If you like Zombies, do yourself a favor and watch the TV called Deadset
As a fan of Resident Evil, these movies are dreadful.

[/b][/u] But if you don't want to listen to 40 minutes of picking this movie apart in a humorous way, their rating was Some Ole Bullsh**!

Yeah, I saw Resident Evil last night and was kinda let down. I mean the action was shot with a much bigger budget before and the 3D really did look great. The movie itself was decent through most of it until the last 25 mins where it went down the drain. Nothing special. Average movie... worth the 3D ticket though!

I am hoping to see this tonight. I expect it to be awful, and I am going more for entertainment than anything else. My friends and I aren't the dick heads in the theater laughing during the serious movie, though, so put the safety back on your guns. We're respectful of those around us.
RE 1: Eh, it was alright. Could have been much better. RE 2: Terrible. Completely awful. RE 3: Hahahahahahahahhahah. RE 4: TBD.

The second one will always be my favorite because it was terrible but also really amazing at the same time. gotta agree with ya ther...it was more what i, as a fan of games, wanted to see in the films...based on the actual games... Paul Anderson is an absolute c**t for f**king the RE franchise totally up...i believe, if they'd made them like the games either in film or TV form, it could have easily been the greatest zombie franchise ever... even for my complete hatred for the series and anderson, i'll still go and see it...just to see if its any good in 3D...

It was better than I expected. Not great, but better. The Ax Man was awesome!

I HATED Ax Man. Such a blatant Pyramid Head rip-off. I mean, they even played the ing Silent Hill music when he first came on screen. As with just about all the RE films, it's check-your-brain-at-the-door standard action movie fluff. But still, I honestly didn't like it. Felt way too predictable to me, plus, the big war between the Alice Army and Umbrella that the third movie hyped up lasted, what, thirty minutes at max? It honestly wasn't good. Even for a zombie film. Especially for a zombie film. And I also fully recommend Dead Set. A total sleeper hit favorite of mine, fantastic mini-series.

Saw it yesterday lumch time. Eh, it was decent. The plot was terrible, the acting, dialogue and everything else, blew. The 3D was alright, though, and the action, although totally stupid, was sometime's quite entertaining. The battle with Wesker was quite enjoyable, except intellectually- disabled the way he kept dying and coming back. It was also ing stupid that when people got shot, coins started comign out everywhere. Pretty rubbish film.

I'm not one of those guys who bolt's out as soon as the credits appear or as soon as I can sense the film ending (a fair amoutn of people got up and left when the helicopters were shown coming in towards the Arcadia. Was cool. It was how after credit scenes should be done. Not right at the very end, just after the main credits. I was not aware of it prior to the film, so was getting together my things when it came on.

Saw it last night and was pretty happy. The fight scenes were pretty cool but the script in places wasn't great and I was a little disappointed with Wesker. I expected more but the acting let it down.

I absolutely love the game series. And loathe the film series. I really do.
The games are a fine art of great storytelling creating a scary atmosphere-which genuinely is frightening and amazing to play.
The films so far are just your average 2 hours of blowing stuff up and shooting. The strange plots are bad --the whole alice crossover with the actual game cast really annoys me. Such a shame. So much damage has been done IMO with these films. So I'm gonna leave this one.
