Week #45: November 7th - November 13th WWF RAW 11/7/1994 1. The Headshrinkers defeated Crush & Ludvig Borga in 6:19 when Fatu pinned Borga following a top rope big splash. 2. Carlos Vega defeated Jim Neidhart in 4:12 following a spinning heel kick. 3. Dynasty Interview: Jim Ross introduces Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Scott Norton and Jeff Jarrett for an interview regarding their upcoming match at Survivor Series against Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage, which will be a five on five elimination match. Ross notes that the Dynasty only has four members and their opponents is a team of two, for now. Flair tells Ross that in recent weeks the Dynasty has recruited a new member to their group of elite to run the World Wrestling Federation and rid the wrestling world of Hulkamania and the Macho Man. Flair says that the Dynasty is a solid foundation but their newest member is going to make them unstoppable. Flair introduces the newest member of the Dynasty as being… Hunter Hearst Helmsley. Helmsley makes his way down to the ring and is glad to be part of the Dynasty family. Helmsley says that he got rid of the mentor he previously had (Bob Backlund) because he wants to be in elite status because he belongs at that level. Last week he inserted himself into the Dynasty by attacking Hulk Hogan and joining the force to get rid of Hulkamania once and for all. Flair chimes back in and says that this is the greatest five man group to ever exist in wrestling and that nobody that Hogan and Savage get will be able to end the Dynasty. Flair finishes off saying that they will be the surviving team at Survivor Series and to get use to seeing the WWF without Hulkamania and Macho Man being around. It is time for the Dynasty to run things. 4. Shawn Michaels defeated Frank Goodman in 2:44 following a super kick. After the match, Tatanka attacked Michaels and hit a Samoan Drop. Tatanka grabbed a microphone and told Michaels that he gets his long awaited revenge and chance to show the world that the Movement isn't a joke at Survivor Series. 5. Duke Droese defeated Rick Martel in 5:13 following a side slam. After the match, Tamara got on the microphone and broke up with Martel calling him a loser and is tired of him embarrassing her. Martel tried to reason with Tamara as they went backstage but Tamara was not interested. 6. Bret Hart Interview: Jim Ross conducted an interview with Bret Hart regarding what Ron Simmons did last week to cost the Hitman the WWF World Championship in a rematch against King Yokozuna. Hart knows that Simmons feels like everyone is against himself and Tatanka, but that wasn’t the case with him. He says he respected Ron for his ability and he was a good guy, but now he is using his grievances to hide the fact that he simply wasn't good enough to become a champion in the WWF. Bret tells Ross that if Simmons wants to be treated fairly he did the wrong thing by costing him the title. Hart isn't going to let Simmons off easy and isn't going to treat him fairly because he wants Simmons in the ring and wants to wrestle him at Survivor Series, which is fitting because Simmons won’t survive in the ring with the Excellence of Execution! 7. The British Bulldog defeated Chris Kanyon in 3:19 following a running power slam. 8. Lex Luger defeated Boo Bradley in 2:04 with the Torture Rack. During the match, Diesel shared pre-tape comments challenging Luger to a no disqualification match at Survivor Series to see which man can survive when there aren’t any rules. 9. King Yokozuna & Jim Cornette Interview: Earlier in the day, Jim Cornette and King Yokozuna were sat down with Vince McMahon to discuss the challenge of the British Bulldog. Cornette tells McMahon that Bulldog is a powerful human being, but Yokozuna is a monster and a monster always wins. Cornette knows that Bulldog won a battle royal, but Yokozuna is the size of all the men in the match all rolled into one! Jim tells Vince that Yokozuna is going to go down as the most dominating champion to ever hold the WWF World Championship and he will put down the British Bulldog at Survivor Series. 10. Mr. Perfect defeated Rhino Richards in 2:43 following the Perfect Plex. 11. Chris Benoit & The Heavenly Bodies defeated WWF Intercontinental Champion Scott Steiner & WWF World Tag Team Champions The Smoking Gunns in 14:26 when Benoit pinned Scott Steiner with a German suplex. After the match, the Heavenly Bodies hit a spike piledriver on Bart Gunn.. 12. Hulk Hogan & Randy Savage Interview: Vince McMahon introduces Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage for the closing segment where Hogan and Savage will reveal their three partners. Hogan tells McMahon that the Dynasty has gotten stronger with Helmsley, but the powers of Hulkamania and the Macho Man is a greater force and that they can overcome evil that is the Dynasty. Hulk says that they have had three guys in mind to their partners for Survivor Series and they have agreed to join their team. The first man is someone they have watched over the past year and believe that he is a “badder man” than the Dynasty. Hogan introduces Razor Ramon as their first partner! Ramon comes out and is greeted with a great reception and shakes hangs with Hogan and Savage. Hogan continues his reveal by saying that with the addition of Helmsley, it was a no brainer to reach out to the man Helmsley has been insulting and attacking in recent weeks too. The decision would make him, well, the perfect partner. Hogan introduces Mr. Perfect as their fourth team member. Perfect comes out and is welcomed to the team shaking hands with his teammates and the fans are going nuts for this. Hogan says that their final partner is a man who has had issues with the Dynasty recently as well and Hogan himself had some tough matches a few years ago with him. This is a man who will strike fear into the Dynasty because he is a supernatural creature. Hogan introduces his last partner as being… The Undertaker! The show comes to an end with all five men putting their fists in the middle showing unity against the Dynasty! WWF Superstars 11/12/1994 1. Hughie The Clown defeated Bob Holly in 6:23 following a moonsault. 2. Tamara Interview: Vince McMahon conducted an interview with Tamara who talked about growing tired of Rick Martel and his losing ways since losing the WWF Intercontinental Championship over the summer. Tamara says that she only associates herself with winners and champions. She calls Martel nothing but an old man who is worthless to her now. She is annoyed with Martel for always calling her and begging for her to comeback, but there is nothing he can do to change her mind. She is done with the model. Now, she is on the hunt for someone who is ready to be on primetime television and bring championship gold back to her. Once she finds her man, she’ll be back in the WWF and be known as the greatest manager of all time! 3. Ron Simmons defeated Paul Ryan in 2:04 following a spine buster. 4. Awesome week, Bob. First of all, just out of curiosity, is Rhino Richards the same Rhino of ECW/NXT fame?
Survivor Series is really shaping up. I love the teams for Mega-Powers vs. Dynasty. Helmsley was great choice to round out that team, by the way.
Can't wait for Bulldog-Yoko. Will Davey Boy get his due, in your diary, I wonder.
Oh, as far as Tamara's next charge: Another title holder, perhaps? Or maybe a blond boyfriend under a random character?
Thank you so much for your efforts!

Cornette says that next week they go to the rodeo when they meet the top tag team in the WWF, two cowboys. Sadly for the Gunns, the Bodies aren’t going to be as easy as a rodeo because his guys are hungry and they want to taste WWF championship gold. Pritchard chimes in and tells Billy and Bart that they will be the only surviving team and they will kick the Gunns harder than any mule could to them. Del Ray is grinding when he says that when they win the titles they will go to the local bars and fight off all the toothless cowgirls that Texas has, because the Heavenly Bodies are irresistible. Cornette notes that when they win the titles they won’t have any credible challengers because they beaten everyone so they might as well go to Japan or somewhere else where there is actual competition. Ric Flair Interview: Vince McMahon sat down with Ric Flair a few days ago to talk about Hulk Hogan and the Survivor Series elimination match. McMahon asks what Flair is determined to end Hulkamania. Flair laughs and tells Vince that Hogan is everything that is wrong with professional wrestling. Hogan does this all for the fans when he should be doing it only for himself. Flair says he has been a multiple time champion and he would wrestle three times a day and go sixty minutes each time. Flair has never declined a challenge, but Hogan avoided him three years ago. Flair thinks that Hogan is a coward and the fans adore a coward. Flair puts himself over saying that he is the guy that fans should be celebrating and when he eliminates Hogan from the WWF the fans will only have the option but to join him and the Dynasty and get behind the real champions of professional wrestling. 7. British Bulldog Interview: Jim Ross introduces the number one contender to the WWF World Champion, the British Bulldog. Ross asks about his WWF World Championship match next week at Survivor Series. Bulldog says he has been successful in everything he has ever done and with the fans behind him, he is going to put Yokozuna down on the mat for three seconds. Bulldog tells Ross that he has had a rough year, but ending the year as WWF World Champion would make all the pain from earlier in the year all worth it. He is ready for a dog fight at Survivor Series! 8. Doink The Clown defeated Rick Martel in 5:34 following the Whoopee Cushion. I can't wait for Survivor Series. I hope the Bulldog upsets Yokozuna to win the title, and surprises everyone focused on the five-on-five match.
I predict that Benoit wins the IC title. Rick sees this as the opening to tag with his brother again, yet one Steiner turns heel on the other.
Interesting to see The Movement gain another member...ditto on Martel's apparent face turn.
Great work! Can't wait for more.

Hart comes out for the interview and is greeted with a good reaction from the fans. Lawler hypes up Bret’s upcoming match against Ron Simmons this Wednesday at Survivor Series. Hart tells Lawler and the fans that Simmons has all the talent in the world, but to claim that the WWF is holding him back because of the color of his skin is ludicrous. Bret didn't appreciate getting screwed a few weeks ago on RAW when Simmons cost Hart his rematch with King Yokozuna for the WWF World Championship. Bret knows that Simmons is looking to make a name for himself and be seen as a credible challenge, but it will not come at the expense of the Hitman at the Survivor Series. Hart says he is going to survive at the pay per view and he will reclaim the WWF World Championship to end the segment. 4. Lex Luger defeated Tom Thomas in 2:22 with the Torture Rack. After the match, Diesel enters the ring and brawls with Luger until security breaks them off. 5. Mr. Perfect defeated Frank Goodman in 2:45 following the Perfect Plex. WWF Survivor Series Date: 11/23/1994 From: San Antonio, TX Announcers: Jim Ross & Bobby Heenan Jim Ross and Bobby Heenan welcome everyone to San Antonio for the Survivor Series! Heenan doesn't think Hogan can trust all of his partners and he certainly wouldn't trust Mr. Perfect. Also tonight, WWF World Champion King Yokozuna defends against the British Bulldog. Heenan believes that Bulldog is all bark and doesn't have the bite to win the championship from royalty tonight. Benoit quickly put a cross arm breaker on Steiner but was unable to get a submission. Benoit misses a clothesline and is met with an overhead belly to belly suplex but Steiner holds his shoulder and can’t follow up allowing Benoit to keep control of the bout. Steiner goes for the cover and pins Benoit to retain the title. (Scott Steiner defeated Chris Benoit, 12:33, ***1/2)Backstage, Todd Pettengill interviews Lex Luger who is looking at himself in a mirror. Luger tells Pettengill that he isn't worried about his match with Diesel because there is nothing Diesel could do to him that would impact his incredibly body and good looks. Luger scoffs at Pettengill for suggesting that Diesel would be able to beat him before leaving the scene. Fourth Contest: Diesel vs. Lex Luger in a no disqualification match: Luger enters the ring from behind and attempts to hit Diesel with his mirror but Diesel turns around and avoids the shot and kicks the mirror into Luger’s face before clotheslining Luger over the top to the floor. Excellent Survivor Series. I was surprised by no title changes, but the results were interesting nonetheless. I'm wondering if Lex Luger will reemerge one week wearing a Phantom of the Opera type mask, or otherwise emphasize his ruined face?
Could "Primetime" be a key word for Tamara's new client?
Can't wait to see what's next for Flair and Hogan. Thanks for the good work.

Sounds like Hogan's moving back towards the title with a Yokozuna feud. Where does this leave Ric Flair? Will you keep him on the roster, or find a way to write him out?
I like what's happening with The Movement. I hope Ron Simmons can challenge for gold soon. Perhaps a 'Freebird-esque' tag reign?
So, Rick finally turned on Scott. Should be an interesting feud. Great week once again, and I look forward to your future booking.

Rick tells Lawler and the fans this wouldn't have happened if the fans and his own brother had forgotten about him while he was on the sidelines with a knee injury. Even when Jim Ross or Vince McMahon came to his house to interview him all they wanted to talk about was the success that Scott Steiner had. His own brother neglected to talk about him and the team they had, and instead talked about his own success. While at home, Rick became frustrated knowing that he is the better Steiner brother but his brother got the chance for success while he sat with his leg in the air for three months before entering rehab for his injury. Rick tells Lawler that he is going to beat his brother for the WWF Intercontinental Championship and prove that he is the better wrestler and the fans and his brother shouldn't have turned their backs on him first. 4. Arn Anderson & Scott Norton defeated Joe Cage & Paul Jones in 3:14 when Anderson pinned Cage following a spine buster. 5. John Bradshaw defeated Crush in 6:49 following a lariat. 6. Tamara tells Ross that she has found her new man, but he isn't coming to the WWF until January because 1995 is going to be a new year for her and a new year full of success. Rick Martel makes his way down to the ring and gets a good reception from the crowd. Martel wants Tamara to give him a second chance. He held the WWF Intercontinental Championship for nearly a year and is just going through a rough patch. Martel knows he still has what it takes and wants Tamara by his side. Tamara tells Martel that he is a loser and he will be nothing without her managerial services. She has moved on and is with a man that is ready for primetime while Martel is past his prime. Tamara slaps Martel down to a knee and leaves. The camera pans onto Martel who raises his head from his hand, and has a look of aggression that hasn't been seen in months, if ever. 7. Ron Simmons defeated The Kamikaze Kid in 4:15 following an over the shoulder back breaker. After the match, Ron Simmons grabbed the microphone and said that the Movement is not going to be stopped by a speed bump. They are on a mission to be recognized and they will not fall short. 8. The Headshrinkers defeated Vince Grossman & Damien Wolf in 2:19 when Fatu pinned Wolf after a top rope big splash. 9. Ludvig Borga Interview: Jim Ross conducted an interview with Ludvig Borga regarding his attack on Duke Droese hitting Droese with his own garbage can. Borga says that Droese is an example of how embarrassing Americans are. Duke Droese is happy to be throwing trash of disgusting Americans away every day. He smells like trash and looks like garbage. He is what makes America, and yet the fans cheer him. Borga is going to send the trash man to the compactor and defeat another WWF hero. 10. Razor Ramon defeated Tim Thomas in 2:44 following the Razors Edge. After the match, Jeff Jarrett ran into the ring and whacked Ramon over the back with a steel chair while Ramon was on the middle rope. Jarrett is walking up the aisle way pointing to his head and saying that he is tougher than Ramon and he just proved it. 11. Hunter Hearst Helmsley defeated Sionne in 3:04 following the Pedigree. Owen says that for nearly three years in the WWF and he doesn't get the opportunity to showcase his skills. Owen recalls defeating Chris Benoit earlier this year and all he gets is enhancement matches while Benoit gets WWF Intercontinental Championship matches. Owen tells McMahon and Jim Ross that he is sick of this and he is going to get the attention he deserves because he is the best Hart in the WWF, with all respect to Bret Hart, he knows he is better than his brother. 13. Bam-Bam Bigelow defeated Chris Kanyon in 2:15 following a diving head butt. After the match, Bigelow made it clear he will be in the Royal Rumble match and the Beast from the East will be the top dog in the WWF. 14. Diesel wrestled Tatanka to a double count-out due to interference from the Movement and Shawn Michaels running down to save Diesel at the 8 minute mark. Perfect tells Ross that he wants Helmsley in the ring and wants Hunter to show what he has to offer in a singles match if he is man enough to face him man to man. 3. Can't wait to see Tamara's new man. I'm thinking it could be one of two people. I guess I'll wait to find out.
1995 should be an interesting year, especially if this diary is any indication. Keep up the great job!

Kings Court w/ Hulk Hogan: Jerry Lawler conducted an interview with Hulk Hogan regarding his upcoming WWF World Championship match at the 1995 Royal Rumble. Lawler doesn't think any person is capable of stopping King Yokozuna. Hogan tells Lawler that he hasn't been the WWF World Champion for three years and that is three years too long. He had been occupied with the Dynasty and Ric Flair, but now that it is over with, he is coming for the championship he never actually lost in the squared circle. Hogan knows that Yokozuna is an enormous challenge, but his up to the challenge and is ready to conquer a dominate human being. Lawler brings up the Survivor Series and how his team defeated the Dynasty. Hogan is of course happy about that, however he isn't happy about a chair shot he received from Hunter Hearst Helmsley. He knows that Helmsley is trying to earn his stripes in the Dynasty, but he will have to do so when they meet in singles action next week on RAW! Hogan hopes that Helmsley is ready to feel Hulkamania run wild on him next week, brother! 4. Bam-Bam Bigelow defeated Scotty Anton in 2:16 following a diving head butt. After the match, Bigelow stated he has the fire to win the 1995 Royal Rumble. 5. Rick Martel defeated IRS in 4:15 with the Boston Crab. After the match, Martel wouldn't let go of the hold until several officials came out to pull him off. Jim Ross tried to interview Martel on the outside, but Martel went right by Ross to the backstage area. 6. Scott Steiner Interview: Jim Ross conducted an interview with the WWF Intercontinental Champion Scott Steiner, who appears to be a little emotional and emotionally lost since the betrayal of his own brother, Rick Steiner. Jim Ross asks about Scott’s mental state, and Scott admits that he is reeling from the betrayal but in time he will be okay. Scott never expected Rick to do what he did, but now that he did, it’s time to treat Rick as a hate foe instead of a loving brother. Ross says that he will be wrestling Rick Steiner at the Royal Rumble for the WWF Intercontinental Championship. Scott says that Rick has been jealous of his singles success and now he gets the chance to prove if he is better, but Scott is confident that at the Royal Rumble, the more talented Steiner will prevail and he will have no second thoughts to what he will have to do to Rick in order to retain the championship he fought very hard for. 7. Crush defeated Marty Jannetty in 4:46 with the Kona Vice. After the match, Crush is confident that there is no man that can eliminate him in the Royal Rumble. 8. Owen Hart & Bret Hart Confrontation: Vince McMahon introduced Owen Hart and Bret Hart to come down for an interview. Bret and Owen came down to the ring together and appear to not have any tension between each other. McMahon notes last week that Owen is on a mission to prove himself and mentioned he could beat Bret Hart. Bret chimes in and says that Owen has always had the fire and he wants to be fighting for championships in the WWF. Owen tells McMahon that he meant everything he said last week and knows he can beat Bret. Bret pats Owen on the back and continues to say that Owen has a lot of fire in him and that the WWF should be worried. Owen looks at Bret and says that guys like him should be worried. Owen says he feels that Bret isn't taking him seriously. Bret knows that Owen is very talented but Owen hasn’t fought top level talent like he has for several years now. Owen reminds Bret that if he didn't get the opportunity to wrestle Mr. Perfect in ’91 he might have never gotten his chance, and the same could be said when he wrestled Flair for the strap in ’92. Owen is done waiting for his chance and wants his shot in the ring. He wants to beat his own brother break. Owen challenges Bret to a singles match at Royal Rumble for his one shot and if he loses than he’ll leave it alone. Bret thinks about it for a moment and says he will step in the ring with Owen, but he won’t lay down just because they are brothers. Owen wouldn't want that to happen anyway. They embrace as their match is official at Royal Rumble. Will Owen Hart breakthrough at his brothers expense at the Royal Rumble? 9. Chris Benoit defeated Mike Thomas in 2:41 following a top rope diving head butt. After the match, Benoit insults both Owen and Bret saying he can beat both of them but they don't want a piece of the Crippler. 10. Scott Norton Interview: Jim Ross conducted an interview with Scott Norton regarding the Royal Rumble and his upcoming casket match with the Undertaker at the event. Norton says that he isn't afraid of the dark and he sure as hell isn't afraid of the Undertaker. Norton says the Dynasty has given him the mission to end the Undertaker and at the Royal Rumble, he will do what is asked of him. “Undertaker, you will be six feet under and you will rest in peace.” 11. Randy Savage defeated Hunter Hearst Helmsley by disqualification in 8:25 when Helmsley hit Savage with a steel chair over the back. Mr. Perfect and Hulk Hogan came down to ringside to scare Helmsley from the ring. WWF World Champion King Yokozuna came out to the entrance way to stare at Hogan. 12. Ron Simmons Interview: Vince McMahon conducted an interview with Ron Simmons regarding the main event and the Royal Rumble. Simmons promises that Carlos Vega and Tatanka will win the WWF World Tag Team Championships as they move forward with their Movement. The tag titles are just the first part of their movement. The second is winning the Royal Rumble and winning the WWF World Championship at WrestleMania XI. Simmons hasn't been this determined in a long time. He and his men are on a mission to prove to everyone that they are champions and the best in the WWF. He defeated Bret Hart and he will win the WWF World Championship to make a statement and solidify the Movement. 13. Lex Luger Vignette: A video focusing on Lex Luger is aired. Luger has his face complexity covered as he enters a plastic surgeon office. The surgeon claims he has never seen a face nearly destroyed as he has in Lex Luger thanks to Diesel. The doctor says there is going to long time to reconfigure Luger’s face, but he is confident it can be done. 14. Sent you a PM with my award picks.
I sincerely hope you don't put Hogan back in WWF title contention. In 1995, it was the New Generation. If you keep Hogan in your WWF, he should be more of a Babe Ruth figure at this point.
I enjoyed the Bret-Owen segment. I think it really set Owen up as a strong heel.
Good job putting the tag titles on Tatanka & Vega. It makes the tag titles interesting again, and keeps Simmons' stable fresh.
Royal Rumble should be interesting. It was always my favorite event behind Mania. Keep up the great work!

World Wrestling Federation News:
- Ludvig Borga, Sionne, and Jim Neidhart have been released from their contracts as of January 1st, 1995.

- WWF officials are said to be very pleased with The Movement stable. It is expected that Ron Simmons will have a high profile match at WrestleMania XI.
- Brian Lee has signed a contract with the WWF. He made his debut on RAW this past Monday attacking Rick Martel.
- WWF officials have had discussions with other stars of Smoky Mountain Wrestling, but no other signings are known.
- There have been discussions between the WWF and Mick Foley (Cactus Jack). However, WWF officials don't believe the edgy nature of Cactus Jack would fit with their program.
- In a recent interview, Road Warrior Animal hinted that the Legion of Doom could be returning to the company “sooner rather than later.”
- Expect several wrestlers to debut in the next few months starting with Hakushi as seen on RAW.
