He ate his way out... BAZINGA! But no, it was clearly the darkside. And by darkside, I mean "heel" Michael Cole.

He died, but Undertaker brought him back from the dead... Hence Bearer is still on Undertaker's side. *Explanation subject to change depending on Hell in a Cell results.* Obviously wrong man, notice Undertakers reaction to seeing Bearer. Plus Taker was losing his power and couldn't have possibly ressurected him. Bearer did it all through the power of the darkside... Ah... This is why I should have paid more attention to Smackdown rather than just guessing. New Explanation: Bearer obviously has 'the power of the darkside' as you called it, and will probably turn on the Undertaker sooner or later and will side with Kane. Or: Nobody from the writing crew around 2004 is left, thus the whole thing has been forgotten.

Orton got mad at the concrete and punted it.
Then Edge ran his fingers through his hair and speared it.

I'm just curious how long Bearer had to hold his breath before they got him out...

I'm just curious how long Bearer had to hold his breath before they got him out... Surely a glass screen in between the section of the container where the cement fell and the section where he sat. I doubt they were gonna make the man sit in cement and tell him to hold his breath. *If you're joking, oops.*

Storyline wise, back in 2004 Undertaker was wrestling with Bearer's life on the line, he won the match and then Buried him anyway... so if Im Paul Bearer, weather you are getting the crap beaten out of you or not in 2010 by Kane... YOU F***ING BURIED ME.... BEARER IS GONNA BE Peed off. If Bearer turns on Taker at HIAC this is be epic. If he doesn't then Bearer is a very forgiving man.

Michael Cole gave us an update on SmackDown saying they got him out and he just suffered "serious injuries".

How was it a stunt man? It was really him. Notice they only cut away to him using shots from the rehearsal...

I honestly don't want a Bearer turn. Undertaker has lately been doing the same thing for awhile and adding the Urn and Paul Bearer has given Undertaker some more interest for the time being.

This shot ended the PPV and caused numerous complaints toward WWE, as in essence they had shown a [kayfabe] murder. The live audience, however, saw an extended ending in which Bearer surfaced for air and was carried from the arena on a stretcher. On the following week's SmackDown!, Bearer was acknowledged to be alive, although gravely injured, for kayfabe purposes.
No idea if it's true. But surely WWE will reference the storyline at somepoint...

If he doesn't then Bearer is a very forgiving man. Kane was 'burned' in a fire that Undertaker started (and denied for years) that killed their mother and Undertaker's father. Kane set a casket with Undertaker in it on fire. Undertaker put Kane on fire in an Inferno Match. Kane dug up their mother and Taker's father and chokeslammed Taker threw their mother's casket. Taker turned on Kane and so did Kane's own father, Bearer. Kane through Paul down a manhole cover. Taker set Kane on fire again in an Inferno Match. Undertaker brutally beat up Kane's best friend X-Pac for no reason. But then Kane and Bearer reunited and even Taker and Kane were friends for a while until Kane chokeslammed Taker through the ring. So Undertaker beat him up and even took away his mask. But then they were friends again for a few years, until Kane buried Taker alive. And then Taker beat Kane up. And then they were friends, even though Taker buried Kane's father in cement, apparently up until the whole vegetative state thing. My point is the cement thing is just a blip on the radar screen in their kayfabe relationship.

He buried his head inside his fat rolls, luckily before the show he ate a hotdog and some fell and got sucked into his fat so he had nourishment while he waited to be removed
