I just picked up my first two LJNs today at a swap meet. In fact it was the first time id ever even SEEN one in person. I had no idea they were so big! I got a Hillbilly Jim (with a little paint wear) and Iron Sheik (totally paint worn) for $5 Now im hooked and want to find more. Im assuming these are VERY common figures, but if anyone has any interesting facts about these, lemme know.

The only interesting thing I can think of is that The Iron Sheik is one of the original 5 LJN figures (with Hogan, Studd, Snuka and long-hair Andre).
Nice pickups!

ya, most are pretty common, however, the trick is finding LJN's that aren't in horrible condition. A lot that you will find have been played with and have lots of paint wear.
I guess it depends on how you want to collect; myself, i like to have the least amount of wear as possible on my loose LJN's.

Ric Flair had an LJN figure? I never heard that before. Bob No, he didn't. He's thinking of the WCW figure.

Ric Flair had an LJN figure? I never heard that before. Bob No, he didn't. He's thinking of the WCW figure. Yeah. They looked kinda like the old LJNs. When I first started collecting LJNs I saw the Harlem heat set for 4.00 and I asked my dad if Harlem Heat was in WWF at the LJN time. He said he didn't believe so. So I decided not to get 'em.
Congrats Vis Fan! They are very addictive once you got one. And I was very surprised also when I got my first batch. I once got a King Kong Bundy for fifty cents. But my firsts were, Jimmy Hart,Hillbilly Jim,JYD,Savage,Hogan,Studd,Mean Gene, and a couple others. Shiek and Volkov also.
A couple years ago I got the two refs (white and blue shirt) for $40 and I got a Hennan and Elizabeth for $10.
