I was jusr stoked to see a Ricky Steamboat figure finally produced. Jakks dropped the ball by not making one and I am really peeved they didn't. Jakks didn't drop any ball on that steamboat's name and likeness was owned by his ex wife until recently and thus he could not be signed. Bs. Wwe was using the name and likeness while jakks still had the contract, thus if the wwe could have used it, so could jakks. They also could have made his ex an offer prior to the wwe regaining the rights. Technically they dropped the ball twice. |

I hope we get a doink down the line, jakks did a pretty good job on him, but I bet mattel would knock it outta the park. If they really wanted to make me happy, a doink and dink (using elite hornswaggle body) 2 pack would be a dream come true  oh, and I want a new sid that, you know, actually looks like sid. |

Been watching the old PPV's and would love Adambomb and Ludvig Borga (RIP) to sign up...
In Ludvig's case his nearest kin.
Even though they were in WWE only a few years I always remebered them just due to apperence.
We should have a Wrestler signed to mattel sticky topic where we put them in a list as they sign. To keep track of whats going on with Legends.

Doink would look insanely good from Mattel. I think they would do a real cloth jacket for him as well and knowing Mattel Dink would just be a  in accessoru instead of a 2 pack. As far as Steamboat by the time the name got cleared Jakks didn't have the time to go threw the process of making him. Let's not forget it takes like 4-6 months to create a new figure. Why do you think the Steamboat DVD just came out? By the time the rights got signed over and they made it. |

there were some rumors about, DDP, HonkyTonkMan, Brooklyn Brawler, Harvey Whippleman and the Rougeaus....but that's just rumors. uh no... DDP personally confirmed he has signed with mattel. thats a solid confirmation, not a rumor. I forget where the info came from the other figures but I'm pretty sure Honky Tonk Man personally confirmed his signing too. I'm sure about DDP though. |
