Moore actually had his made just for him, so he owns it and probably was not even considering having it on TV, but then the newz sites wouldn't have a story, so they decided to make up a story about how Moore wanted it on TV but TNA denied it.

Except how were they planning to bring it about? It's not like TNA would actually put a belt on Moore for him to replace with it.
Unless he just flat-out created it, which is the last thing TNA needs, since they really have way too many titles as it is.
