Him putting MMA moves on little kids may be the most stupid thing ive seen in wrestling in a long time. (and im aware of wwe's Juan Cena) The whole segment was ing intellectually- disabled. What was the point of it? It didn't further anything, and didn't put Jarrett over in the slightest. ing stupid.

If you can just realize that he is making fun of MMA, then you can accept its stupidity...or maybe not.

It was great, classic "heel" Jeff Jarrett coming out.
I demand more "MMA Enthusiast" Jeff Jarrett! I actually demand a full iMPACT of it. Best. Rating. Ever.

You'd think TNA would be more concerned about their own failing product then making fun of a company that's kicking their ass in every way possible. But hey, why care now?

I'd be ok with that if it wasnt tried already before to garner interest from MMA, and people outside of TNA's core fans actually gave a rip about TNA. Stuff like this just makes them appear desparate.

They aren't making fun of MMA/UFC, they (Jarrett) is mocking Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe. It has nothing to do with "making fun" of MMA, but, more so making fun of Angle/Joe.

Yeah I'm shocked that people are too dense to grasp this angle. It has nothing to do with UFC. It's not like TNA is competing against UFC anyway. No different than wrestlers claiming to be muscians or big movie stars or anything else they've done since the beginning of time. There was nothing even remotely "deperate" about this angle. It's a classic heel 101, hot angle.
Then again, it's hard to take some of these critics seriously when they get all over everything TNA does.

They aren't making fun of MMA/UFC, they (Jarrett) is mocking Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe. It has nothing to do with "making fun" of MMA, but, more so making fun of Angle/Joe. I know what he's doing. But is he not referencing MMA style of fighting? Is he not dressing like an MMA fighter? Are angle and Joe MMA fighters? NO. So somewhere in there someone would have to assume that he's either trying to bring attention to MMA or he's making light of MMA. That is of course unless he plans on being an MMA fighter. Beacause I criticize TNA doesn't mean I dont understand what they are doing. my problem is often what if the point of it? Jeff can get over as heel just as much by being a jerk to JB or cheating in every match or costing Joe matches, as he would to by bringing attention To MMA. Which again leads me back to my why? Why reference something that isn't even part of your genre when you have a hard enough time getting your own product to make any sense? Do i expect you or anyone else to agree with what I said or undertstand it? No. But that's my rationale.

They (TNA) Have always put over how Samoa Joe trains in MMA along with Kurt Angle which now that Jarrett has "choked out" Samoa Joe, he thinks he's some big huge "MMA expert" since Joe trains in MMA even though Jarrett didn't "choke" him out. It's not really about bringing attention to MMA nor even making fun about it, it's just based on how Angle/Joe train. It's just how the cookie crumbles, really. It's just a different way to build Jarrett up as a heel while not fully going the ways of cheating to win. Just my two cents, to each their own.

i thought it was funny. probably the lengths of it and the camera angles helped. it reminded me of the seinfeld episode where kramer is doing karate with little kids.

Kids getting beat up? Hilarious. I didn't watch Impact but I had to find this, I enjoyed myself throughly. Watch it leads to Jeff Jarrett vs Joe and the Kids at the next ppv. That's when it would get stupid.
