I highly doubt that they would turn the face of the franchise, and number one merchandise seller heel. So Triple H.

Clearly HHH is the more obvious choice.
Though, I'd like them to BOTH stay face.

as much as I'd like both of those to happen. They wont and I dont think either will happen at Summerslam but.. the most likely is definitely Trips returning and going heel.

Triple H to turn Heel, even though I really don't think he will be back at Summerslam.
The 7 Man Tag Match will probably end with Team WWE standing in the Ring with their hands in the air. I'm expecting the PPV to end with Undertaker's Return.

Triple H just had surgery a week or two ago. I cannot see him doing any run-ins or being there at all, much less wrestling

If HHH returns, a heel turn here would be big. It also puts HHH back into the main event scene.....which makes it likely.

John Cena turning heel; hear me out.
Read Hollywood Hero's post on Triple H, as it explains my feelings exactly on him (not) being at SummerSlam. With Trips not Wrestling and likely not in WWE shape to be on Television, I don't think he's a factort for SSlam, at least. That of course leaves me with Cena turning heel. I have an incling it will happen, not that it has little chance, but more than Trips coming back to happen. These are reason Cena could turn heel:
Merchindise - Cena has the top-selling Shirt on WWEShop, but who has two items right there next to them? The Nexus(There Shirt and Armband), which shows people know them and that many like them, so Cena joining Nexus, while you may lose most individual Merchindise, adding Cena to the Nexus will only skyrocket their sales, which would about make up for lost Cena Merch money, and that could be made up by selling Anti-Cena gear or pushing Orton gear hard, just like they do for Cena, now.
Friend of the Media - John Cena is clearly the face of WWE, both inside and outside of the Ring. People say he can't turn heel because you would lose your Media-man. WWE Films has moved past just Cena being in Theatrical Releases, so you don't need Cena to be on Talk Shows all the time, if he's a heel, which shouldn't matter anyways, as David Otunga, Ted DiBiase, The Miz and Chris Jericho have all gone and will be soon going on Talk Shows to promote SummerSlam as, GASP, heels! With the apparent push of The Miz, his possible Face turn and Orton getting the loudest reactions, Cena isn't needed like he used to be for Media, as WWE now has multiple Wrestlers who can promote WWE projects.
RAW since 7-on-7 Annnounced - WWE has been making sure we know that Cena is like the Nexus, as that has basically been Jericho's storyline with Team WWE. We've been told in numerous ways, mostly ways for us to think about that Cena alligning himself with the "NNNNNNN" isn't such an out-there thought.
Just think - Cena's been face for six years and has been seen as a "Love him or hate him" guy for part of that tenure, mostly a few years before the switch to "WWE PG: Everyone loves Faces and hates Heels". Why not make a change as Orton and Miz starts to take the spotlight away from him and turn Wrestling and some Meida outlets on their collective ear?

Although I would LOVE to see Cena turn heel, it is not likely that they are gonna change the FACE of the company. HHH turning heel would be awesome but I highly doubt him being there...
