It's not grammatically correct to capitalise the first letter following a comma. In a letter format, the comma ends the introduction. Whatever comes next is the beginning of a sentence, making the capital letter correct. |

It slipped my mind for a second that the word "Punctuation" was a noun, if he wasn't enumerating proper nouns; it wouldn't be correct. Then again, I suppose "If" can be used as a noun; confusing the situation even more. |
