People keep saying Nailz, but this is a legends line. Why would they even consider putting him in one of the very first lines if he never really did anything to make people call him a legend. Plus, would it really be that shocking to them that WWE would say no? I think it has to be Hogan. Why else would we not have seen one of the most legendary wrestlers ever, yet? Just my opinion, but I truly think it is Hogan.

It's not Benoit or Owen, as they were mentioned separately as never happening. My guess is either Nailz due to the nature of what occurred between him and Vince McMahon, or maybe Muhammad Hassan due to all that controversy. Another possibility is Gangrel since he has a separate licensing deal for his character. Regardless, it's not like any of these guys are in high demand and it's unlikely they would ever get made prohibited or not. edit: It could also be Raven due to his lawsuit a few years ago, and Billy Jack Haynes, Marc Mero, and Superstar Billy Graham are also possibilities due to being so outspoken against the company. Why would they ever even consider him? He was in WWE for like two years and that was only about 5 years ago. Come on man, think logically.

I, for one, would love to see a Dr. D figure. I'd love a Piper set with his original stable prior to him actually wrestling in WWF in 1984.

Aside from Hall possibly going back to TNA I doubt it's him since he seems to be on good terms with WWE since they always help him out when he goes to rehab.

What he did was horrible. I'll be the first to say that. But that doesn't change the fact that he gave us great matches and it doesn't erase his legacy. We can still be a fan of what he did in the ring. And if you hate Benoit so much for what happened, then you should hate the WWE for letting it happen. Vince and Linda claim there were never any warning signs, yet and excerpt from Chris Jericho's new book says that Benoit had all these weird behaviors that made others feel alittle uneasy about him.
As a person what Benoit did one of the most horrible acts imaginable, but I'm a wrestling fan, and still respect what he did inside the ring.

Probably wrong, but maybe it's current talent... that WWE has a hunch about releasing from contract soon.
We haven't heard anything about a Zack Ryder figure... just sayin'.

At a Convention last year, JJ Dillon told me he was on the banned list along with Macho Man Savage, so my guess is JJ.
For the record, JJ was/is a class act and he was as surprised as we were.

And just because he was weird and made people uncomfortable doesn't mean he should have been on watch.. From what I heard.. Benoit was always weird and made people uneasy.

About 10 years ago... a friend and I were at a hotel and the lobby was filled with wrestlers (this was the day before SummerSlam 2000). We went on the elevator, and Benoit was in there. It was weird cause it felt like he was going to kill us. lol. I'm not even joking! It was intimidating.

I don't think it is Superstar Billy Graham as I was rewatching Night of Champions and they mention him. So unless they've had a falling out since then, I doubt it is him.

How does it erase his legacy? Because Vince never shows him on WWE TV or DVD's anymore? I've got a ton of his matches on DVD and most of his work is on you tube. His legacy hasn't been erased. Tarnished yes because people know what he did, but erase it, no.
The WWE constantly said there were no warning signs and that he was always quiet and kept to himself, yet Jericho now comes out and says that he did make people feel uneasy at times. Benoit had the brain of an 80 year old alzheimers patient and wasn't totally in the right mind. I'm not making excuses for him because what happened is his fault, but to hate him only is wrong because the WWE could have stopped it. Vince and others claim hes the only one that would take a chair shot to the back of the head when he never should have, yet Vince was perfectly fine with letting him do it when he was alive.

With all due respect,I really cant buy that Benoit "had the brain of an 80 year old alzheimers patient"...It takes a logical and coherant thought process to be able to work and remember your spots and transitions in the ring....book your hotels and rental cars....drive from airport to arena, find restaraunts gym etc....not to mention the killing of his son and subsequent suicide were obviously predmeditated acts. I believe he was no different than the average guy who you hear about in the news that obviously had a lot of issues and anger management issues, kept it to himself ,but one day loses it over something trivial to us sane people, snaps and does the unthinkable.Add to that abuse of steroids and whatever other prescription drugs he was using/abusing and you have a powder keg waiting to explode. Its a coping mechanism for those that were his family and colleagues and fans, not wanting to belive he was capable of such heinous acts.

I would imagine it is Billy Jack Haynes. If you have seen the "Conspiracy Theories" shoot dvd with him, you would know why.
Benoit just goes without saying.

I kinda thought Billy Jack, and then I thought if it was Billy Jack, would that somehow give credence to his seemingly off-the-wall/you-have-to-be-crazy-to-believe-this theory regarding the Benoit tragedy? -CMD
