So do you have a mandatory TE position in addition to the flex spot?
Is the starting lineup....
QB RB RB WR WR TE RB/WR/TE K DEF
?

You know, I'd probably consider trying to move Brent Celek (or even Antonio Gates) and see what you can get for them. Your RB's and WR's are too thin for my liking.
I do think your first three picks were excellent and all great value, but drafting two TE's when you only need to start one isn't the best strategy. If can work with Celek and Gates if you start one at the flex, but you're still limiting yourself on targets/yards/touchdowns as compared to some of the WR's or RB's you might be able to get instead of them.
Overall, I like the team. I like Kolb's upside this year. I would just like to see more depth at the RB/WR positions, though it seems that this league has very, very shallow rosters.

I like Kliquid's strategy. It seems like you don't really need 2 TEs. You can get much better production using the flex spot with a RB/WR than a TE. Marshall is awesome in PPR leagues. I think Barber is going to have a good year and you should get some value from him.
Do you get points for return yards/tds? (looking at Cribbs)

See how much interest there is for Antonio Gates in your league. I imagine you took him as one of the top-3 TE's and in a 12-man league, there is probably someone out there starting the likes of Kellen Winslow, Zach Miller, Visanthe Shiancoe, or possibly even worse. See what those people have on their rosters for WR's. Maybe you need to package something together to make the deal fair for both of you, but I think that getting another WR would be critical in this league.
In fact, I'd probably just drop David Garrard and scour the waiver wire for the best available WR.

I'll tell you what, the main reason I selected Gates was because he acts as the unquestioned number 1 receiver on his team I would like to move Celek and maybe a Barber/Walker package.. I am currently scouting teams to see what I can do I also got Wallace because he is the number 2 on his team as well and did impress me last year.. I think the reason why I chose Celek was because there was slim pickings at wr and Celek seemed like the better receiving option at the time... and since this is a PPR league I want players who can get some targets

I love the guys you got - don't get me wrong. It's just tough because WR's tend to be more productive overall than tight ends, even the elite ones. However, because you have a mandatory TE position, they are more valuable and you should be able to get a pretty decent WR.
