I've read from multiple places that Mattel will replace faulty figures.I have a Hurricane with a very loose arm. Anyway, I would REALLY appreciate if someone could send me a link to e-mail Mattel. Thanks to anybody/ everybody who tries to help.

I doubt they'll do something for a loose are as that's not really defective/broken, but you need to call the cust service number on the back of the card and give them the information needed. (UPC, cost, product number, etc)

a loose arm is a defect, even if its something small, mattel should replace the figure for you. have you tried their website? theres probably a customer service email there

Jakks was good at this (from experience), I hope Mattel can do this too.

Of course you'll need to prove you have the figure, by answering some of their questions (Most of which will be provided on the figures feet.) And then they'll send you a Manufacturer's coupon for the cost of the figure.

Is this the same for the UK?
As my Stone Cold has dodgy thigh connections that twist when I bend the legs, too much twisting and the joint will definately snap.

The only email they have is a UK email. I ended up emailing them on that one because my EG Shawn Michaels had two left feet. They said it was for the UK only so I asked for the US email and they told me they didn't have one and gave me the number. I knew if I called they probably wouldn't replace the product, I just had that feeling so I told them if they could please just let me talk to someone in the US offices. Well they transferred my email to the US offices and they sent me a $23 coupon for a new EG Shawn Michaels. It was a hassle but in the end they did replace the product.
However when I went to the store to use the coupon they said "they haven't seen one of these in years" and had trouble putting it in the computer but after about 10 minutes of standing there they did. So yeah, if you don't feel like being run around they will replace the product but it's quite a hassle. I do not believe they will send you a new figure though, just a coupon.
