I went too walmart today and noticed it had the 8 disc set at a cheap $30. They had to different spots with one being $35 for some reason. I didn't know where too put it but since the set is normally way more expensive I wanted too give WF the heads up. Its the first time I saw the set anywhere.

thanks for sharing this info man. i've been meaning to get the dvd set eventually. you can't beat 100 fantastic fights for $30. i'll be looking for this the next time i visit my local walmart.

is it 100 full fights or is it like highlights from the fight? I remember that thing they had on spike and that was just highlights..if it is highlights I will pass..if it has all of the fights I will definitely get it..

The reason there were 2 different spots was because 1 was for the regular DVD set and the other was for the Blu-ray set. Which is AMAZING considering that the Blu-Ray set was nearly $100 a couple months ago.

In case anyone was wanting it, they have the Blu-Ray version of this on Walmart.com for only $35! Methinks I might snatch that up for that price. That is a steal for the BD set.

My goodness! I remember just settling for the clip show version of the DVD because I thought the $70 was too much to spend. I'm definately gonna pick this up now. It's a complete steal at that price.

I happen to own the first version that was released and it is in a more durable and stronger box than this new one. I believe the new version has a plastic cover sleeve to it, where-as the first version does not. I like the first version ALOT better.

Not to be a douche, but the could sell me 100 iconic fights with included commentary on said fights in paper CD sleeves and I'd still buy it for that price. I don't care about what it's wrapped in if the content is still the same. |
