Personally, I have a very low core temperature. The average person's body rests at 98.6 degrees, I'm at 97.4. Long story.
That being said, I can go outside wearing a hoodie when it's 88 degrees and be fine. If it's 45 though, in Chicago, I need two hoodies.
My feeling is that I've been insanely hot and thought "Man, I'm hot." But I've been so cold that I thought "God dammit, I wish I was dead."
I'll take hot.

Hot since I am a lot more used to it.
Sac has some hot summers but I really don't like the cold that much so for sure a hotter place although not one where everyday is < 85-90 since that would just suck.

I live in an awful place temperature wise. Only Northern Minnesota seems to get it worse.
We can go anywhere from 100+ in the Summer to -50 in Winter.
I could go outside without a jacket and it be 30 degrees out.
I like for my room to be just a little bit above cold. I don't want it too warm.

While I don't like extreme heat, I'd take hot over cold, in regards to the weather. I actually don't mind the cold weather too much, but just hate the poor driving conditions that can come from the winter months.

Hot.
I think people are freaks who need to keep cool. Many in my house sleep with the window open, and it gets to the point of if youre not securly wrapped in a blanket, youre going to freeze. I much rather prefer a warm room with shorts and a shirt instead of having to be bundled up in my own house.
If I get to the point of sweating though, its too hot. But I take Hot over cold any day.

I've always said that I'm very warm blooded so I prefer it cold. You can always put more clothes on, but when its hot you can only take off so much.

I prefer cold, because when your outside in the cold, you just feel annoyed and well, cold. But when it's hot, you feel annoyed, plus you get all sweaty and uncomfortable.

I prefer being cold as it's always something that I can counter with more clothing.
You can only get so naked.

I hate really sunny hot weather,it burns me,drains all the energy out of me,makes me sweat and itch and blocks my eyesight. Cold weather can be torturous too if Im not properly covered up,but I usually make sure I am in Winter. So I vote cold.

Cold for sure, I absolutley hate the heat, especially at night when it stops you from sleeping.
There's so much more that you can do to warm yourself up than to cool yourself down when you're too hot.

I like what other people consider "hot" even though to me it's just "warm."

I'd much rather be cold. I feel so uncomfortable when I'm hot, and I'm more likely to sweat and feel even more uncomfortable.
Not to mention, I find that it's easy to warm up, and I love the process of it. I love being chilly and covering up for a little while to warm up.
This is especially true when sleeping. I try to make my room freezing before I go to bed - I'll even open my window for a few minutes in the dead of winter. I love bundling up in cold sheets and warming up.

Being from the south the temperatures get extremely hot. So Im use to that, but Id much rather the temperature be around 70-75 degrees all year long.

Hot. I used to like cold weather but I can't stand it. I'm glad it doesn't snow here cause I would die.

Despite the 'interesting' thread about a fellow Australian who doesn't like the heat, I like living in Australia, but much prefer the cold, and like Valo, can withstand the cold but absolutely fry in the heat (which, incidentally, is right now here in Australia).
So, cold.
