Basic or Elite. I know elite is more articulated, but do the joints wear after play? I want to know before I invest in Elite. Thank you.

Elites, some people will say Basics because i've heard people say they feel like they're going to break their joints when moving them but I have never experienced that with them so I don't know what they're talking about and have never had an elite figure break on me.

I actually think it depends on the character. I think the Elite Rey for example is the only way to go. The Basic Rey figures just don't have the mobility they need. Guys like Taker and Kane, etc. The big guys who don't need the mobility are better as Basics IMO. I have also noticed that some Elites seem to get loose hip joints which make them wobble or stand oddly.

Just to let you know they are both really fun but Elite is so much better for play wise!

It's funny that elite is for "collectors" yet is better to PLAY with, something children would be very interested in, and yet they are suppose to play with basic. There are Flex Force figures though, but they aren't better articulated, they just do flips and such. Not complaining though.
And even the basics have more movement than JAKKS RA figures, more foot movement

Same here. Idk what it is about Elite, but I would be somewhat hesitant to play with a figure that cost me 15 bucks as opposed to one that cost me 10.

Elite's are better to play with because of the articulation

Hmmm.. I guess if you want to play with the figures, the Elite would be a lot more fun as they're very articulated.. But the figures are costly too play with. Some of my Elite figures are still in MISB, namely Cena and HBK, while my Elite Orton is rarely touched as he is on display nicely on my shelve.. Like some have mentioned here, I'm a bit hesitant to play around with the Elite figures too much.. I actually handle my basic figures more, but their lack of articulation makes it less fun as they can't do much poses on the shelve.. Very limited.
