Did anyone ever check this out during it's few seasons on air? I remember seeing it once, I believe.

Never heard of it but it looks interesting. How did it turn out?

I believe it was only one for two-three seasons. It was apparently getting decent viewership and mainstream approval.
I'd rather watch fake pro wrestling, though. Cool concept, nonetheless.

-- I love it!! I wish it was still around, I think with the rise of MMA, it might have a home on say Versus or Spike on a saturday morning. Unfortunately, labeling yourself "Pro Wrestling" and you don't supply the fans with the look and feel of Sports Entertainment, it's a huge suarve (that I personally like!), but it turns off alot of fans, which I'm sure why it failed to begin with.
Now had they gone with a name like "Ultimate Wrestling United" or "Freestyle Combat Wrestling" it might've had a better chance of survival. When you say "Real Pro Wrestling", before watching this, I thought it was going to be like UWF-Shooto, where it takes place in a ring and all the matches would be worked-shoots.
Very nice concept, it's too bad it's defunct now.
