UGH! I wish they would've fixed RVD, but I guess they didn't. Oh well, the rest of the series looks AMAZING! Will definitely get Hardy and maybe Abyss, Hogan, and Pope.

I agree DI 4 is the best set so far. Cant believe they updated Hogan with all the detail on his shirt and doo rag. People bitch about Jakks and the lack of detail.....now they did this. Yet, I here people bitching about RVD's boots. I know, I know.....but they arent using the tall kicker mold. We know that. Jeff got updated as well. Check out his wifebeater......its not the molded on Bret Hart singlet style.....it now is a painted on one to more resemble a wife beater. Abyss looks completely retooled. Before the figure looked weird and now it looks amazing. I preordered the 3 above. Will wait on Pope and Desmond for retail. Those should be easier to find. And I already have several RVDs.....so I doubt I'll get this one. CM, I'm serious. Being that I'm slow, wtf is a wifebeater? A wifebeater is a ribbed tank undershirt. I think the proper term/non ghetto term is an "A-Shirt". You can find them made by Sean John, Fruit Of The Looms, Diesel, etc. I agree DI 4 is the best set so far. Cant believe they updated Hogan with all the detail on his shirt and doo rag. People bitch about Jakks and the lack of detail.....now they did this. Yet, I here people bitching about RVD's boots. And I already have several RVDs.....so I doubt I'll get this one. But here's the issue that some of us are trying to get across. With figures like Hulk, Jeff, and Abyss, where they took the time to make a better figure than the proto, I can see someone wanting to purchase those, and the price paid being completely worth it. In fact, for those that pre-ordered, this would be such a great surprise. However, the norm with Jakks is not as such. The norm is to advertise one thing, and sell another. Wither it be with Tall Kickers, or a great deal of detail, Jakks over the last few years has been known for showing a good or great product in protos, and somehow messing that up when it goes to production. It would be one thing if the company just stopped producing the tall kickers all together. However, they constantly advertise their figures with these parts. And over half of the time, specifically with TNA's line, they aren't used in the final product. I look at the back of a DC Universe figure, and see the other people in that series, I know that if I wanted one, it would look just like that picture. Not the case with Jakks. I would be willing to be at least $100 that if I picked up one of those figures in stores, and looked at the back, the proto picture of Rob Van Dam would have Tall Kickers and the Pope would have more detail on his tights, knee pads, and kickers. As for Abyss, I don't really see how he was "retooled" considering it looks just like the proto. I get why everyone wants the protos to match the final, but Jakks has been doing that for years on years and yet we still buy. They dont seem to care and Jeremy is gone, so we really have no presence on here to complain too. Finally....Tom, I hope you ate so much turkey that your fat ass fails to get back to the keyboard. DAMN IT!!! Got me all excited. Ugh.

I just can't take these things seriously anymore. Those huge heads, and short stubby arms make them look ridiculous.

I'd seriously like to know who is in charge of part choices. There are some seriously annoying flaws here... I don't normally complain but, really? Maybe I'll just stick to Genesis and Impact for my collection. I can do a whole lot more with a single head and my own parts for a lot cheaper. These "cost-cutting" measures are ridiculous. I'm totally disappointed in a company that would treat it's "loyal" consumers this way. Then again, these days, it's not about the customer, it's about the profit margin.

If you are talking about the tall kickers.....its b/c of a silly reason. Not cost cutting....but b/c it causes the figures to not fit in the packaging. So perhaps, its related to costs....but its still silly. Get bigger packaging or get rid of the knee pads.

It is the best series put out so far IMO.
Hardy, Hogan and Abyss look great as does Wolfe, The Pope its looks like something is missing and RVD I'm not liking...but its an easy fix I guess.

They also released giant Foley/Samoa Joe which they had no shame in bending them at the knees to fit them inside the bubble.

I like the new bubbles RVD is kinda weak looking but the tall kickers don't matter to me because the TRU that I go to had a ton of best of 2008 CM punks that I picked up not to long ago

No, I'll just lynch the idiots that constantly give Undertaker boots to every figure instead of RVD boots.
