Hi. Not sure what to post this in (mods, please move if need be), but, anyway, I just thought I'd post a few pics of my collection...
The Entrance to the Den of Virginity
Mainly classics.
I got to the point where I was collecting these for the sake of it, so I sold a load I didn't like. Here are a few of my favourties.
These don't half take up a lot of room, but there are some cool sets. Funk, Jack, Sabu is one of my faves.
Big fan of that Hardy, Bret set.
I've just started a mini Hogan collection. Could never end...
Space (and girlfriend) are a big problem when collecting MOCs, so I've decided to start collecting loose. Have started by creating an ECW shelf.
Really pleased to find this Holly trio, especially Crash.
Have some signed Classics. I think the Hart Foundation pack is possibly my favourite item in the collection.
Oh, maybe the Foley/Funk Extreme set, although I need to get it signed by Mick first.
Some whatever they're called - some signed. Go Fuji!
Mainly Hasbros
Managed to finish the set recently at a good price. Had real trouble getting my hands on Crush. Adam Bomb is signed. Always liked that Hogan/Michaels figure btw, just because it's unique.
Have pretty much all the loose Hasbros except for the final Series, which I don't think is worth the money getting loose.
Signed MOCs.
Sadly, the Andre one isn't signed, but goes on the wall for being in the Princess Bride.
Had a lot more two-packs, but decided to sell a load to create more space.
I like early versions of wrestlers, such as the Randy Orton here.
Unless you want to pin holes all over your walls, you have to hide a few when displayed MOC. This is one that's not currently on show.
Final shelf is a bit of a mix. Have a few Mattel, including Series 1 of the standard and 2-packs. Will probably collect a few Legends.
My never-increasing shares (oh, unless you count 1 cent as an increase). Also have a signed Funk T-shirt which I want to get framed.
DVDs (I kinda downoad them now instead) and about every autobiography going.
This is what escaping ladies see on the way out of the den of virginity.
And as a final reminder of what they're missing...
OK, that's ya lot. Collecting MOC is dangerous sometimes cos you can get stuck in a rut and on a neverending cycle of picking up stuff just to complete a collection/series. Therefore, I decided to ship out some of the ones that I either didn't like, or just weren't well made, and am making sure that I collect stuff that I'm happy to display. I'm also careful not to start collecting Series that I'm not particular interested in. I want stuff that I like looked at, not just a endless rows of junk or repeats.
Hence, these boxes...
Ship the lot out and the cherry might drop.
