I'm really sorry to hear that, Slappy, but it is great that you got this diagnosed and you'll be able to treat it. Best of luck dealing with your disorder.

Ya know, you and me aren't that different. 2 people diagnosed, 2 totally different things. I've mentioned this, but I'm Autistic, just not that big on the spectrum. I'm actually pretty well functioning, actually, for someone who doctors thought was gonna be a vegetable. But, anyway, Slappy, I hope you get through OK. We've all got a crapload of respect for ya, bro. Hope you come outta this 20 times stronger, & kickin serious ass. Outta pure respect, +1. Best of luck.

There is medicine for it and I'm taking it. please whatever you do dont stop takin them because you feel healed.I've known people and heard stories of people that stop and then either hurt them self or others by mistake Yep I can attest to this completely. I have a childhood friend who I recently got acquainted with after losing touch for years. He was in jail for a couple of years and got out on probation or parole. I never knew but he had Bi-Polar and went manic many times in the past winding up in hospitals and such. Too make a very long story short, he stopped taking his pills, got manic again, and then violated his probation (which was not any crime or anything, just a very stupid violation. If you was normal he never would have put himself in that position. Damn shame, I tried to tell him and so did his Father but the problem is, Mania makes you feel good so then you think everything is great which was the case. He's like a totally different person when he is manic, like he's all hyper and thinks he's the greatest person alive and has not a care in the world. Normally he is very quiet and reserved. Moral of the story, stay on your meds and see your Doctor regularly to make sure you stay balanced. Best of luck Slappy! You can live through this. JS

Well Slappy, I hope everything is okay for ya.
Just remember, being diagnosed with something does not change who you are. You are the same person you were a week ago. So dont think you are a weirdo or something now (not saying thats what you are thinking). Hope everything works out okay for you.
Sometimes I wonder if I have a similar "condition".

Stay strong Slappy, just keep going down the road you're going with getting help and bettering yourself. You're definitely stronger than any disorder.
And I'm about to just delete Showstopper's response, this thread should be about support, not about some rude unneeded comment.

Even though i never agree with anything you say wrestling related i would like to support you on this situation. You should think that there are people with physical handicaps who are in a worse situation and not feel so bad about it. Luckily you can take pills for your disorder. Some are not so lucky. Tell you what. 6 monthes ago i found out i have ulcerative colitis. Its an inflammatory bowel disease. What happens is everyday you get up you go to the bathroom and you paint your toilet with blood. And not talking about the belly pain. Also it increases my chances of getting bowel cancer by 30%. Anyway i started to get motivated by knowing i could get better and be years without a crisis. Today i feel much better and even though im not at 100% i fight everyday for it. I know i have to deal with this with the rest of my life so i guess the disease it either nexme of against me.

Slappy, from the bottom of my heart, I'm very sorry for the situation but, as other people have said, it's far from helpless. If you had never said a word, we wouldn't have guessed. Stay strong, brother.

Does taking over threads and ruining an entire board also concur with those symptoms?
Hopefully you'll stay strong though.

Good luck man I have like 10 different mental diagnoses. So many I can't remember them. Actually until recently I didn't even know I had a bunch.
