I think every town has nutjobs like this who run for office every year. It's kind of sad that they actually let him in a debate. He's mentally ill obviously. You know how we got our nutjob to stop running here? He died. Our nutjob is still alive unfortunately. He runs around on a moped with a sign proclaiming him the real mayor of our town. He claims he really won the last election, but isn't allowed to serve. He runs every time the office is up for election and the local paper always interviews him the same as they do all the other candidates. |

Our guy would always win the Democratic primary, but never accept help from anyone associated with the party. Our local Democratic chapter was trying to campaign for him and he condemned us for doing so saying he wanted to run by himself without the help of the party. He wouldn't even let us print up yard signs for him. He got maybe 5 signs and stuck them at 5 different points around town and that'd be it, while his opponent would have yard signs every block or two. We personally thought he was a Republican plant. |

If elected how exactly does he plan on lowering someone's rent. If you marry your shoes, you pay less rent. Simple economics.  |

Anyway, really funny stuff, if he actualy has some policies, the main slogan of "The rent is to damn high" is a pretty good one, but it seems thats all he has...
