Going on for months?! It's been going on since Mattel launched the site a couple years ago. lol...I've always gotten my orders, but only twice have I ever placed an order where the board hadn't crashed or refreshed for ages. It's usually a 15 -45 minute experience.

Well it's 7:24 pm right now and I just placed my order and as soon as it went through I checked my email and got a confirmation, so there shouldn't be any complaints-go get 'em!

I don't really have any complaints. I went on around 8 minutes before 12PM and was sent to the "waiting room" and then exactly at 12 I was sent to the main page where I put the items in my cart and was ready to check out. The only thing I was annoyed at was that I needed to log in and in doing so I was sent back to the waiting room for about 10 minutes before I could complete my order. With that said all is well and my order went through all right. It was overall a good experience.

Yes the later you wait to order the easier it is to order, but everyone wants to order at noon before anything sells out (Like PlasticMan did today) and it's like a feeding frenzy

I can't remember ever having these problems with Matty. I've been ordering exclusives since the site launched and I think the longest part of the ordering process for me was deciding what shipping option I wanted to use.
I ordered JLU Lobo when it went on sale and that took about 20min. and I ordered the SDCC Undertaker today which took about 30min. The majority of that time was spent watching the page refresh every 5 seconds.

It took me just 5 mins to place my order, key in my address, credit card no and get my confirmation.
Don't see what the problem is.

To be fair the two most popular items have sold out. Traffic for the website is much lower now. It appears that if more than ten people try and buy something at the same time the website crashes. After getting the items in my kart I got thirty five minutes of that refresh screen before finally getting it to work. That is not acceptable for any online store.
