I brush my teeth in the shower. Im nearly 30 years old and I post on a toy forum. I would say thats pretty weird to me. LOL. We are in the same boat. I am 29. I kinda feel like I'm like 15 or so though. I have no shame, but I could see how people would think it's strange.

I have no interest in sports whatsoever. In the pizzeria where I work, the TV is on ESPN or shows soccer games all day. I have no idea what guy plays for what team. Most of the customers think I'm weird because of this. Except Monday when my boss isn't there. Then I change it to watch the VH1 Metal Show, Pop-Up Video, Totally 80s and then anything on the Boomerang network (it shows really old cartoons).
If I'm near someone who is whistling loudly, I need to leave the area immediately. It gives me an automatic migraine headache and puts me in an awful mood. Kind of like how some dogs react to the violin, piano or clarinet.
When I tell people I watch iCarly. They automatically think I'm a depraved pervert. Sure, Sam & Carly are cute, but Spencer & Gibby are freaking hilarious and that's why I watch.
I'm not on Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, Friendster or any "social network" site (besides this one).
I still like corresponding to people by writing them letters & cards. Getting a birthday Ecard just isn't the same.
I love going to flea markets, garage sales, thrift stores, estate sales & Goodwill. I'll admit that I am a cheap bastard. But you find some amazing deals once in a while.

We got this great looking couch there. It is so comfortable and it even unfolds into a bed with an actual mattress. If you lift the cushions, you can see the bed frame and mattress folded up below. Cost us $50. If we got that couch anywhere else, probably would have ran us hundreds of dollars. And iCarly is hilarious.

My friend and I used to BYW on a trampoline years ago. We didn't want to go out and kill ourselves because we weren't trained so we used a trampoline, had two person fueds and everything. Anyways, I live on thr eastern shor of Maryland, and BYW in anyform is scarce around here. Everyone who didn;t like wrestling just related it in their small minds to how gay they thought things like WWE already were.
Truth is, we did this almost every week for about 3-4 years. I stayed in shape without ever ahving to hit the gym, and managed to keep a girlfrined who;s now my wife. But people thought we were "too into wrestling" to want to actually go out and do it. lol

Mayonaise sickens me. It's not just that I don't like it, I loathe the stuff. I gag anytime I am near it. If I see it, I have to get far away. My own momma thinks thats weird .

I don't care for Ranch, everyone here seems to love it and when I say I don't want to put it on something, people look at me funny. They put it on everything, pizza, tacos, eggs, Chinese food, etc. In NYC it's the complete opposite. People think I'm nuts for putting ranch on anything. I also won't eat dessert, like above.

I listen to Death Metal, so people think like "ogmz y u no lystun 2 raep moozik u no liek leel wain u gey lololololololololol"
Oh and I have a massive Gag reflex and never get sick. I haven't been to the doctor since 2007.
People think I'm weird because I hate Call Of Duty.

Haha, my gf and I both watch that show a lot more than we should (I'm 25, she's 21). Mainly because my young nephew loves it, so we sort of got into the habit of watching it while spending time with him. I get a real kick out of that Nevel character.

People are baffled to find out that I don't drink/smoke/take or do drugs. It's such a common thing where I'm from, I almost feel like an endangered species.

I don't smoke or use drugs, but I occasionally drink -everything in moderation. This is not a knock on you Eat Defeat, so I hope you don't take it that way, but I tried going 'straight-edge' for six months earlier this year, and some advice for anyone considering it, don't do it. It is a lifestyle that makes you feel like a social outcast (especially in strong binge-drinking cultures), and all of your friends think you are self-righteous and conceited. It is also rather contradictory - alcohol and drugs are forbidden, but caffeine is acceptable WTF. However, having said that, I applaud anyone with the motivation and commitment to make the choice and abide by it for life. Just don't do it for the wrong reasons (i.e. because CM Punk is and he is kewl ). It's not all it's made out to be.

I've chose not to drink/smoke etc my entire life, I've never got involved with it (mainly because the smell of alcohol and smoke makes me feel sick) and I've never felt or been accused of being self righteous or conceited. Maybe it's to do with the friends that I'm closest to are the ones who don't drink (Not because they don't drink btw, but it's just worked out that way) But I'm still able to get along with the friends who drink. The part I've bolded is quite the opposite imo, If you have a job, friends, hobbies and things you like to do then resorting to drink and/or drugs is the furthest thing from your mind. I'm not even tempted when people ask me or dare me to try it, it's really not appealing to me.

Unfortunately, the binge-drinking culture is so epidemic here in Australia (and it's probably safe to say the UK and US), those things - friends, hobbies and things you like to do - all go hand-in-hand with alcohol consumption, so it's really hard to avoid it sometimes, especially for some of the young folk on here (who I guess I was aiming it at). It's really great to hear you have some good friends who respect your decision though and don't pressure you into doing anything. That's a real rarity nowadays - keep them close and stay on the straight and narrow EDIT: I'd be interested to know if you label your lifestyle as 'straight-edge' or prefer not to.

first off i customize figures people always think thats weird for some reason even tho i do horror figures some say i listen to "girly music" lol i listen to lady gaga, ace of base ,and all kinds of odd and 90's music like eagle eye cherry,3rd eye blind, chromeo, miami horror, kavinsky, mgmt, gorillaz and no im not gay so what do you do that make people think your weird? Miami Horror? The Aussie band? I saw them live and they were atrocious and basically everyone booed them off haha. Umm... im kind of a secluded loner. I go to school (im sociable at school), but when im off school I basically hide away at home playing video games/PC/making art, or I go to work.

I've never referred to myself as 'Straight Edge' and took it seriously, I've had a few jokes wth friends where we would lecture our alcohol intaking friends and offer to give them the pledge and shave their heads But no I just prefer to say I'm clean.

Wow, I always knew this forum was full of weirdos. JK, you know I love you guys. I don't have any weird things about me, I'm perfect in every way. JK again, I'm an adult and I love action figures. IDK why, but I've always loved action figures.

I'm a really picky eater, so its inevitable that my friends end up saying "You don't eat ______? Really?!?" Same here.
