SNME - Nice way to start off the show with Michaels/Jannetty. Michaels winning was expected and I'd imagine that that is the feud ender. I'm interested in seeing where you head with both men. Undertaker/Skinner was fine for what it was, loved the Bigelow post match, loved the urn assault and a Taker/Bigelow feud into Mania should be sweet and one I'm looking forward to. Tatanka going over was expected, interested to see where you go with Tatanka now that Doink is behind him. Really happy that Flair went over as he makes for a better Wrestlemania main event match up with Hart than Perfect did. Overall really good show.
Week 7 - I'm loving the Steiner Brothers/Money Inc. feud, though it does seem a bit overkill by pitting them against teams they could potentially face down the line in matches they are sure to win (though I hope this feud is a long one anyway). Loved the Money Inc. promo about them though. Tatanka/Michaels is a logical way to go since there weren't too many faces whom could potentially challenge Michaels at this time. Nice start to the feud though, love the way you are doing Michaels character.
Overall great stuff man, you are really doing the era justice and I love the results format. The best diary on the board right now, good job man.

World Wrestling Federation News:
- World Wrestling Federation has agreed to a working relationship with Jim Cornette’s Smoky Mountain Wrestling company. Along with the partnership, Cornette has signed a contract with the WWF and will become an on air character. As for the agreement with SMW, WWF will be using the Heavenly Bodies, Rock N Roll Express and the Unabomb. All of the previous mentioned talent will be featured on the house show market for several months before they appear on television. - Jim Cornette will be soon be a consultant for Yokozuna on television. This will be done so that the interview segments with Yokozuna and Mr. Fuji will not be “lost in translation” for the fans. WWF officials believe that Yokozuna needs a English speaking manager for a successful main event push later in the year. - Saturday Night Main Event XXXII drew a 6.5 rating on the FOX Network. This is good news for the WWF and FOX. The next Saturday Night Main Event will be taking place on May 15th. - Judging by the past weeks worth of television, several matches are hinted at being apart of the Wrestle Mania IX show on April 4th. Bret Hart vs. Ric Flair for the WWF Word Championship is confirmed. The following three matches are set to take place on the show, but are not 100% confirmed. Shawn Michaels vs. Tatanka for the WWF Intercontinental Championship, Bam-Bam Bigelow vs. the Undertaker and Lex Luger vs. Mr. Perfect. - Chris Benoit worked the last set of house shows that happened in Canada. Benoit has not signed a written contract with the WWF, as he has commitments with Japan that run through the summer of 1993. It is expected that after those commitments are honored, Benoit will become a full time WWF wrestler. - A new talk show segment will be debuting on WWF television soon. The leading candidate for the segment is Jerry Lawler. The name of the segment would be titled “Kings Court” and occur on a weekly basis. WWF officials feel that the segment would help hype up various feuds and help Lawler get over with the crowd, quicker. - The following poster is the official Wrestle Mania IX poster: ( Credit: Chaz) [/font]

Can't wait to see Chris Benoit as a full time WWF wrestler. Chaz did a real good job with the poster. The Rock N Roll Express in the WWF would be interesting as I've always liked seeing their old matches with the Midnight Express, though I hope they're not heels. Love the new Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Undertaker feud.

WWF Week 8: Live Events...Alright, good to see Chris Benoit get another tryout, just don't be rushing him up here. Doink the Clown beating Marty Jannetty is a MASSIVE drop for Marty. I don't care what show it is, the Calgary crowd would have been bored stiff by the Bret Hart/Ric Flair sixty minute draw, and overall disappointed by the fact it ended in a draw. The crowd would hate that in this era. Maybe in the 80s. Same for the 2/26 Edmonton show. Wonder how much longer Big Bossman will last. Glad to see Marty Jannetty with the win back in the States on the 2/26 Long Island show. Tatanka beating Shawn Michaels could be good for Tatanka, if a program comes of it, that would be good, but I hope Shawn doesn't end Tatanka's unbeaten streak. I feel the 2/27 show could have used another tag team match, but I feel The Undertaker and Bam Bam Bigelow could have very well main evented. Just for some variety of main event. I do like Terry Taylor's involvement, and it seems like he's not the Red Rooster either. High Energy getting an opportunity in the ring with Money Inc is great. I'd say the 2/26 show was best.
WWF Week 8: Television...On RAW: Obvious that we see Lex Luger defeat Crush, a good debut for Luger, and I like him winning with that forearm smash...I hope we build up the suspense of Luger having the plate in his arm for a couple of months, perhaps. The Steiner Brothers having to go through a series of teams could be good, I can imagine they'll be facing Money Inc by WrestleMania IX. It reminds me of the old ladder technique you used to get in wrestling games. Road to the champs. Jim Duggan and Blake Beverly...bit competitive I'd consider. Shawn Michaels bragging about beating Marty Jannetty to be interrupted by Tatanka is good, liked Shawn nailing him in the back of the head. Shows how cheap he is. On Superstars of Wrestling: The Steiner Brothers should have faced the Headshrinkers last, they're one of the more credible teams in my mind. Bam Bam Bigelow's interview was nice, just to explain why he did what he did. I'm looking forward to these two guys fighting. Owen Hart slowly building up. Mr Perfect and Lex Luger's brawl was quite good, I am interested in this situation with Luger's being obnoxious. Wonder what Yokozuna's motive for WrestleMania is. Chris Canyon and Mark Starr cameos is good, can't expect them to be signed though. The Wrestling Challenge had a good bout with Shawn Michaels beating Virgil, but he was using the Teardrop Suplex as a finisher back here I think. Money Inc's interview was nice, just questioning the intellegence on the Steiner Brothers, who are obviously going to be their contenders at WrestleMania IX. Bret Hart's promo was good, liking this massive sportsmanship scenario for the WWF Championship, just wondering if it's too worthy of a main event at WrestleMania that will draw a lot of viewers.

Actually quite surprised that Luger/Crush went on so long, although Luger definitely deserved the win and I like that he used the Running Forearm. I like the challenge that the Steiner Brothers have to get through before getting a shot at the WWF Tag Team Championships. I'm liking the possibility of a Michaels/Tatanka feud. Actually surprised to see the Headshrinkers get eliminated first, I was expecting the Beverly Brothers to be first gone. I'm really loving the Bigelow/Taker feud. Like him still having possession of the urn. I liked Heenan telling Perfect that he's not perfect, but Luger is. A Mr. Perfect/Lex Luger feud could be great. Yoko winning a 2-on-1 is fine. Michaels beating Virgil in the Wrestling Challenge opener was fine. I liked the Money, Inc. interview and the Money, Inc./Steiner Brother match (when it happens) will be great. Really looking forward to Hart/Flair at WrestleMania.

Week 9: March 1st - 7th
WWF RAW 3/1/1993: (Manhattan, NY) 1. Steiner Brothers defeated the Natural Disasters in 6:43 when Rick pinned Typhoon following a middle rope bulldog. 2. Mr. Perfect/Lex Luger Confrontation: Vince McMahon started the interview segment talking with former number one contender Mr. Perfect. Perfect told McMahon that he is greatly disappointed in himself to lose his spot at Wrestle Mania to that “no good, womanizer” Ric Flair. Perfect knows that he could just sit around and be upset about the situation but Perfect isn’t that type of guy. Instead, Perfect is going to do whatever he has to do in order to get another title shot. Bobby Heenan and Lex Luger end up cutting Perfect off with Heenan gloating about the perfectionist that Luger truly is. They eventually get to the ring and Heenan tells Perfect that he always knew that Perfect would choke on the biggest stage. That is why Heenan has associated himself with Luger, a man Heenan believes to be a future WWF World Champion sooner rather than later. Perfect chimes in and tells Heenan that he didn’t need their crap at SNME and he doesn’t need it right now! Perfect suggests Luger proves that he is as great as Heenan claims and fight him right now. Heenan ends the tension by declining the offer. However, Heenan instead issues a challenge for the biggest stage of all, Wrestle Mania IX. Heenan wants everyone to see Perfect choke at Wrestle Mania just like he did at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Perfect accepts the challenge to close the segment. 3. Bam-Bam Bigelow defeated PJ Walker in 1:12 following a flying head butt. 4. Rick Martel defeated Koko B. Ware in 5:22 with the Boston Crab. 5. Jim Duggan Interview: Duggan cut a pre tape promo regarding his recent encounters with Yokozuna. Duggan isn’t going to allow a evil foreigner like Yokozuna and his manger Mr. Fuji disrespect the USA. WWF World Champion Bret Hart defeated Terry Taylor in a non-title match in 8:15 with the Sharpshooter.

WWF Superstars 3/6/1993 1. Yokozuna defeated Marty Jannetty in 5:49 following the Banzai Drop. During the bout, Doink made an appearance and distracted Jannetty leading to a big splash from Yoko in the corner. Doink laughed at a fallen Jannetty to close out the segment. 2. Bam-Bam Bigelow Interview: Vince McMahon conducted a interview with Bam-Bam Bigelow who still has possession of the Undertaker’s urn. Bigelow tells McMahon that in order to get recognized in this business you need to go after the big, popular guys. Bigelow believes that his attack at SNME on the Undertaker was his “big moment” for the time being. Bigelow continues by saying that he wants a fair match against the Undertaker thus he took the urn so that Taker couldn’t use any supernatural powers. Bigelow tells McMahon that when it’s a even playing field, Bam-Bam Bigelow will defeat the Undertaker and be respected by the fans and by WWF management like he should be! 3. Tatanka defeated Chris Kanyon in 2:41 following a Samoan Drop. 4. Mr. Perfect defeated Repo Man in 4:06 following the Perfect Plex. During the bout, a pre-tape of Heenan talking about how Lex Luger is true perfection and that they will prove that Mr. Perfect is a choke artist on the biggest stage in wrestling, Wrestle Mania! 5. Steiner Brothers Interview: The Steiner’s cut a promo regarding their quest for a WWF World Tag Team Championship against Money Inc. Steiner’s mention that they have beaten two top tag teams and that next week on WWF Superstars, they will beat the Beverly Brothers and move one step closer to their destiny! 6. Razor Ramon defeated Mark Starr in 2:08 following the Razors Edge. After the match, Randy Savage made his return to the WWF by coming through the crowd to attack Ramon until security broke up the attack.
WWF Wrestling Challenge 3/7/1993 1. WWF Intercontinental Champion Shawn Michaels defeated Koko B. Ware in a non-title match in 6:55 following a super kick. 2. Tatanka Interview: Mean Gene conducted a sit down interview with the number one contender for the WWF Intercontinental Championship. The interview started off with Tatanka talking about his heritage and how important that is to him. Gene mentions Shawn Michaels and Tatanka’s undefeated streak. Tatanka believes that as long as he keeps focus and has the support of the WWF fans, he can beat Shawn Michaels. Tatanka believes that a coward like Shawn Michaels disgraces the championship. Tatanka finishes off by saying that he will win the championship and bring back respect and prestige that the championship should have. 3. Nasty Boys defeated Mike Bell/Russ Greenberg in 2:57 when Saggs pinned Bell following a top rope elbow drop. 4. Doink the Clown defeated Joey Maggs in 2:03 following the Whoopee Cushion. 5. Ric Flair Interview: Flair shared some previously recorded comments regarding his upcoming WWF World Championship match against Bret Hart at Wrestle Mania IX. Flair believes that on April 4th the feel good story of Bret Hart being a People’s Champion will come to an end. Flair isn’t impressed by Hart’s talents and knows that since he has time to prepare for Hart, he will be prepared to combat Hart’s style. Flair believes that back in October of 1992 Hart got lucky beating him because Flair was told on short notice who his opponent was going to be. Wrestle Mania is a different story and according to Flair will have a different ending. The Nature Boy is going to walk out of Las Vegas as, The Man! 6. Owen Hart defeated George South in 1:45 following a missile dropkick. During the bout, Rick Martel called in and said that he is sick of the fans cheering for Owen Hart and the ladies whistling at him. Martel puts himself over and says that he will make sure the fans notice him and his incredible physical features.

Randy Savage Interview: Vince McMahon conducted a in-ring interview with Randy Savage, who could hardly stand still and was pacing in the ring throughout the segment. Savage told McMahon that Razor Ramon has gotten his attention and isn’t going to sit back and allow Ramon to just do what he pleases. Savage has been in this business for far too long to allow a rookie to upstage him and try to take his spot. Savage knows that Ramon isn’t at the venue tonight, but Savage issues a challenge to Ramon to be a man and compete against Savage not in a wrestling match but a fight! “Be a man Ramon and fight the Macho Man!” 5. WrestleMania IX Report: Mean Gene promotes the event and introduces pre-tape comments from WWF Intercontinental Champion Shawn Michaels. Michaels believes that at Wrestle Mania he will become the first man to defeat Tatanka because Michaels is the greatest wrestler to ever compete in the WWF. Michaels finishes off by saying that Tatanka can pray all he wants, but his dream of becoming the WWF Intercontinental Champion will not become a reality! 3. Doink the Clown defeated Mark Starr in 1:46 following the Whoopee Cushion. During the bout, pre-tape comments from Marty Jannetty are shown. After the match, Randy Savage ran down to the ring and had a brief brawl with Ramon until security and referees pulled them apart. 4. Lex Luger Interview: Vince McMahon conducted a interview with Lex Luger with Bobby Heenan. McMahon doesn’t understand how they can call Mr. Perfect, a former WWF Intercontinental Champion, a choke artist. Heenan tells McMahon that Perfect has never been a World Champion and he never will be after losing to Ric Flair last month. Heenan points out that Lex Luger has been a World Champion and was a dominating one at that. Luger came to the WWF for the best competition and knows that he can beat everyone in the WWF. Luger chimes in and tells McMahon that there is one goal on his mind and that is to win the WWF World Championship. WWF Week 9: Live Events...Was nice to see the Rock 'n' Roll Express on the 3/5 card. I hope to see Owen Hart mesh with them in the near future. Wonder how long Virgil will last from here. Shawn Michaels and Crush was an interesting position on the card. Bam Bam Bigelow has been having odd matches on the live event circuit. Kamala beating Terry Talor, well, at least Kamala grabbed a win. Liked the tag team main event on the 3/6 show. Am still interested with these Undertaker and Jerry Lawler matches.
WWF Week 9: Television...Nice to see the Steiner Brothers beat the Natural Disasters, would have been a difficult bout for Steiners to win. The Mr Perfect and Lex Luger confrontation perfectly set up for a match between the two at WrestleMania IX. It should be good, anyway. Rick Martel with a win on RAW? I am happy to see that. Jim Duggan's promo basically just made him look 'presentable' to Yokozuna. Was happy to see Bret Hart and Terry Taylor have a lengthy match (relatively). Decent episode of RAW, I was glad to see some lengthy matches here for once. On Superstars of Wrestling, Yokozuna beating Marty Jannetty is fine, but nearly six minutes may be too long. Doink the Clown and Jannetty hopefully doesn't make the WrestleMania card. Bam Bam Bigelow hyping up the feud with The Undertaker. Hopefully you stretch it past WrestleMania, honestly. Wonder how long Repo Man will be around from here. Steiner Brothers' interview showed the obviousness of them going to face Money Inc at WrestleMania, meh. I wish it had been prepared differently. Randy Savage attacking Razor Ramon I was happy to see. At Wrestling Challenge, expected Shawn Michaels and Koko B. Ware to have a good match, being that they've fought plenty on live events. Tatanka's interview on Shawn was self-explanatory. Wonder how you dodge ending the Tatanka undefeated streak, or maybe it's time for him to win a title. Ric Flair's interview was nice, looking forward to him facing Bret Hart actually. Just wonder how you could work it as a main event at 'Mania. Rick Martel and Owen Hart's feud reaching television I am happy about.
WWF Week 10: Live Events...Everything seemed pretty solid on the 3/12, not so sure on the chemistry Kamala would have with Bam Bam Bigelow, though. Again, wonder how long Big Bossman hangs around. Only one house show this week? Weird.
WWF Week 10: Television...The Kamikaze Kid being involved is good, Tatanka scaring Shawn Michaels away instantly sets some tension between who will become WWF Intercontinental Champion in a few weekks. Kamala getting the win is good! Happy to see him getting somewhere at last, perhaps. Yokozuna should use Jim Duggan as a stepping stone, hopefully he becomes a major player. Great wrestler for a big man. Randy Savage's interview was good, liked the idea of a fight with Razor Ramon, wonder when it will be. Could imagine it being next week on RAW. Hopefully closes the show out, too. That would be interesting. Money Inc's interview furthered how obvious the match with Steiner Brothers will be. Jim Duggan beating Terry Taylor...weak closing contest. I feel Bret Hart or Ric Flair should have gone here, really. Their feud is really underfocused in my mind. Weak RAW episode this week. Superstars of Wrestling, obvious win for Steiner Brothers against the Beverly Brothers. I hope Money Inc end up retaining the WWF Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania IX. It's too predictable and fairy tale generic if Steiners win the belts. I hope they win them, yes. But more of a chase, please. Shawn Michaels and Tatanka, honestly don't know who will win this. The Undertaker and Bam Bam Bigelow at WrestleMania, should be an interesting match. How about if 'Taker loses? Wouldn't matter, he's only on 2-0 at 'Mania in this situation. I wouldn't mind Bigelow winning. Would boost him a lot, beating 'Taker. Wrestling Challenge, looking forward to the Bret Hart and Ric Flair match, but the WWF Championship bout has really been underfocused. Focus on it more while you can, otherwise it's an awfully promoted main event for the main event of pay-per-views. Lex Luger's promo was nice and heated at Mr Perfect, interesting intentions of challenging for the WWF Championship. Interesting week, but you need to focus more on the Flair/Hart feud that is main eventing!

I love the new graphics, Chaz done a great job on them. Tatanka/Michaels will be good when it eventually happens, but I can't see Tatanka taking the strap. Savage interview was decent, as was the Money, Inc. interview. I just feel you should have featured Flair/Hart on the show, not necessarily in action but even an interview. They should be the main focus of the product right now. Originally I thought the Steiner Brothers would beat all the teams they have to face to get their shot against Money, Inc. but for some reason I have a feeling you're going to pull a swerve. However, I hope you don't and we do get Steiners/Money, Inc. at WrestleMania. Love the Bigelow/Undertaker feud and I agree with Dan that Bigelow winning would be great, especially since Taker's streak wasn't even identified around this time. Wouldn't mind Luger eventually getting a run with the WWF Championship. Can't see Perfect being the one winning the feud blow-off of Luger/Perfect. Flair in a main event squash is alright, although you definitely should have focused more on Flair/Bret. I don't even think Bret made an appearance on any of the shows in-person.

Flair grabs the microphone and says that he should be getting the attention and all the interview time. Flair doesn’t care that Bret Hart has the championship because that is only temporary. Flair continues by saying that he will never forget losing the championship to a chump like Bret Hart back in October. Flair can’t live with himself knowing that he lost the most prestigious belt in this sport to a second rate wrestler like Bret Hart! Hart chimes in and tells the “old man” that Flair’s days as being the top guy in the WWF has passed him by. Hart knows that he has the talent to beat Flair, as he has already done so! Hart has nothing to prove to Flair while Flair has everything to prove to him! Flair looks like he is going to explode but simply gets in Hart’s face and tells him “my world championship is coming back to where it belongs… around my waist!” They have a stare down to end the segment. 4. Steiner Brothers defeated the Nasty Boys in 11:35 to earn a tag team title shot at WrestleMania IX when Scott pinned Knobs following a double under hook power bomb. After the match, Yoko attempts another Bonsai Drop but Jim Duggan runs down with a 2x4 and smacks Yoko over the back sending Yoko to the floor! Duggan helps Bossman to his feet to end the segment. 7. Randy Savage/Razor Ramon Brawl: Savage is still at the parking lot until Ramon is seen walking over and taunting Savage. Savage runs over and begins to exchange right hands with Ramon, getting the upper hand. Ramon rams Savage head first onto the hood of a car and attempts a Razors Edge onto the car but Savage backdrops Ramon onto the car! Savage rams Ramon face first onto the car several times until security and officers run over to pull Savage off of a bleeding Ramon! Savage is heard screaming at Ramon saying that “this is only the beginning!”

WWF Superstars 3/20/1993 1. Bam-Bam Bigelow defeated Jim Powers in 2:03 following a flying head butt. After the match, the lights go out and smoke fills the aisle way with a gong going off several times. Bigelow bails from the ring with the urn and leaves through the crowd. 2. WWF Week 11: Live Events...Nice to see Yokozuna with the opportunity to face Bret Hart in the main event. No Ric Flair on these shows though? That's a little odd, you should also push the WrestleMania IX main event on live events too. The Undertaker and Bam Bam Bigelow & Razor Ramon and Lex Luger with Randy Savage and Mr Perfect, they got coverage. The 3/19 show was a bit weaker, some awkward matches like Jerry Lawler against Virgil. Ric Flair beating Randy Savage is good to see, again, promote Flair vs Hart on live events. Razor Ramon did have a nice opportunity against Bret, but it's nothing fresh. Like to see the Steiner Brothers against Money Inc on live events at last. Nice oppportunity. Nothing different to note about on the 3/20 show. Two shows on the same day in Boston & New York? Hmm. Identical cards, there's not too much to comment on really. Was glad to see Bret and Flair meet in the ring at the Madison Square Garden show. It seemed like WrestleMania IX's uppercard with two or three thrown together matches.
WWF Week 11: Television...Randy Savage kicking off the show was nice, quick mention about Razor Ramon. Rick Martel with the win is good, hope Martel and Owen Hart don't face off on pay-per-view at WrestleMania IX. Bret Hart and Ric Flair's promo was pretty intense, finally good to see them get this feud over. Steiner Brothers against the Nasty Boys is good. Obvious we're getting Steiners and Money Inc anyway. I hope the WWF Tag Team Championships don't change hands though, as I've previously said. Randy Savage and Razor Ramon's brawl, hm. Acceptable edition of RAW. Obviously now in WrestleMania mode for sure. Bam Bam Bigelow being played mind games with is nice. Jerry Lawler and an open challenge? May as well get his run up and going. Yokozuna will be victorious at WrestleMania, I'm confident. Tatanka's interview was alright, didn't do much for me. Bret Hart beating Blake Beverly; some more WWF Championship coverage, yay. Decent episode of Superstars of Wrestling. Ric Flair beating Crush would have been a true clash of chemistries. Hmm. Doink the Clown and Marty Jannetty at WrestleMania IX sounds sort've dire. More interesting week than others, of course.

Flair signed as well with a cocky smile. Flair grabbed the microphone and cut a promo declaring that Hart’s title reign began as a fluke and it will be made apparent who the real WWF World Champion truly is at Wrestle Mania IX. Hart responds by claiming that Flair is in denial that time has passed Flair by and that a younger, better wrestler like himself beat him for the WWF World Championship. Hart says that he will not be able to live with himself if by some chance Flair beats him. Hart believes that Flair is everything that is wrong with wrestling and would only hurt the prestige of the WWF World Championship. Flair gets up from his seat and gets in Hart’s face. Perfect laughs at that statement and asks what Luger has done in the WWF. Perfect goes over the fact that he is a former multiple time WWF Intercontinental Champion and if it weren’t for shady referring, he would be in the main event at WrestleMania IX. The Wrestlemania card is shaping up fantastically, love the way you are pushing the angles into the event and pretty much all of the matches have me wondering who will come out on top. Expecially loving the Luger/Perfect and Hart/Flair programs. The contract signing was great between Flair and Perfect and has me highly anticipated for their bout. The sit down interview with Perfect was very well written and builds Perfect's character and the Luger feud extremely well. Love what you are doing with Lawler's character as well and I am intrigued to see who you bring in to face him (Hogan maybe?). The Undertaker/Bigelow and Savage/Ramon feuds are both intense. I'm thinking you might go with Tatanka taking the IC Title and I wouldn't really be opposed to that.
Overall Wrestlemania is shaping up to be a great top to bottom card and this is a very good diary. Good job.

WWF Week 13: Live Events...N/A.
WWF Week 13: Television...RAW; Decent six-man tag team match, was impressed by it. Like I've said in the past, I hope that Money Inc and Yokozuna win their respective matches. Save the Steiners' inevitable WWF Tag Team Championship reign for more down the line, and now the fairytale cliché of WrestleMania IX. Ideal promotion for Shawn Michaels and Jerry Lawler, setting up their matches in six days. Razor Ramon's promo was decent, just to put over his feud with Randy Savage again. More promotion with The Undertaker to make him look invincible. Superstars of Wrestling; Lex Luger and Big Bossman would be a weird match, the right man won here. Doink the Clown beating Virgil did its job, why Virgil is still around is beyond me. Randy Savage beating the Brooklyn Brawler was obvious. Tatanka's segment just hyped up his match with Shawn. Really don't know which way to go with the WWF Intercontinental Championship picture. Bret Hart beating Scott Taylor is self-explanatory. The Wrestling Challenge; nice to see Chris Canyon, but good win for Marty Jannetty. Mr Perfect beating Louie Spicolli, interesting. Bam Bam Bigelow and Crush had a good match in the real WWF, this should have been nice. Here's for a spring Crush push. Yokozuna, like I've said before hopefully beats Jim Duggan. Ric Flair beating Joey Maggs is ideal, hope to see Bret leave WrestleMania IX with the WWF Championship though.

-Tatanka winning the title over HBK is good. WrestleMania seemed like the right place to do so. -Marty coming off a classic with HBK and then losing to Doink makes him look pretty odd. Nothing major here though. -Yokozuna was very dominant around this time. So him winning was expected. -Hart over Lawler seemed a bit shocking. But very good, could be the start of a major push. -Money Inc, over Steiner Brothers could go either way. Hope this is the start of a good reign for them. -It looks as if you don't plan to do the Undertaker win streak which interests me. I wonder if you'll get a positive feedback for this. -Savage and Ramon looks like a classic. Savage winning is good either way. -Lex Luger and Mr. Perfect is another match that could be great. Lex winning was fine. -Bret over Ric is epic. I'm really happy that he retained. Great job on this. -Awesome WrestleMania; alot of huge matches.

- Dislike Tatanka winning the title. Both guys have potential and momentum going in, but long-term Shawn is always going to be the bigger and better champion. If anything, I'd have preferred to see the real outcome and have Tatanka go over with a screwy finish.
- Nice touch to add in a bonus match (hopefully a couple more to come). Doink going over Jannetty seems odd considering the latter has just come out of a big feud with Shawn over the IC belt. Seems like you have plans for Doink though.
- I thought the finish to Yoko/Duggan was very creative. Although it lasted a little bit too long, I think it did it's purpose and put Yoko over as a monster. One criticism I would make would be that Yoko shouldn't have hit the Bonzai Drop twice. Great job though.
- I'm a little unsure about Owen being the man to answer Lawler's challenge. Felt it could have been a bigger name at this point in time. It was pretty obvious Lawler wouldn't be winning anyway, so hopefully this is the start of a slow and steady build for Owen and a title reign of some sort.
- You know, I'm alright with Money Inc. retaining, as long as it leads to a rematch. The Steiners should have taken the titles really. I liked the finish a lot.
- I knew you wouldn't be following on with the Streak. I must say, this win will do wonders for Bam Bam. The fireball was a great touch too. Hopefully we see a SummerSlam rematch between these two.
- I'm torn here. I think for all the right reasons Razor should have gone over, but I'm such a damn Savage mark that I can accept his victory. I do like that Razor seemed more in control, rather than opportunistic like Savage.
- Again, I think this is another odd choice. Perfect won the Rumble and was set to challenge for the WWF Title, but is now jobbing to Luger? Doesn't seem right. I think Luger may have benefited more from winning by count-out, having knocked Perfect out at ringside, and just leaving him there. He'd look incredibly cold, dangerous and strong.
- I'm glad Bret retained. It was the only logical decision. I don't know where Flair can go from here. Seemed like a really good match to end WrestleMania.
- A good show all round. Some decisions baffled me, and it would have been nice to see some smaller details here and there (more interviews, video packages, etc.). Looking forward to more!

I feel really bad because I am always reading your diary, but I never reply :[
I really do like Tatanka defeating Shawn Michaels to win the IC Title. The match was definitely a solid way to open up the event; however, I do wonder how long you will keep the title around Tatanka’s waist. I wish there was some sort of actually transaction to cause the Doink the Clown and Marty Jannetty match. I do like Doink, but I am a little surprised and disappointed to see him topple Jannetty. It seems like there isn’t much left in store for the former Rocker. I love the Duggan/Yokozuna match, because I always loved USA vs. foreign country matches. I think you let their match go on a little too long, but I won’t complain. Yokozuna winning was the correct call. I love Owen Hart answering Lawler’s challenge and defeating him! I am a huge Owen Hart mark and I really hope this is the start of a solid Owen Hart push. Actually, I think both men really deserve a good push and both could be world champion material in a short amount of time. I am unsure about Money Inc. retaining over the Steiner Brothers. I think the Steiner Brothers will win the gold eventually, but I am unsure how much longer you could drag this feud out for. I am interested to see where both teams go from here. Wow! I am shocked, in a good way, to see the Undertaker’s streak be broken before it really started. I am a huge Bigelow mark and I hope to see him be used correctly (team him up with DiBiase like in your old POV). I am interested to see how Taker recovers from the fireball and how the feud between these two will continue. I do not care much for Luger defeating Perfect, but it makes the most sense so good call there, I guess. I honestly think Bret and Flair’s match should have went a little longer, but I will accept the 20 minute classic they surely put on. I do like Hart retaining, but I wouldn’t have minded Flair taking the gold either. I am interested to see what happens with these two from here.

Nice way to open the show with the IC title match. I like Tatanka going over as it's something different and keeps his undefeated streak alive, it'll be interesting to see where you head with both men. Doink is a fun character to book and read so I like him going over Jannetty and think he might make an IC title run in the future.
Duggan/Yoko was a fun little match, like that you let Duggan have his little moment knocking down Yoko and the finish was cool, Yoko going over was expected. Owen Hart answering Lawler's challenge is weird I think, seems like an expecially weird thing to do at a Wrestlemania with Owen not being that big of a name at this time, but still it was fun and hopefully Owen gets a push in the future.
Money Inc. cheating is probably the right way to go as I am enjoying this feud and outside of these 2 teams there hasn't been a lot of build for the other teams so I'm glad we'll see more of this feud and hopefully a Steiner title reign. Bigelow/Taker was a well written match, kinda wish Bigelow would've went over cleaner than that but it was a cool spot and glad Bigelow came out on top. Hopefully the feud will continue to Summerslam.
Surprised Savage went over, but it was good none the less. Glad Luger went over Perfect as Luger is world championship material and I really want to see a good feud with Hart and a good push for Lex Luger. Hart going over was good and expected, and the match was well written.
Overall really good show, really well written and I want to see more, hopefully a Hart/Luger feud is just around the corner. Congrats on the spotlight and keep up the good work.
