most of my ideas from caws.ws/svr2006/ . I use their blueprints for the wrestlers and movesets, and then tweak them to my liking. I've got tons of caws made for SmackDown vs Raw 2006, its my favorite game of the SmackDown series. But they have caws for the other years too.

Good job. I really like this Kane. I think the likeness is much better than how Jakks released him, thanks to the torso. Are those Kane's arms and legs? I glued Kanes hands and feet to Kurgen , after i cut them off of the original Kane .I got the idea from ellisd's kane . I also plan on making a Hogan some time like his but a little different.

Did the Austin in camo come in a single pack as well?
I remember playing with that Austin figure all the time but i never remember buying the box set.

Yeah, Austin was released on a similar Raw Is War singles card.
I could've swore that there was a Special Edition series figure, but I checked and there is no such thing.
And I knew that's why I didn't recognize Kane's arms lol. Those look too ripped for any figure besides Kurgann's mold.

Awesome. I'm like Chicago, I knew the arms looked too ripped to be the Jakks Kane arms, but knew those were the Kane hands. Glad I could help inspire you

I can't imagine this hasn't been asked before in the thread, but here it goes:
Do you prefer the smaller BCA figures from up to Series 5 or the generally larger ones that came after that until the end of the BCA line?
There is a difference in a lot of the newer parts that were introduced sometime in 1998, but can anyone think where it all began when BCA figures became thicker?

I liked the smaller figures actually. I always used Series 4 Steve Austin as my Austin figure, and I had like 3 of the newer style ones with his bulky muscle body. I actually used one of those Austin figures as "Goldberg" and had him come into the WWE and get destroyed by Austin, of course.
Shamrock's Series 5 figures I liked more than his bulky new Series 8 body. The only figure that made sense to get bigger like that was Triple H. His Series 4 body was always just too small, and when the Series 6 figure of his came out, I was in heaven and had to get it. Once I got it, Triple H became a World Champion too, I just couldn't push him with that skinny body figures of Series 4.
So I really think it comes down to the guy itself, if you want him to have a bigger body or the smaller one.

I guess for the most part I liked the smaller ones better. I did switch to the bulkier Austin, but I think it was because I liked the new face sculpt and the leg design with the shorter boots. I liked the bigger Shamrock, but I hated the repainted Ahmed Johnson legs. I hated ever figure that they used those legs on. (Ahmed, Shamrock, Rock, Austin, HHH) They have huge thighs and little ankles, and never bent right.
This is off topic, but my favorite torso for the BCA's was the Billy Gunn torso. It worked so well with every figure. It made Sid look big and powerful, but could also work for a guy smaller than Sid. This torso was used on my favorite Edge figure, the one that was showed earlier from the Backlash series.

That Mankind ref figure is one of the best BCA figures I've "seen." I don't own it but I'd love to.

I much preferred the smaller ones, generally. They kept using that weird Ahmed Johnson bootmold for people towards the end. And every Edge but 1 or 2 had the thigh-padded Triple H pants with the molded belt, I always hated that, and stuck with my Signature Series 3 one since at least the legs were better. I know they released an AWESOME Edge in the Backlash line, though. Easily his best BCA.
Speaking of Signature Series 3 Edge, wasn't that his rookie figure? I know it's either that one or Superstars 7. The Signature Series one had his original logos and not the "Edge" design.

I remember the Edge from Series 7 had Billy Gunn legs actually. For anyone that has it, take a look and you can see they used the Billy Gunn leg mold for Edge for that figure, before going over to the Triple H leg mold, which yes, did have that stupid patch on the inside of his thigh area like Triple H had.

I'm envious, but I don't know if I could keep track of that many lol. So, who would have liked another Perfect 10 boxed set? Everyone knows about that TRU exclusive set with the Billy Gunn repaint and nine other re-releases, but has anyone heard of this rumor before? It was never made, but there may or may not have been a second Perfect 10 set proposed with a kids sized Intercontinental belt included. Here is the lineup: Billy Gunn (2 Tuff Series 5 re-release) D'Lo Brown (Break Down: In Your House Series re-release) Edge (Signature Series 4 re-release w/o signature) Godfather (DTA Tour Series 3 re-release) HHH (Fully Loaded Series 1 re-release) Jeff Jarrett (2 Tuff Series 5 repaint with blue trim on trunks) Ken Shamrock (Superstars Series 8 re-release with Vader arms) Road Dogg (Fully Loaded Series 2 re-release with FL Series 1 head) The Rock (Raw Is War Series repaint with new trunks design) Val Venis (Live Wire Series 2 re-release) Supposedly, Edge was going to come with a figure sized IC belt around his waist, but take this rumor with a grain of salt since I only ever heard it from Hbreakid's (remember that guy?) old newsboard.

considering Perfect 10 1 came out near the end of the BCA line, to quote the late great Gorilla Monsoon, "Highly Unlikely!"
Plus wouldn't Jeff Jarrett be gone by that time? we're talking November 99 (more likely December, as a Christmas gift set). Jarrett would've been long gone..

Jarrett could still easily be in that set though. Diesel and Razor were released in series 1 at around the time that they were ripping up WCW apart of the NWO.
The perfect 10 IC Title box set would be cool, but I think for it to have really worked, a few of those figures would have had to have been brand new designs or molds at least. I can't see a box of re-releases like that selling too fast, especially if people had them already.

yeah, but by that time, Jakks' turn around was getting pretty good.. and for a re-release set, they could easily swap in someone else. Mankind, Stone Cold, Kane, The Undertaker.. all could easily be swapped in and no one would care. Heck, even Debra if they wanted to go that route..

There's no way of knowing if this set was anything more than just a rumor (well, I guess there is since it was never made lol), but I would say it is very likely that a boxed set of re-releases (all re-releases, mind you, as I don't believe this would have included any new repaints) would hit TRU stores during the 1999 holiday season.
After all, that was the whole purpose of the Perfect 10 boxed set that was made, but I don't think Jakks would have gone with that exact lineup if there were an IC title set; the figure selection is just...odd.
Fully Loaded Series 1 HHH was horribly outdated by that point, and why release different versions of the New Age Outlaws? Shamrock should be Signature Series 4 instead, too.

Fully Loaded Series 1 HHH was horribly outdated by that point, HHH's attire would have been outdated, sure. But wasn't that the fig with the shiny purple pants? 'Cause I thought that was his attire from Summerslam when he fought The Rock for the IC title, so it sort of makes sense to toss that into an IC title set.
