I got the UFC 100 Greatest Fights collection on Blu Ray at Walmart tonight for $34.95. It sells on the UFC website for $119.99. I know it's cheaper basically every where else than on their site, but $34.95 is insane. 100 full fights on Blu Ray.
I had to let you guys know, I think any MMA fan would take 100 fights for $34.

Damn I had totally forgot about this! I seen it on Blu-Ray about a week ago and hid myself a copy behind Edge's DVD. I'm going to pick it up tomorrow and get my bro-in-law a copy to for Christmas. Thanks for the reminder man.

Oh man Im gonna have to check my Wal Mart to see if they even have it stocked. My Wal Mart sucks when it comes to stocking UFC merchandise.

I think I'll need to check Big Lots then.
As for the Wal-Mart deal, I'm kind of pissed. They only had the regular DVD version when I picked it up for $30. I'm still very happy to own it though.

-- Nah, I'll stick to the $3 UFC DVDs from Big Lots Good luck keeping up. They sell like hot cakes at Big Lot. When mine put a few new handfuls, all that's left are maybe the same one or two events I already own by the time I get a chance to look. Not to mention, each event DVD has 9 bouts on it for $3, while the Ultimate 100...obviously has 100(lol) for $30. So by the time you break at $30, you only get about 90 fights give or take. And the unless your (WFs))James Hetfield or Joe Rogen, you basically have no idea what to expect from the prelims. At least with the Ultimate 100, you're guaranteed 100 solid fights. I mean that's just my logic, lol. I myself have about 30-40 events on DVD and the Ultimate 100, and love both. I went for Blu-Ray though on the Ultimate 100.

-- Yeah I'm usually the guy who snatches them all up when they're there. The last time they were in stock, I bought 11 DVDs, some were the same, but I drained their stock for them... Plus the duplicates will make good stocking stuffers if I don't resell them at my local flea market.

I have never even seen a Big Lots. Maybe I need to look around more.

Can you still find that in stores? I know Best Buy put out some new PRIDE DVD's the other day, but I couldn't be bothered to look, and seeing that I'm regretting it now.

I haven't seen that Pride DVD in stores in a long time. The Best Buy in my area has gotten really thin on Pride DVD's in general for us. I think a majority of their stock was purchased for me as an X-Mas gift a year or so ago, and the store has yet to replace any of them. Last I checked, they only had the event with Fedor-vs-Coleman (Shockwave or something).
Were the Pride DVD's released by Pride themselves back when they were in business, or were they all part of Zuffa's efforts after the purchase? Cause I don't understand why UFC isn't trying to scrap up some extra loot by re-releasing these things for needy fans.

I ate up every one of those PRIDE box-sets they put out at my FYE, and picked up the Fedor vs. CroCop event. I'd love an Ultimate PRIDE 100(hell or even just 50) DVD/Blu-Ray release next.

I don't like any of the U.S. PRIDE DVDs. Some are in the wrong match order and some even leave out fights. I have a lot of the Japanese VHS tapes and DVDs, but I need to stock up on more of them.

Probably not if you aren't interested in the little things, I suppose. I just don't like how the American releases cut stuff out.

I would LOVE the backstage stuff, I've spent hours on the internet finding some before, I may buy One and see how I like it. Do they still cut out some of the Intros and Entrances?
