I honestly think that Matt has already been in talks via his brother Jeff and Helms. I also think Helms is probably waiting on Matt and now that it has finally happened, they can get their idea ball rolling. Also note that according to the official release, Matt's release was effective immediately as of Oct. 15th I think.
Now sure you could read into that and wonder is that meant he is free to go where ever and do whatever, but I am sure WWE added its no compete clause in that even if it was not mentioned in the official release.
I for one can't wait because I just want to see how he fits into the TNA mix if at all and now with Jeff the Dark Enigma, loving that, things should get interesting indeed. And if both Hardy's go to the dark side, I am easily seeing this as a perfect set up to them trying to get the tag team titles with Jeff losing the world title at some point in order for that to rightfully take place. This would give Roode of another Immortals member a chance to win back the world title as well.
Matt and TNA, I hope it works and bring Lita too! With TNA's schedule, she could do this just like Mickie James and her career.

Yeah, because that is exactly what people who were complaining about bringing in all these people and they can't even focus on their own talent want. Does Lita own the name Lita or does the WWE? I don't know if she is using it now, it could mean the WWE is being nice and letting her use it and the moment she signs with TNA, they pull it from her and say "Sorry, can't use the name."

Matt, Greg and Moore will all show up together and try and persuade Jeff that he's in the wrong for turning on the fans. Sometime in January they'll debut

Normally I wouldn't want to see Matt in TNA, but I think they can really make this Jeff storyline work with Matt getting involved, bringing him back to his senses and turning him face again for a Hardyz reunion tour. I for one, would LOVE to see a Hardyz vs. Generation Me fued, culminating with a TLC that cements Gen Me as THE new tag team. It would be the ultimate passing of the torch.

Amy has said she's done with wrestling so highly doubt she'd take the TNA payday with or without the Lita name.

TNA should lowball him since he really has no place else to go. Yeah he can go to ROH, but they won't pay nearly as much as even TNA would, and their tv gets barely any ratings. And we all know how Matt needs attention.
But I would bet that he already talked to TNA and they made him an offer, which is why he was so set on leaving WWE. No one is going to leave guaranteed money in this business unless they have a good offer someplace else. And I don't care what Matt says, his reality show dvd's wouldn't pay him much if he wasn't in WWE or TNA. I would also bet he and Jeff are going to start shilling those through TNA. Matt is smart, but not the name that Jeff is, so all he is doing is living off of Jeff.

Pretty sure the 90 days only applies to when the company lets you go. I believe that if you ask for your release and WWE grants it, your NCC is until the end of your contract (see Lesnar, Brock).

I think the deal with Brock was that WWE put that NCC in when they agreed to release him; that Brock had to agree not to work for any other company so that he could get released from WWE. Unlike Angle who flat out told Vince he wasn't going to TNA, so he only had to wait the 90 days.

A bunch of druggies and alcoholics from North Carolina wont help TNAs ratings so it doesnt really matter.
