George Hickenlooper died today. The thing is, you can always find 3. I'm sure someone will mention two more in addition to Hickenlooper now.

Yeah, it makes it really easy when no one has heard of ANY of them. "Celebrity" is used very loosely in this case. My cat dies yesterday.... does she count as #2?

Just because you haven't heard of them doesn't mean they aren't celebrities, if you read what they have done, then you will see how they are celebrities.

Still, what constitutes a "three"?
Two of them were old, especially James Wall, it's no surprise a 92 year old man died.
Lisa Blount however, died rather young, as did George Hickenlooper. So there's 4. Which are the "three"? The ones that died together?
I mean, I'm all for discussing celebrity deaths, but the whole "they die in threes" thing is silly. All I was pointing out. You could go much further into that discussion too, with arguments over the definition of celebrity, as pointed out.

The three I posted are 3.
Then Hickenlooper and the woman from the Soprano's are two, another one is coming.

When though? What's the critera for three? You counting them? I really don't care, just pointing out it's silly. Just talk about who died. If another person, or two, or eight, famous people die on the same day, just talk about it. No one's holding anyone accountable to report them in threes, except an old wives tale.
*throws salt over shoulder*
Well, that, that's self explanatory.

If I have to read what they've done that proves they are not celebrities. Do you know the guys name who invented Play-Doh? It's impressive, yes, and probably a good read, but is he a celebrity?........ no.

By "people" you mean Americans..... and furthermore..... the only people that go by that are the same people that believe in ghosts, trolls...... and 7 years of bad luck if you break a mirror. Me however, I'm much smarter than that bullsheet. Death comes when it comes. Saying it comes in threes makes me wanna puke.

Where have you been all these years with when people have been talking about the 3?

You know my great grandmother used to tell my grandma that if you didn't eat your vegetables your hair would fall out............. and please don't reply with "loose change"
