I remember I was soooooo pumped to get the Series 5 Shamrock. I loved that guy when he first debuted, then when I saw he was getting a figure?....amazing.

It's not a bad head sculpt either. The rest of the series was solid/above-average with Rocky's debut figure, Savio's debut figure, Flash Funk's one and only figure, Austin's debut figure being re-released for the first time, and a Sid repaint in black attire.
Funk is definitely my favorite of the series, and one of my all-time favorites from the line.

Flash Funk was one of my favorite figures to play with until his leg fell off. After that he had to retire from my federation.Until i could go back to TRU and buy another one.
Were there only two set of the Godwins ever made? I know about the two pack series 1 and then the repaints in the Shotgun seires. But were there any others?
I remember going into KB Toys and seeing the Backlash series. I bought Al Snow with the black hair and blue tights.
I might have to get all of my BCA figures out and have one more show with them.

I would have loved some Southern Justice figures to back up Double J, but sadly those two releases you mentioned are their only BCA figures.
I do like the Confederate flag attire on the Shotgun figures; if I were ever to start up another fed, I would refer to them as "The Southern Boys" and drop the Godwinn moniker.

I was always a fan of the Godwins. I always made them win there matches. I even had them jump to wcw and ecw and win there Tag Team titles.
Southern Justice figures would have been great. I had them turn on Double J and join Shane Douglas.

You know who I always wanted in a Tag Team 2-pack?
Furnas and LaFon.
I know they were planned at one point, but the team didn't hang around long enough to have figures made. If they had lasted another six months, they might have had a shot.

The Godwinns were amazing to play with!! I always had them use 3D as their finisher. Phineas was designed perfect to flap jack the guy and Henry's right arm made it perfect to Diamond cut. So it just made sense to make them do that as a finisher. It was called.... 3G. Horrible, I know.
I never cared for the Bradshaw figure, or the Blackjacks tag set either. I felt they were too skinny for how big they actually were. Same with the Legion Of Doom figures, I mean it looked like Animal and Hawk had no definition at all and had old man bodies in their figures.

I completely agree there, as I'd rather use Bradshaw's Superstars Series 4 figure than the New Blackjacks tag set. Same thing applies to the LOD Shotgun repaints which had the larger Executioner arms.
The Headbangers would've been better served with cloth skirts, but I know that the soft plastic/rubber molds are infinitely better than anything else Jakks could have tried. Thankfully, the skirts weren't molded to their torsos or a rock-hard plastic mold like we were talking about before.

I think Jakks realized that cloth was nice but not a necessity in the BCA line. I think the Headbangers were perfect as they were to be honest. I never got them from retail, but years later when I worked for spam I was able to snag a set.

I took some quick pics of my MOC/MIB collection just now to show how it looks at the moment. I've got two boxes filled with figures that I've won in eBay MOC lots and have either decided not to open, have yet to open, or am planning to resell since I don't need doubles/triples of one figure. I also decided to show all of the BCA boxed sets and MIB exclusives I have currently, but I am hoping to add more in the future. Everything pictured are figures that I've bought since July 2007 when I started rebuilding my collection from scratch. In case anyone was wondering, I took pics of the non-BCA figures stored within the box, as well. And here is the other box. Here are my two Monster Rings on display. I have 19 BCA boxed sets at the moment. Some are either missing figures, belts, or other accessories, but I have those stored elsewhere and have been meaning to put them back. And here are my other MIB exclusive figures. A small storage tote for the majority of my BCA weapons. And, of course, where I store all of the figure stands. It's quite the hefty bag lol. And a look at another bin I have with various action figures from my childhood (excluding WWF Hasbros, which I keep separate), as well as some of the newer BCA style figures on top that I've bought in recent years. I'll probably take new loose pics of them soon. I have other Jakks figures MOC from the RA/CS line, but I won't take pictures of them for the time being. I'll keep the focus on BCA and, with that, here's a pic of the MOC Blazer I've had for about eleven years now.

Hey Chicago, as far as you know was there any Canadian Exclusive BCA box sets or figures that the USA just didn't get?? I think the Badd Blood 4-pack made its way down to the US eventually, but I do know that it was exclusive to Canadian Wal-Mart stores at first. Same for the Legends: Past and Present 3-pack with Legends Series 1 Andre the Giant and two regular BCA Austin and Undertaker figures. Also, I remember on WF member STOMWIJF's old site he had an Austin bagged exclusive that was only available in Canada but I don't have a pic of it. If it was Austin, it probably was just another street gear repaint in a black t-shirt and blue jeans. I don't think there were any other Canada exclusives besides those, but I could be wrong. I really will look into this more, but I can assure you there were only a few figures exclusive to Canadian stores. Edit: I found out that it was during the WMXV KayBee Toys Stone Cold promotion where there was a USA exclusive and a Canada exclusive Stone Cold give away. It could have simply been a re-release on a different card backing, but I'll have to ask STOM to be sure.

Great collection Chicago. I've still got that first Survivor Series box set, and most of series 2, and a few various Shawn's still in pack.

I really don't want to go through the loose figures lol, but I know that it can be easily done in a matter of time.
It's just such a task trying to take pics of it all, but I will get to it eventually.
Maybe I'll just shoot them by series to get through it quicker. I even dug out the ones I still have from my original collection, and boy are they a sight to see lol.
Edit: I think I have an upwards of 280 figures in my new loose collection, along with about 9 from before (and excluding the newer style BCA figures).

awesome to see all those box sets together. Some of those still might command some good value I assume.
I think I'm going to work on re-building my BCA collection a little bit over the next few months. Flea Markets & Ebay lots should do the trick, haha.

I cant believe I didnt see this sooner. I Love my BCA's!! I never went on and left them behind to the newer stuff. Nothing out there today compares to a BCA! Ive even done some BCA customs of newer and some older wrestlers including from wcw and ecw. Since the monster ring, I have updated to the ring scale ring. of course my announce team is good ole JR and The King at their legendary announce table. I still use the old announce table from the bca line for the bell and also have a custon tazz as an announcer. Ive pretty much have one of ever figure of each wrestler made. was never for having 10 repaints of one figure. so thats pretty much ive gotta say right now. I will post some pictures later on. long live the bone crushing actions!

So it's probably a safe bet to say that Sycho Sid's head scan for the BCA figures was probably the greatest head scan ever?!?! I mean look at that psychotic smile he has and those eyes. Freaking awesome!!

Edit: I found out that it was during the WMXV KayBee Toys Stone Cold promotion where there was a USA exclusive and a Canada exclusive Stone Cold give away. It could have simply been a re-release on a different card backing, but I'll have to ask STOM to be sure. Here's some more, directly from STOM: I do have some MOC and loose images of Grapple Gear packs I've bought in recent years; I'll look through my Photobucket and share them in a bit. I also took loose pictures of all of my boxed sets (some that I opened for the first time), and I'll have those pics uploaded later today. The bagged 'Taker was re-released in that 2 Tuff Series 5 pack with Viscera, as pictured a few posts above this. I have loose pics of both of them on the Collection page of my blog, but I need to fix the link to the front pic of 'Taker: jakksbca.blogspot.com/p/images-of-my-bca-collection.html
