Same as the rest of the world: high spots (without the space), kaikodo.net, puroresushop, yahoo! japan auctions (through a bidding agent).

Kenta, they often pop up on Ebay plus the shops mentioned above.
Most places won't accept £, however paying via Paypal stops that being a problem
