thats interesting I have never heard anything about this yet Back on Jan 1st both TRU & Target's website had about 75 Mattel figures listed for preorder and Flair was listed as an EG along with everyone who has since been released. (Piper,HHH, Jericho, HBK, M$M, Rey) The next day everything was taked down except the Series 1 figures. I'd guess he was pulled once he left for TNA

They can make them so long as they sign them to a deal. The only thing stopping them from doing that is the approval of Vince McMahon. Vince has a basically said whatever Mattel wants Mattel gets. The only thing he has nixed thus far is a figure of himself. So really the only figure I do not expect to see is an Owen Hart figure. That figure will NEVER happen.

I don't know if Hogan would sign anyways.
I mean Macho Man is signed, he may demand either more money or no more figures of Savage being made.

Savage is the one who has the problem with Hogan. Hulk's tried to bury the axe.
Besides, if there's money involved, Hulk is gonna go for it, and Mattel will probably shell it out. They're a much bigger company than Jakks and can afford more, plus Hogan is a guaranteed seller. I never saw any of his CS figures shelf warm. Classic, nWo, 2002 return, it'll all sell.

Hogan needs money. He was needing money before his devorce, and needs it even more now. The fact that he is still with TNA is proof he is still having financial struggles. Hogan has a track record of leaving or taking time off when things go south and returns and pops a rating and blames the down turn on his leaving.
That being said Hogan will sign somewhere down the line. Hogan and the WWE have come to terms after dealing with way bigger differences than wrestling for TNA.
That being said HOgan signing is just a matter of time.

Hogan and Flair will sign with Mattel after they leave TNA. There will probably be a bit of a gap before Vince allows it, until the TNA stink has worn off them a bit.

Hopefully not. Mattel would butcher and ruin them just like they do with every other figure they have made. Wow aren't you a rebel?

I said that because reportedly that's one of the reasons we didn't get a Jakks Macho was because Hogan said no.

Want a Mattel Flair and its probably my most wanted of guys not scheduled yet. I'm not holding my breath until his contract expires with TNA and or he walks away. I just don't see WWE promoting a guy in TNA. The nice thing is that all of Flair, Hogan, and Foley have had some amazing Jakks figures so its not like they are guys I feel Mattel needs to make up for in any way. Its not impossible but it seems highly unlikely imo.
