This match in Chicago 1911, put pro wrestling on the map. How cool would it be to have them in a two pack. Frank Gotch is recognized as one of the very first World Heavyweight Champions of pro wrestling.

I would love to own those two figures.
I'd also like an Ed "Strangler" Lewis.

These names would certainly classify as legends of the sport of professional wrestling, but I don't think Mattel nor WWE would have an interest in making figures of them anytime soon.

If figures of Chris Jericho, Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker turn into shelf warmers, this two pack would be be in stores until we are all dead.
I'm all for respecting wrestling history and the men who paved the way....but some things just won't sell, and this is one of them.
Maybe an online exclusive, but even that's stretching considering RSC is still trying to sell exclusives from years ago of some of the most popular stars EVER.

They would need to make these figures in black-and-white.

i think if they put it in the classic 2-packs, made them black and white, and did 1 set per 2 cases, that would be awesome. they would have good value, wouldnt warm shelves due to mass production, and they'd get their deserved figures

They'd end up looking like two unfinished prototypes. I'd still buy them though.

100 times better then 2010. Agreed and Agreed. I wouldn't buy them and today's Wrestling is way under par. I'm a Legends guy and love watching late 80's & 90's for nostalgia
