No clever title, despite so many options
Monday Night RAW kicks off a new week and possibly, a new chapter in WWE! Team WWE, who were joined by NXT Season 1 Rookie, Daniel Bryan as it's seventh member were able to defeat the Nexus, after John Cena made Wade Barrett tap out to the STF(U). Will Nexus want revenge, or has the WWE finally ridden its self of that demonic group?
Sheamus lost to Randy Orton last night, but keeps his Title. Sheamus purposely got himself Disqualified by getting physical with a WWE Referee, but he didn't get out that easy. After the Match, Sheamus missed a Chair Shot to the head of Randy Orton, and instead wound up being planted on the Announce Table via RKO, from "The Viper" Randy Orton. The Viper didn't lose, so will he want another shot at the first-ever Irish Born Dublya Dublya EE Chompyen?
Melina made a big impact in her return to WWE Pay-Per-View, as she followed up on her assault on Divas Champion Alicia Fox two weeks ago and a non-Title victory last Monday, when she pinned Alicia Fox at SummerSlam to reclaim the Championship she never lost. Will Alicia Fox demand her Rematch on tonight's RAW? Also, will LayCool, the Self-Professed Co-Womens Champions from SmackDown, follow up on their vicious attack on Melina at SummerSlam, and/or explain why they did to Melina what they did?
NXT Season 2 Rookie, Alex Riley, will appear on RAW on the eve of the Double-Elimination edition of NXT. Will Riley prove not ready for "The Flagship", or will his appearance be an A-Bomb from A-Ri?
From the new Movie "Going the Distance", Justin Long, Charlie Day and of SNL fame, Jason Sudeikis are tonight's Special Guest Hosts. After Long's "performance" alongside Stone Cold Steve Austin on The Tonight Show, Friday, don't expect him to mesh well with serious Wrestlers.
