I wish they'd forget Kurt was in TNA, he deserves to be in the top 20 at the very least.

waiting for every fan who only has been watching wrestling for at least 97-present to get pissed about this list. because they really dont know their history, or what this list is even based on. is it the top entertaining superstars of all time, top draws , Perhaps instead of getting your panties in a bunch you should wait until the dvd actually gets released and then find out what kind of explanation there is. and if there isnt, then get riffed.
omg Harley race in the top ten......get over yourselves. Harley race was a workhorse and one of the greatest wrestlers. and yes i would rank him above flair, hogan, and rhodes any day

Thats how WWE would justify it but Micheals was not as good as The Rock or Stone Cold for entertainment value and HBK did not lead the attitude era also WWE's most succesful years. HBK is top performer but so is Shelton Benjamin. That's why this list is so subjective; the "top 50 performers" means something different to so many people. Some people look at it as who drew, or who led the company. Me? Shawn Michaels is going to be number one because night in and night out, he always brought everything to the table in his matches and never failed to enthrall me in his contests. He knows how to work a fast paced match against guys like Shelton Benjamin and Owen Hart, as well as how to play the underdog against bigger guys like Vader and Psycho Sid. Not to mention he pretty much owned every gimmick from ladder match to hell in a cell to the Royal Rumble. There will absolutely never be another Shawn Michaels, which is why he's my number one. Ted Hart says hi.

It's a good list, but I don't agree with the order.
If I were to rank the Top 50 (using their selections):
1. Shawn Michaels 2. Steve Austin 3. Hulk Hogan 4. Bret Hart 5. Ric Flair 6. The Undertaker 7. The Rock 8. Andre the Giant 9. Gorgeous George 10. Buddy Rogers 11. Bruno Sammartino 12. Lou Thesz 13. Harley Race 14. Billy Graham 15. Triple H 16. Eddie Guerrero 17. Randy Savage 18. John Cena 19. Dusty Rhodes 20. Jerry Lawler 21. Edge 22. Chris Jericho 23. Mr. Perfect 24. Terry Funk 25. Rowdy Roddy Piper 26. Ted DiBiase Sr 27. Randy Orton 28. Jack Brisco 29. Kurt Angle 30. Bob Backlund 31. Nick Bockwinkel 32. Gorilla Monsoon 33. Freddie Blassie 34. Mick Foley 35. Jake Roberts 36. Rey Mysterio 37. The Iron Sheik 38. Rick Rude 39. Ricky Steamboat 40. Big Show 41. Sgt. Slaughter 42. Kane 43. Killer Kowalski 44. Pat Patterson 45. Jeff Hardy 46. Dory Funk Jr 47. Jimmy Snuka 48. Fabulous Moolah 49. Junkyard Dog 50. Batista

How about the obvious exclusions? I mean nick bockwinkle made it but not Brock lesnar, Chris benoit or sid? Obviously this list is inaccurate. let alone the fact that hbk is on top, he shouldn't even be top 5, Logan should obviously be #1. Nick Bockwinkel had more of an impact on wrestling than Brock Lesnar and Sid, and Benoit isn't included because he's a murdering piece of ****. and I don't know why you'd want this dude to be #1 Who or what the is that? Is he supposed to be Wolverine? As for the list yeah it's pretty shitty and proves the WWE's bias... though I'm honestly surprised Mysterio is in the top 10 and not Cena...

omg Harley race in the top ten......get over yourselves. Harley race was a workhorse and one of the greatest wrestlers. and yes i would rank him above flair, hogan, and rhodes any day Harley Race only spent a cup of coffee in the WWF and did pretty much nothing of note. Including him in the list at all, let alone so high, indicates it's not a WWE-only list. And the lack of Sting therefore means the list is pretty stupid.

^I take it from those comments you've been a wrestling fan for about 5 years at the most.Race was one of the Top 10 easily of all time. For doing so little in the WWE he's in their HOF though isnt he? Thats how respected he is. They got lots of people that spent hardly any(if any at all)time in their HOF(Gagne,Shiek,Bockwinkle etc).

The point he's trying to make though is are we ranking the top 50 WWE superstars by their WRESTLING careers or by their WWE careers? If its Wrestling then the list is jacked up, if its WWE then the list is still jacked up lol. Race in the top 10 of a WRESTLING career anyone should agree with but Race in the top 10 of WWE careers is a joke. He did NOTHING while in WWE. He even admitted that he was past his prime but just wasnt ready to retire yet he knew McMahon could still find things for him to do.

I am glad HBK is #1, but this is one of those lists that everyone will take issue with. I think the only thing everyone should be able to agree on is that Batista should not be even in the same ballpark with these names.

20. Jerry Lawler
23. Hogan
40. Big Show
48. Rude
Lmfao. The fact that Lawler is ahead of Hogan is hilarious, and Rude should be much higher than Show. This looks absolutely terrible, like IWA MS bad.
