I just want to say this is the best old-school diary I've ever read. I honestly wish the real 1993 WWF could've been like this. I can't wait to follow what happens to Ron Simmons. The interview he and Crush did that first teased dissention, I thought it was Simmons who was turning.
Is Benoit going to be a tweener? I assumed heel, but you have him facing Doink next week. I think the Luger-Perfect feud is brilliant, and I hope Perfect gets a title run (as if you couldn't tell from my sig or avatar...lol). Oh, and I know the last news report said that Flair was only going to stay off TV but would be back soon. Please don't get rid of him. He's another favorite, with Perfect.
Overall, great job, and I wish there was a way to go into your alternate reality to watch it all play out.

WWF RAW: Monday 18th October 1993...Crush with a win is fine, no problem. Jerry Lawler gave Chief Jay Strongbow a Piledriver? I must have missed that! I guess Lawler's feud with Tatanka isn't over. Hopefully you don't let them have a Steel Cage match though. Yokozuna's dominant win was obvious. Razor Ramon's interview was good, he definitely has to win the WWF Intercontinental Championship at Saturday Night's Main Event. The Quebecers and the Nasty Boys had an alright match, liked Jacuqes and Pierre with a cheap win. Hockey stick? Aren't they supposed to be mounties? Should use the shockstick. Lex Luger and Mr Perfect's final battle should be good. Randy Savage and Bam Bam Bigelow being teased in the main event was a nice touch, could see another confrontation on Saturday, or even leading through to Survivor Series. A decent show to promote Saturday's show.
WWF Superstars of Wrestling: Saturday 23rd October 1993...Irwin R. Schyster with a win is fine, don't honestly think he can go too far alone though really. Doink the Clown's interview was nice, looking forward to him facing Chris Benoit despite the fact that Benoit will win. The Undertaker winning was obvious. The Smoking Gunns and the Heavenly Bodies was a great confrontation, liked the Gunns being interrupted by Jim Cornette's boys. I can see the newcomers, the Heavenly Bodies getting the win though. Ted Dibiase with a win is fine. Saturday Night's Main Event looks fantastic right now. Bret Hart and Tatanka beating Rick Martel and Jerry Lawler was a great main event and a great blend of feuds. Nice show overall.
WWF Saturday Night's Main Event: Saturday 23rd October 1993...The Steiner Brothers retaining the WWF Tag Team Championships against the Quebecers was cool, no problem there. I could see Jacques and Pierre getting a second wind at the Survivor Series per say, though. Bam Bam Bigelow and Randy Savage with another non-finish is fine, I hope you lead to a No Holds Barred or Falls Count Anywhere match, as opposed to the more general Steel Cage match. Ted Dibiase beating Owen Hart is absolutely fine. Great start to the show with Mr Perfect and Lex Luger's encounter. Their disqualification finish to me indicates that we will get another WWF Championship match at Survivor Series. Jeff Jarrett beating Jim Neidhart I predicted, and I could definitely imagine Neidhart with a bald head. Liked your using of other heels to assist Jarrett in shaving Neidhart, too. A Hulk Hogan return promo? Fantastic. Liked the promotion of his film, too. I call WrestleMania X. Any time before that? Blasphemy. Yokozuna and Ludvig Borga beating Ron Simmons and Crush is cool. Crush turning heel is a really good move, I'll say that. Really realistic segment. Three heel wins in a row on the other hand may be a little overkill. Ted Dibiase buying Hart House? Great. Liked the video package, very evil Ted Dibiase with Bret Hart. Razor Ramon winning the WWF Intercontinental Championship was predictable, but a fantastic closing to the show. Overall, a jam packed show, very enjoyable, your direction headed into the Survivor Series should be quite awesome to see.
WWF Wrestling Challenge: Sunday 24th October 1993...Rick Martel with a win is nice. The Undertaker and Earthquake confrontation? Great, I can see it coming to a close at the Survivor Series. The Steiner Brothers with a win was very likely, they are on a roll against the Quebecers in their feud. Chris Benoit's debut should certainly be a treat. Diesel with a win is fine. And the Headshrinkers finally getting a second win and defeating the great combination of the Kamikaze Kid and Marty Jannetty is a decent way to close out the show. Wasn't a big episode, but obviously RAW will be a lot better.

The disqualification finish for Perfect/Luger pretty much sets up a rematch between the pair at Survivor Series, which is obviously a grander stage for their match than Saturday Night's Main Event so it makes sense. Jarrett getting the win over Neidhart in a Hair vs. Hair match is fine. I liked Owen trying to make the save but for some reason I was fully expecting an Owen heel turn here. No idea why. Great touch with Hulk Hogan appearing via satellite to promote his new film and hint towards a possible return to the ring. I'm intrigued as to when Hulk will return. Perhaps the Royal Rumble? Yoko and Ludvig going over due to the heel turn of Crush was surprising. I prefer Crush as a heel, so good choice there. Absolutely loved the Ted DiBiase segment! You captured his character so well and I'm loving the sound of a DiBiase/Hart feud. Ramon as Intercontinental Champion is good, wonder where you'll go from here. Overall, this is still going as strong as ever. Fantastic show. Keep it up!

Week #43: October 25th - October 31st
WWF RAW 10/25/1993 (Manhattan, NY) 1. Bret Hart defeated Vito Lograsso in 2:45 with the Sharpshooter. After the match, Vince McMahon tried to get a word with Hart about DiBiase having apparently bought the Hart House. However, Hart had no comment and walked to the backstage area. 2. Lex Luger/Mr. Perfect/Jack Tunney Segment: Vince McMahon introduces the WWF World Champion, Lex Luger. Luger makes his way down to the ring wearing the championship around his waist over his suit. McMahon quickly tells Luger that he believes that Luger sensed his championship was in trouble and rammed Perfect head first into an exposed turnbuckle because he knew that last Saturday night was Mr. Perfect’s night and he took that away from him by being a coward. Before Luger can respond to the accusation, Mr. Perfect’s music hits and makes his way down to the ring with a bandage on his forehead. McMahon tells Perfect that he doesn’t want any trouble in the ring but Perfect just yanks the microphone out of his hand. Perfect tells Luger that while the record books may show that he won at SNME, he is not satisfied and will not be satisfied until he wins the most prestigious championship to ever by created. Perfect says he wants Luger one more time! Luger is shaking his head no when Jack Tunney makes a live appearance on RAW! Tunney has a contract in his hand and tells everyone that it’s the contract for the SNME match. He reveals that the contract didn’t have an automatic rematch clause and thus, Perfect will not be awarded a rematch at Survivor Series. However, Tunney says that they will both be competing at Survivor Series on Wednesday November 24th as they will be team captains for a Survivor Series match. Tunney tells both Luger and Perfect that they will be allowed to choose four other men to be their partners making the match a five vs. five elimination match. Lastly, Tunney has a bombshell. If Perfect’s team were to win the match, then at the Royal Rumble on January 23rd, 1994 he would get his rematch against Lex Luger with a no disqualification stipulation. If Luger’s team wins, Mr. Perfect will not be given another WWF World Championship shot as long as Luger is champion no matter what. Tunney finishes off the segment telling both men that they better pick partners they can rely on. 3. Jimmy Del Ray defeated Bart Gunn in 6:04 after Jim Cornette hit Bart with his tennis racket. 4. Shawn Michaels/Diesel Interview: Jim Ross conducted an interview with former WWF Intercontinental Champion Shawn Michaels and his bodyguard Diesel. Michaels tells Ross that what happened at SNME is a rare occurrence and mock applauses Razor Ramon for defeating him for the championship. Michaels says that when he feels like it, he will regain the WWF Intercontinental Championship but for now he is going to do something different. He says that he started his career as a tag team wrestler but wasn’t able to win the WWF World Tag Team Championships. Michaels tells Ross that now he has a bigger, stronger and angrier partner in Diesel which is far better to have then Marty Jannetty. Michaels ends up telling us that he wants to win the tag team championships. Michaels finishes off says they will wait patiently and destroy any competition that gets in their way to gain the championships he has never been able to win. But now, he has the perfect partner and when, not if, when they win the championships they will be theirs until they decide they are tired of them. 5. Rick Martel defeated Tony DeVito in 3:43 with the Boston Crab. 6. Men On A Mission Hype Video: A video promoting a new tag team to soon debut Men on A Mission is aired. They have a manager Oscar who raps for Mabel and Mo as they are going to be debuting in the WWF in two weeks. 7. WWF World Tag Team Champions the Steiner Brothers defeated the Quebecers to retain the titles in 14:07 when Scott pinned Jacques following a Frankensteiner.
WWF Superstars 10/30/1993 1. Jerry Lawler defeated Chris Dubril in 2:01 following a piledriver. 2. Crush Interview: Vince McMahon conducted an interview with Crush, who is wearing a leather jacket and leather pants. McMahon wants to know why Crush decided to turn his back on all the fans who supported him and turn on Ron Simmons last week at SNME. Crush tells McMahon that as soon as Simmons came into town, the fans flocked to him and pushed him to the side. Crush believed that he could’ve taken care of Yokozuna and Ludvig Borga but the fans turned their back on him. He recalls the interview where Simmons was taking credit for both of their hard work and that didn’t sit well with him whatsoever. So, one day, he had a talk with Jim Cornette and it became clear to him that Yokozuna, Borga and Cornette stand united no matter what and he wanted to be associated with them rather than a conceited self loathing Ron Simmons. Crush finishes off the promo telling the fans and McMahon that he is going to show them that they shouldn’t have ever turned their back on him. 3. The Undertaker defeated Scott Taylor in 2:07 following a tombstone pile driver. During the bout, Earthquake shared pre-taped comments saying that he is one natural disaster that the Undertaker will not be able to rise up from! 4. Razor Ramon/Rick Martel Confrontation: Jim Ross conducted an interview with the WWF Intercontinental Champion, Razor Ramon. Ross gives Ramon props for winning the championship by overcoming the odds against both Michaels and Diesel. Ramon tells Ross that he has had to tell with tougher people on the mean streets of Miami. Ramon tells that “pretty boy” Michaels that he will defend the championship whenever he wants to try and take it from him. Ramon is soon cut off by Rick Martel. Martel makes it clear that he isn’t over the fact that Ramon turned on him at SummerSlam and is now especially pissed off that Ramon has the WWF Intercontinental Championship. Martel says that since Ramon is apparently not shy about defending the championship, Martel issues a challenge to Ramon for the championship. Ramon signals Martel with his hands to just bring it on and Martel does just that by slapping Ramon. Ramon comes back with several right hands and clotheslines Martel over the top to the floor where Martel stumbles up the aisle way signaling for the title while Ramon plays to the crowd. 5. Bam-Bam Bigelow defeated John Paul in 1:43 following a diving head butt. After the match, Jim Ross conducted a brief interview Bigelow who told Ross that he is going to send Savage to the retirement home because Savage “wouldn’t be able to survive the beating that I’m going to give him.” 6. Ted DiBiase Interview: Vince McMahon conducted an interview with the Million Dollar Man, Ted DiBiase who revealed at SNME last week that he had bought the Hart House in Canada. McMahon asks DiBiase why he would buy the house when he could’ve purchased any other housing and not affect family’s life like this. DiBiase responds by saying “because I’m rich and I can do whatever I wish to do!” DiBiase tells McMahon that for the past two years he has been part of the highly successful tag team Money Inc. with IRS. However, he has always wanted to be WWF World Champion and be given the respect that he deserves. He continues by saying “what better way to get the attention that I deserve by ruining the life of someone everyone loves? (evil laugh)” DiBiase says he has many more surprises up his sleeve and that the emotional tournament that Bret Hart and his family have been going through is far from being over! 7. Chris Benoit defeated Doink the Clown in 6:08 with the Cross Face in his debut match.
WWF Wrestling Challenge 10/31/1993 1. Owen Hart defeated Frank Gilson in 3:02 following a missile dropkick. 2. Ron Simmons Interview: Jim Ross conducted an interview with Ron Simmons who appeared to be quite emotional. Simmons tells Ross that the betrayal by Crush has been weighing heavily on his mind and doesn’t know what caused Crush to snap the way he did and to be associated with the guys he and Crush had been battling for months. Simmons raises his head to look in the camera and says “I’ve been saying this for months. At the end of the day, America will come out on top. Crush, you’ll regret turning your back on the greatest country, the United States of America.” The crowd starts a USA chant to end the segment. 3. Ludvig Borga defeated Bill Bixler in 2:53 following a shoulder breaker. 4. Jeff Jarrett defeated Max Wafer in 2:30 following a jumping DDT. 5. Tatanka/Chief Jay Strongbow Video: The video begins with Strongbow laying in a hospital bed with a neck brace recovering from the pile driver that Lawler delivered a few weeks ago. Tatanka enters the room and is emotional to see his mentor in such pain. Tatanka kneels with a cross necklace in hand saying a tribal prayer for Strongbow who is awake and alert. Strongbow grabs Tatanka’s hand and tells him that he needs to defend his honor and the honor of his people by beating the evil king, Jerry Lawler. Tatanka assures Strongbow that Lawler will not go unpunished for what he has done and will make Strongbow proud. 6. The Kamikaze Kid defeated Samu in 6:45 following a top rope moonsault after Samu got distracted by Jannetty and Fatu brawling on the floor.

I really do love your simple layout and how you get everything into one post. Bring Benoit in is interesting and I would like to see him slowly rise rather than a big push. You are right by saying this is different than real life but that is what a diary is all about. Definitely one of the best old school diaries I've ever seen.

WWF RAW: Monday 25th October 1993...Bret Hart with a win is nice, I do like how he's not planning on discussing Ted Dibiase purchasing his house, definitely. Lex Luger and Mr Perfect's promo was pretty good, a big tag match at the Survivor Series sounds good, just hoping the build these two are having until the Royal Rumble (which seems likely that Team Perfect will win) isn't like their build from after SummerSlam to Saturday Night's Main Event.Jimmy Del Rey with a win against Bart Gunn, a nice start to the Heavenly Bodies and Smoking Gunns feud. Shawn Michaels and Diesel's interview was quite good, liked them bigging themselves up. Rick Martel with a win is always good. He still needs a WWF Intercontinental Championship reign somewhere along the line. Men on a Mission eh? Interesting indeed. Mo was an awful wrestler though. I like Mabel. The Steiner Brothers retaining the WWF Tag Team Championships here was a great main event to RAW, ending their feud with the Quebecers. A packed episode of RAW tonight.
WWF Superstars of Wrestling: Saturday 30th October 1993...Jerry Lawler with a win is fine. Crush's interview was quite entertaining, still liking his heel turn. The Undertaker with a win is good, liked Earthquake's insert, can't wait for the Survivor Series though. Don't see it ending any time sooner though. Razor Ramon and Rick Martel's confrontation should lead to a match at the Survivor Series, or even involvement in a tag team match. That promo seemed odd though, in the ring? I recall on Superstars they had their own little stand for interviews. Bam Bam Bigelow with a win is fine. Interested where Bigelow and Randy Savage leads. Ted Dibiase's interview was great, explaining more about his purchase of Hart House. Chris Benoit main eventing a show in his debut is a shocker, but a big push. Good win against Doink the Clown. A decent episode.
WWF Wrestling Challenge: Sunday 31st October 1993...Happy Halloween. I hope we get some mention of Halloween, maybe a comedy segment or something. Owen Hart with a win is always good, Ron Simmons' interview was pretty intriguing. I hope we don't get Simmons and Crush one-on-one at the Survivor Series. Ludvig Borga and Jeff Jarrett's wins were fine. Tatanka and Chief Jay Strongbow's segment should lead to Tatanka destroying Jerry Lawler. The Kamikaze Kid beating Samu is alright I suppose, random feud with the Headshrinkers, the Kid and Marty Jannetty though. Disappointed that there was a lack of a Halloween theme to the show. But ah well, the show was what it was.

I really don't know why I never reply to this. One of my favorite diaries on the board. Good way to start of RAW with Bret Hart winning. I'm loving this entire DiBiase buying the Hart house storyline. Nice Perfect and Luger segment, good way to add some heat to the feud by having a classic Survivor Series match. Loved the Shawn Michaels promo, wouldn't mind seeing him and Diesel get a title run. Glad the Steiners retained, never was a fan of the Quebecers. Superstars was good as well. I'm loving this Bam Bam Bigelow and Randy Savage feud, two great wrestlers and Bam Bam really deserves a push. Interesting decision to have Benoit main event in his debut. Hopefully you use him wisely. Overall, great week of shows and I'll try to reply to this more often. Seriously one of the best on the board right now and very enjoyable to read. Keep it up, Bob.

Week #44: November 1st - November 7th WWF RAW 11/1/1993 (Manhattan, NY) 1. Jeff Jarrett defeated Craig Vanson in 2:30 following a jumping DDT. 2. Kings Court w/Jim Cornette: Jerry Lawler returned to the Kings Court to interview Jim Cornette. Lawler talks about the addition of Crush, which he believes has to be Crush’s best life decision. Cornette says that Crush is going to be a superstar under his guidance and is part of a team that will not turn their back on him unlike Ron Simmons and all the fans. Lawler brings up the Survivor Series pay per view and wonders aloud if Cornette has any plans for the pay per view. Cornette tells Lawler that he is looking for a forth person to fill his four man team to challenge Ron Simmons and whomever else Simmons can manage to get for his team. Cornette notes that his team consists of Yokozuna, Crush and Ludvig Borga. Cornette mentions that Borga will weaken Simmons later tonight when they compete in singles action so perhaps Simmons will not even compete at Survivor Series! Cornette finishes his segment by telling Lawler that his camp of wrestlers will not be stopped at Survivor Series. After Cornette leaves, Lawler continues to talk and rips on Tatanka and his mentor Chief Jay Strongbow. Lawler does this until Tatanka makes an appearance. Tatanka sneaks into the ring from behind and is chomping at the bit to attack Lawler. Eventually, Lawler senses someone is behind him and sees Tatanka. Lawler is chased around the ring and through the crowd to end the segment. 3. Chris Benoit defeated Virgil in 2:54 with the Crossface. 4. Lex Luger Interview: Jim Ross conducted an interview with the WWF World Champion Lex Luger who apparently has found the first man to be part of his team at the Survivor Series. Luger tells Ross that his team will consist of men who have great physique or have the mentality of “anything to win.” Luger makes it clear that he wants to beat Mr. Perfect so he doesn’t have to defend the championship again. Ross chimes in believing that is fear of Perfect. Luger denies it’s fear but rather being smart. He insults Ross by asking him “would you want to defend the championship in a no disqualification match? I didn’t think so.” Anyway, Luger introduces his first partner as being…. Rick Martel! Martel makes his way out to the podium and cuts a brief promo saying that with the addition of him, Luger’s team is already pure excellence. To close the segment, Luger poses while Martel sprays his Arrogance spray. 5. IRS defeated Darryl Baines in 2:15 following a lariat. 6. Bret Hart Interview: Vince McMahon conducted a sit down interview with Bret Hart at WWF Headquarters. McMahon acknowledges that Hart has been going through several emotions since it was revealed that Ted DiBiase has bought the famous Hart House in Canada. Hart tells McMahon that he doesn’t understand why DiBiase chose to do something so personal to get his attention. Hart knows that DiBiase has a lot of money, but he doesn’t have Hart’s heart and motivation to reclaim the house. Hart makes it clear that he will do whatever it takes to take back ownership of the Hart House. McMahon wishes Hart luck in his efforts to close the interview. 7. Ron Simmons defeated Ludvig Borga by disqualification in 6:08 when Crush attacked Simmons. After the match, Borga and Crush beat down Simmons until Marty Jannetty and the Kamikaze Kid ran down to make the save to close the show. WWF Superstars 11/6/1993 1. Shawn Michaels/Diesel defeated the Brooklyn Brawler/James Anderson in 2:12 when Diesel pinned Anderson following a power bomb. 2. Mr. Perfect Interview: Vince McMahon conducted an interview with Mr. Perfect. McMahon tells everyone that Perfect has not only found one partner, but three! Perfect says that he was looking for the toughest guys to go to war with and guys he could trust. He acknowledges that his first choice could be risky, but believes that he has hatred for Luger’s partner that would cancel out any desire to turn on him. That being said, Perfect announces that WWF Intercontinental Champion Razor Ramon has joined his team! Razor Ramon comes down to the podium and assures Perfect that he has his back to take care of Rick Martel and to help get the WWF World Championship shot from the cocky Lex Luger. Perfect continues by saying that he not only got one champion, but two other champions. The fans appear to know where he is going with this. Perfect introduces his third and fourth partners… the Steiner Brothers! Rick and Scott come out to join their partners as Perfect finishes off saying that his team is shaping up.. Perfectly. 3. Yokozuna defeated Ron Rose and David Darling in 2:18 following a double Bonsai Drop. 4. Chris Benoit Interview: Jim Ross conducted an interview with the Canadian Crippler, Chris Benoit. Benoit tells Ross a little bit about his past when he was trained by the Hart Family at the Hart House, so seeing Ted DiBiase buy that house doesn’t exactly sit well with him either. Ross asks about the Hart Family, which Benoit says he has respect for, but believes he is better then Bret, Owen and Neidhart. Benoit hopes to soon be able to prove that against them all. Ross asks if he honestly thinks he can beat a guy like Bret Hart. Benoit looks at Ross stoned face and simply says… “of course I can.” Benoit looks at the camera and coldly says “I’m looking for any, and all competition. Step up to the plate, I’m not running away.” 5. Owen Hat defeated Willie Duncan in 3:44 following a missile dropkick. 6. Survivor Series 1993 Report: Todd Pettengill hosts the Survivor Series 1993 Report where he runs down the card. He promotes the Luger vs. Perfect survivor series match and notes that Luger only has one partner while Perfect has three out of four. Pettengill also announces that the Undertaker will square off against Earthquake at the event. Lastly, Pettengill promotes the survivor series match that will see Yokozuna, Ludvig Borga, Crush and a wrestler to be named to wrestle Ron Simmons and his soon to be announced three partners. “This is shaping up to be an event you aren’t going to want to miss!” 7. Earthquake defeated Jim Neidhart in 5:07 following a sit down splash. During the bout, pre-tape comments by Paul Bearer and the Undertaker were aired. The Undertaker is building a special casket for Earthquake while Bearer issues the challenge to see if Earthquake truly wants to try and put the Undertaker six feet under. WWF Wrestling Challenge 11/7/1993 1. Ted DiBiase defeated Jerry Dangle in 2:14 with the Million Dollar Dream. 2. Johnny Polo/The Quebecers Interview: Jim Ross conducted an interview with Johnny Polo and the Quebecers. Ross teases them for not being able to win the WWF World Tag Team Championships, which Polo believes they were robbed from winning the championships. Polo assures Ross that it is just a matter of time before the Quebecers are recognized for their greatness when they become the WWF World Tag Team Championships. “Steiner Brothers, you haven’t seen the last of Jacques and Pierre!” 3. The Smoking Gunns defeated PJ Walker/Barry Horowitz in 3:42 when Billy pinned Horowitz. 4. Rick Martel defeated George South in 2:11 with the Boston Crab. During the bout, WWF Intercontinental Champion Razor Ramon called in saying he is going to rearrange the Model’s face when they step in the ring again. Ramon says he has wrestled Martel before and won, and doesn’t see anything differently happening. 5. Randy Savage Interview: Vince McMahon conducted an interview with “Macho Man” Randy Savage. Savage is not his joyful self but rather quite serious. Savage knows that the New Generation believe they can just walk right over him, just as Bam-Bam Bigelow tried to do a few weeks ago on RAW. Savage tells McMahon that he wants everyone to think he is losing his toughness, because if they continue to believe that he will knock some reality into them. “Bigelow, you and me are going to meet and brother, it’s not going to be a cake walk OHHHHH YEAAHHHHH!” 6. The Heavenly Bodies defeated WWF World Tag Team Champion Steiner Brothers by count-out in 6:36 after the Quebecers came down to ringside and attacked Rick Steiner leading to Scott Steiner leaving the ring to make the save on his brother. To close the show, the Heavenly Bodies attacked the Steiner’s with the Quebecers until the Smoking Gunns stormed the ring and chases the Heavenly Bodies to the backstage area. [/font]

Another fine week of shows. RAW was pretty good, liked King's Court with Cornette, he always does a good promo. The ending was great, adds some fuel to the feud between Lawler and Tatanka. Wonder who will be the fourth man for Cornette's team? Nice to see Chris Benoit get another win, looks like you're pushing him. Rick Martel is a smart choice to be on Team Luger. Can't wait to see who else joins in. I know I've said it before, but I'm seriously loving this Bret Hart and Ted DiBiase feud. So much win. Nice main event to say the least, helps build up the match for Survivor Series. Superstars was fine, Diesel and Michaels winning a tag team match gives them some credibility as a team towards that title run. Wow, Mr. Perfect's team is stacked. That's going to be one HUGE match. Very nice Chris Benoit interview, wouldn't mind seeing him feud with Owen Hart. Those matches would tear the house down. Good main event, I'm a fan of this Taker and Earthquake feud. Hopefully Taker gets the win at Survivor Series. Overall good stuff and keep this up! I seriously can't wait to read Survivor Series, the card looks spectacular!

Saturday Nights Main Event XXXV Good opening contest with Mr. Perfect and Lex Luger. Good DQ finish to keep both the champion and Perfect looking strong in this one. Hopefully Perfect get a match at the Survivor Series. Jeff Jarrett beating Jim is alright. It seems like these two have been feuding forever, though. Good to see a Hulk Hogan appearance. Maybe we'll see Hulk return to the ring after all? it would be pretty cool. Good heel turn by Crush. I'm pretty sure turned on America in real life too, but I like the set up here, attacking his own tag team partner. The new alliance with Yokozuna and Borga should be interesting to see how it plays out. Ted DiBiase buying The Hart House is amazing! It should make for a great storyline and a feud with Bret Hart should be good. Finally, a good main event to close out the show with Razor Ramon winning the title. Overall it was a pretty good show, I love the Ted DiBiase stuff, keep up the solid work, Bob.
Week 43 Almost 45 weeks Bob, Bravo. Raw was another good show. Nice way to open up with Bret Hart getting the win. I like that Bret had no comments for Vince. I love that tag team match idea for Perfect/Luger. I think Mr. Perfect will probably win the match at Survivor Series. I wouldn't mind seeing Perfect winning the title at the Rumble either. HBK and Diesel going after the tag titles will be interesting. Decent win for Rick Martel. Men On A Mission debuting should be interesting to see. Finally, a great main event with WWF World Tag Team Champions the Steiner Brothers retaining the titles.
Superstars Good win for The King to kick off the show. Great promo from Crush, hopefully you keep good use of him. Decent win for Undertaker and I can't wait for his feud with Earthquake. The Razor Ramon/Rick Martel Confrontation was done well and their feud should also be great. Another great DiBiase segment. I loved the line “because I’m rich and I can do whatever I wish to do!” Classic stuff. Lastly, good win for Benoit in his debut. I'd like to not Wrestling Challenge was a good show despite being filled with pretty much squash matches. I liked the Tatanka and Chief Jay Strongbow segment, though.0
Week 44 Another good show for Raw. Jeff Jarrett getting the win to kick it off is alright. A King's Court with Jim Cornette would be interesting, and I'm glad you were able to still carry on Lawler's feud with Tatanka. Another win for Chris Benoit is good, but why is Virgil still in the company? Rick Martel joining team Luger is great, I expect Perfect to recruit Razor Ramon now. Good interview with Bret Hart and I'm really interested in this angle with Ted DiBiase. Finally, a good main event to close the show with some decent aftermath. I guess we'll be seeing a four on four match at Survivor Series, I'm curious to see who will join both sides if that is the case.
Superstars Nice way to kick off the show with HBK and Diesel gaining some momentum as a tag team. Good segment with Mr. Perfect, I knew Razor Ramon would join his team. The Steiner Brothers are a fine addition to his team. I'll be waiting to see how Luger responds to Perfect's huge team. Loved Yokozuna winning the handicap match. Great move. I liked the interview with Chris Benoit. I assume he's a tweener. It'll be really interesting to see how you use him in your diary. Fine win for Owen Hart and vintage pay per view report. Not the best main event, but at least Earthquake picked up the victory. Undertaker building a casket for Earthquake is great stuff, I loved it when he use to build caskets while Paul Bearer did all the talking. Not a bad show.
Wrestling Challenge Nice win for Ted DiBiase at the start of the show to build him up more. Decent win for the Smoking Gunns here. Hopefully they start to see the top of tag divison soon. Another good win here, this time for Rick Martel and I liked the pre-taped comments from Razor Ramon. Solid interview from Randy Savage with some nice feud progression for his feud with Bam-Bam Bigelow. Finally, a good main event to wrap up another solid week of TV. Keep up the great work, Bob, Survivor Series is shaping up to be awesome.

Just a quick question... Did I miss something, or have you stopped house show listings completely? Either way, keep up the awesome job.

Just a quick question... Did I miss something, or have you stopped house show listings completely? Either way, keep up the awesome job. I have. It was getting repetitive/annoying for me to do it and i felt since there weren't any detail to it, it just cluttered the post. I will be soon posting a news update with a new plan regarding some house shows, though.

World Wrestling Federation News:
- There is some new television news to report on. WWF officials have been pondering on perhaps airing their house shows on local markets just like they did in the 1980’s. They have been sending feelers out to previous partners, MSG Network (New York), NESN (Boston), and Prism Network (Canada). It is believed that MSG is interested but no word on the other two.
- WWF officials are extremely pleased with the Ted DiBiase/Bret Hart feud. Both DiBiase and Hart have been praised for their performances during the feud as it has gone over well with fans. The angle is believed to set to last for several months.
- Chris Benoit is being treated as a tweener, which is a mix of heel and baby face characteristics.
- The Nasty Boys are reportedly upset with their lack of usage on television and appear to be looking for their releases.
- It is expected that the remaining members for the Survivor Series matches will be announced this week.
- In WCW news, Tex Slazenger and Shanghai Pierce have been released from their contracts. Speaking of former WCW talent, Shane Douglas, who was released back in April, is expected to receive a tryout from the WWF to possibly join the company. Slazenger and Pierce have impressed WWF officials with their work in WCW and could be offered contracts after the new year.
- There are no plans to have a Saturday Nights Main Event in December.
- Papa Shango is currently in USWA being repackaged as a mixed marital arts competitor under the name Kama. He is expected to be called back up to the roster sometime in early 1994.

WWF RAW: Monday 1st November 1993...Jeff Jarrett with a win to kick off the show...cool. What's next for him? Jerry Lawler's interview with Jim Cornette and Crush on the King's Court was good. I'm assuming with this, there'll be a Survivor Series match involving Lawler, Crush, Yokozuna, Ludvig Borga and one more man against Tatanka, Chief Jay Strongbow (perhaps) and three others. Chris Benoit beating Virgil was obvious. In this time era, it'd be too hard to attempt to make Benoit a tweener. Lex Luger's interview was good. Good that he recruited Rick Martel. Very suitable for his team. I wouldn't add Shawn Michaels and Diesel to this mold though. It just wouldn't suit characters. Martel is chizeled like a small Luger, try and go for muscular wrestlers. Irwin R. Schyster will never be anything as a singles wrestler I don't think. Ron Simmons with an actual win? Oh no, disqualification finish. I believe you're making Ludvig Borga, Crush and Yokozuna look too powerful against Ron. He hasn't been the same since Crush joined them. And they ran from Marty Jannetty and the Kamikaze Kid? Strange decision. A decent episode.
WWF Superstars of Wrestling: Saturday 6th November 1993...Shawn Michaels and Diesel with a tag team win is good. I could see them chasing the Steiner Brothers for the WWF Tag Team Championships down the line. Maybe WrestleMania X? Mr Perfect's announcement was good, if Razor Ramon is in with Perfect, Shawn and Diesel will most likely be with Lex Luger then. Hmm. The Steiner Brothers too? Great. Yokozuna with a handicap win was fun. Chris Benoit'sinterview was good, some personality given, but he would have SUCKED on the microphone around this time. Owen Hart with a win afterwards gets him over more than normally. Looking forward to the Camp Cornette vs Ron Simmons match especially at Survivor Series. I guess Marty Jannetty and Kamikaze Kid will join him, but Simmons' side needs some actual power. Some bigger wrestlers to size up to Yokozuna, Crush and Ludvig Borga. Jim Neidhart isn't really needed anymore. He lost his hair and is losing offence, he'll just become Virgil in a few months. Earthquake with a win was a necessity though. The Undertaker's insert confirmed a match at the Survivor Series in which it will be a Casket match. Acceptable episode.
WWF Wrestling Challenge: Sunday 7th November 1993...Ted Dibiase's win was fine. Good interview with the Quebecers, I guess they aren't quite done with the Steiner Brothers. I see Rick and Scott retaining the WWF Tag Team Championships at Survivor Series anyway. The Smoking Gunns with a win was likely. Rick Martel's win was fine, liked Razor Ramon's promo. Randy Savage's interview was quite good, wonder if they'll have a singles match at the Survivor Series. I'd personally hold it off until Royal Rumble or even WrestleMania X, I feel they should be on opposing sides at Survivor Series in the Lex Luger/Mr Perfect match. The Heavenly Bodies beating the Steiner Brothers? Strange. At least it gives the Bodies a good recognition. But if the Quebecers attacked Rick and the official saw (which he obviously did if the official counted Scott out), it would give the Steiners a disqualification win. Strange decision to count them out instead. Not a bad episode. This week lacked a Bret Hart/Ted Dibiase storyline forwarding.

The King's Court was a good segment as it helped build towards Lawler/Tatanka aswell as involving Jim Cornette helped also to hype up the main event between Ludvig Borga and Ron Simmons. Interested to see who the final man for Team Cornette is at SurSer and who Simmons recruits to join him. A Benoit push is interesting, I love seeing guys like him in really old school WWF diaries being brought in way before they were in real life. Lex Luger's theme for his team fits well with his character. Love him as WWF Champion. Rick Martel is a good pick for Team Luger. I absolutely love the Bret/DiBiase feud. It's being pulled off so well and it's a unique way to start a feud. Looking forward to their (possible) encounter at SurSer. Crush attacking Simmons in the main event actually made sense and I liked it. Jannetty and Kamikaze making the save was quite random, in all honesty. Borga and Crush running from Jannetty and Kamikaze was abit weird. Perhaps if they brawled with Borga and Crush and with help from Simmons they sent them packing. Either way, RAW was a good show. Michaels and Diesel getting a win is good and it would be really unique if you had them go after the Tag Team Championships as I can't recall many old school diaries actually doing that. The Steiner Brothers and Razor Ramon as Perfect's partners are good. I'm going to echo Dan here when I say that Michaels and Diesel will most likely be in Team Luger. I can actually see Benoit joining Ted DiBiase in his feud with Bret Hart due to Benoit bringing up his past with the Hart Family. That would be a fun feud. Liked you making note of a custom casket is being built for Earthquake by Undertaker during the main event. Ramon's confident message during Martel's match has me thinking that he's actually going to lose the Intercontinental Championship to him. The Randy Savage interview set up his match with Bigelow, when it eventually takes place, nicely. The Heavenly Bodies going over The Steiner's was quite shocking, atleast it was via countout I guess. "Keep up the good work, Bob!"

Week 45: November 8th - November 14th
WWF RAW 11/8/1993 (Manhattan, NY) 1. WWF Intercontinental Champion Razor Ramon defeated Travis Baker in 2:42 following the Razors Edge. During the bout, Martel called in and says that he can’t wait to have the gold around his beautiful waist. Martel also calls Ramon a grease ball who isn’t talented enough to beat the Model. 2. Ted DiBiase Video: The video begins with DiBiase getting out of his limo. He tells Bret Hart to not worry about the house or his family because they are actually being taken care of. DiBiase notes that he has extra security at the house so that Bret, Owen or Jim do not break in and try to do anything they would regret. DiBiase enters the household where we see Helen Hart, cooking DiBiase a magnificent feast which he has grown accustomed to see. DiBiase tells Bret that he could have easily kicked his family out of the house but he does have some redeeming quality. He provides jobs for people. He knows that Stu’s wrestling business has fallen and Helen hasn’t worked in years so he is going to allow them to keep living in his house by doing daily work. DiBiase sits down at the table and finishes off the promo by saying “Isn’t nice to sit down and have dinner with your family, Bret?” 3. Crush defeated Michael Brantley in 1:54 with the Kona Vice. 4. Kings Court w/Jeff Jarrett: Jerry Lawler conducted an interview with Jeff Jarrett who made it clear that he is disgusted with the new rap group making their debut soon, Men On A Mission. Jarrett doesn’t believe that talking about crimes is considered music. Instead, what he sings about in country is the only real music. Lawler agrees that their music is disturbing and a ear sore just as it is with Tatanka always saying he is going to avenge Chief Jay Strongbow’s attack. Both Jarrett and Lawler laugh until Tatanka runs down to the ring. Tatanka backdrops a charging Jarrett over the top to the floor before staring at Lawler, who back peddles out of the ring and through the crowd while Tatanka remains in the ring to play to the crowd. 5. The Quebecers defeated Evan Wells/Tommy Tompkins in 2:50 when Pierre pinned Tompkins following a senton splash. 6. The Undertaker Segment: Paul Bearer and the Undertaker are at a gravesite where Bearer said that this is where Earthquake will end up being after Survivor Series. Undertaker briefly talks saying that everyone meets their maker and Earthquake will be a cured natural disaster. 7. IRS defeated Bret Hart by count-out in 7:12 after Ted DiBiase made an appearance at ringside holding a family photo which was now his property. DiBiase teased ripping the photo until Hart left the ring and chased after DiBiase which gave IRS the win. While IRS celebrated the cheap victory, Owen Hart ran down to the ring and they brawled. Outside the arena, Bret has chased DiBiase to the parking lot where DiBiase got into his limo and as the limo drove away he appeared out the roof top and laughed uncontrollably while Bret was left in the parking lot fuming!
WWF Superstars 11/13/1993 1. The Kamikaze Kid/Marty Jannetty defeated Glenn Ruth/Mike Jones in 3:46 when Kid pinned Ruth following a top rope moonsault. 2. Jack Tunney Interview: Vince McMahon conducted an interview with WWF President Jack Tunney regarding the Survivor Series pay per view. Tunney announces that the Earthquake/Undertaker has officially been signed to be a casket match. He also announces that a Survivor Series elimination match between DiBiase and Hart has been made with DiBiase and Bret being captains for each team. Tunney hopes that a match involving both men will settle the personal issues that have been developing. McMahon does a hard sell to end the segment promoting the Survivor Series pay per view. 3. Tatanka defeated JT Smith in 2:05 following a Samoan Drop. 4. Mr. Perfect/Lex Luger Segment: Jim Ross was the host for this split screen interview segment where both men finished announcing their teams. Perfect has only one person to announce while Luger has managed to find three others to be his partners. Ross allows Luger to go first who tells Perfect that while he has a team full of champions, he doesn’t have THE champion nor the championship. Luger believes he has the best possible backup to go along with himself and Rick Martel. That being said, Luger reveals his three other partners as being the Quebecers and Jerry Lawler! Perfect has a smirk on his face as if he knew those were going to be Luger’s choice. Perfect tells Luger that his hold on the championship is only temporary because he has the full time that will allow Perfect to challenge for the WWF World Championship. Perfect reveals his last partner being… Tatanka! Perfect finishes the segment telling Luger to enjoy his reign while he can. Luger is seen gripping the championship rather tightly as the show goes to break. 5. Ludvig Borga defeated Paul Clarkson in 1:28 following a shoulder breaker. 6. Survivor Series 1993 Report: Todd Pettengill promotes the pay per view event. He heavily promotes the Perfect vs. Luger Survivor Series elimination match, Undertaker vs. Earthquake casket match and the recently announced DiBiase vs. Hart Survivor Series elimination match where he wonders who each man will recruit to take part in such a match. He also briefly discusses the Crush vs. Ron Simmons Survivor Series elimination match. 7. WWF World Tag Team Champions Steiner Brothers/the Smoking Gunns defeated the Heavenly Bodies/the Quebecers by disqualification in 9:43 when Johnny Polo hit Scott Steiner with a hockey stick and Jim Cornette attacked Bart Gunn with his tennis racket. After the match, the Steiner’s and Gunns attacked Polo and Cornette until they were beaten down by the Quebecers and Heavenly Bodies. Both heel teams tried to pose with the tag team title belts but they ended up attacking each other thus allowing the Steiner Brothers to send both teams to the floor and pose with their titles.
WWF Wrestling Challenge 11/14/1993 1. Chris Benoit defeated Barry Horowitz in 2:33 with the Crossface. 2. Jim Cornette/Ron Simmons Segment: Vince McMahon conducts a split screen interview segment with Jim Cornette and Ron Simmons. Cornette tells McMahon that they have found the best possible man to fill out there team. “He is the beast from the east. The one man who has taken the Undertaker to his limit and then some. Bam-Bam Bigelow is our forth man!” McMahon sells that announcement as being a huge one and asks Simmons who his partners will be. Simmons tells McMahon that he has been going through a difficult time to find trustworthy people, but he is going off of peoples track records when he announces that the Kamikaze Kid, Marty Jannetty and Randy Savage will be his partners! Cornette didn’t seem to like the Savage announcement. Cornette tells Simmons that it doesn’t matter who he got, his camp is going to prevail. Simmons makes it clear that payback is coming to Cornette’s goon and November 24th will be the date of misery for them! 3. Shawn Michaels/Diesel defeated Mike Sharpe/Bill Butler in 2:08 when Diesel pinned Butler following a power bomb. 4. Jerry Lawler defeated Jake Rice in 2:45 following a pile driver. During the bout, Chief Jay Strongbow called in to say that Tatanka is someone he trusts and assures everyone that Lawler will not get away with putting him in the hospital. 5. Survivor Series 1993 Report: The same segment from WWF Superstars is aired. Survivor Series is only ten days away. November 24th, 1993 live on pay per view. 6. The Undertaker defeated the Beverly Brothers in 5:24 following a tombstone pile driver on Beau. During the bout, Earthquake shared some thoughts saying that he isn’t afraid of the dark and that he will not be put six feet under. Rather, he is going to end the career of the Undertaker and that the powerful urn will not be able to help the Undertaker rise up from this natural disaster!

Great to see this still going strong. The opening match for RAW was good, the Ramon and Martel feud is starting to heat up. The DiBiase segment was absolutely amazing, I just could picture it in my head. I'm not kidding, this DiBiase/Hart feud is one of my favorite things on this sims board right now. Kings Court was a hilarious segment. The Tatanka and Lawler feud is pretty awesome. Classic Undertaker promo, I see him defeating Earthquake at Survivor Series. Good main event and once again some great stuff from the Hart/Dibiase feud. Keep it up dude, I'm loving it. Going to be interesting to see who DiBiase and Bret choose for their partners at Survivor Series. No surprise Tatanka was chosen for Perfect's team after Luger picked Lawler. Decent main event for Superstars, good move to make the tag champs look strong. Chris Benoit is on a role man, would like to see him develop a good undefeated streak. Wrestling Challenge had a lot of build toward Survivor Series, which I must say is looking magnificient. Can't wait for the PPV, Bob.

Aw, I read that as Travis Barker lol. Good win for Ramon, obviously. I'm really starting to think that Martel will eventually win the Intercontinental Championship but if I recall, Ramon didn't win the title that long ago so I hope he doesn't have a short reign. The DiBiase/Bret feud gets better with each video/segment. It's easily my favourite thing going on in the diary (possibly the board) currently as you pull off heel DiBiase so well. Love Jarrett bashing rap music and Men on a Mission. Really shocked that IRS went over Bret Hart, even if it was via count-out. To be honest, I would have rathered someone else was in IRS' spot in the main event but whatever as it still helped further the DiBiase/Bret feud. I like that you're atleast making an effort to build up The Kamikaze Kid and Marty Jannetty as a tag team. Glad to hear that Taker/Earthquake and Team DiBiase/Team Hart have both been signed for SurSer. Not surprised that Tatanka was picked for Team Perfect considering Lawler was on Team Luger. Another win for Benoit is good. Loving the sound of Bam Bam Bigelow joining Camp Cornette for their team at SurSer. Randy Savage as a member of Team Simmons actually came as a surprise to me, although I like it. Fine win for The Undertaker. I hope to see more Earthquake/Undertaker interactions as most of the feud has really just revolved around Undertaker segments. Another solid week on shows, Bob. SurSer is shaping up nicely!

Obvious win for Razor Ramon over Travis Baker. Read that as Travis Barker at first. Interested in the feud with Ramon and Martel. Had to read back a bit to understand the DiBiase/Hart feud. DiBiase purchasing the Hart house is very interesting and in my opinion, a very good story. A nice edition of the King's Court with Jeff Jarrett. Tatanka's involvement was expected after the remarks made about him. IRS going over Bret Hart via count-out is great stuff for the Bret/DiBiase feud. Loved the ending with DiBiase hauling out of the parking lot in his limo. Undertaker/Earthquake being a Casket Match is great. Can't wait for that. Same with the Bret/DiBiase Survivor Series match. The Perfect/Luger Survivor Series match looks great with the additions of The Quebecers, Jerry Lawler, and Tatanka. Loved the chaotic finish to the 8-Man Tag Match. Cornette recruiting Bigelow for his team is great, as is Simmons' team of Kamikaze, Jannetty, and Savage (shocked by that choice btw). Undertaker picking up a victory in a Handicap Match gives him some good momentum heading into his Casket Match with Earthquake. A great week Bob. Survivor Series looks very promising.

WWF Monday Night Raw 45 weeks, congrats Bob. Razor Ramon kicking off the show with a win is good. I LOVED the Ted DiBiase video, Bob. The angle is pure genius. It's probably one of the best ideas I've ever seen in a diary. Not a bad win for Crush here. I'd love to see you push him into the IC championship hunt. Liked the Kings Court segment with Jeff Jarrett. Jeff talking down Men on a Mission's raps and boasting about his country music is great. Nice run in from Tatanka and the segment with both enjoyable and effective. Another decent victory, this time for The Quebecers. Loved The Undertaker segment. Classic stuff. IRS going over Bret Hart is a shocker. I liked Ted threatening to rip up the Hart Family photo. Ted DiBiase laughing while driving away in the limo is something I could picture easily. Good show, Bob.
WWF Superstars Decent win for The Kamikaze Kid and Marty Jannetty. Have they officially joined Ron Simmons' team? The casket match at Survivor Series will be great. So will a Survivor Series elimination match between Ted DiBiase and Bret Hart. Basic win for Tatanka here. Luger picking Quebecers and Jerry Lawler is a great counter-act to Perfect's team. Same thing goes for Perfect picking Tatanka. Good segment and Survivor Series is shaping up great, Bob. Ludvig Borga with the win is no shocker. Great eight man tag team match to close out the show. Not a bad episode, Bob.
WWF Wrestling Challenge Good win to promote Chris Benoit. Wow, great additions to their teams! Bam-Bam Bigelow is great for Team Crush, and same goes for Team Simmons with Randy Savage. I can't wait to find out who are on the teams for DiBiase/Hart. Hopefully we get that on Monday Night Raw. Good couple of wins for Shawn Micheals and Diesel and Jerry Lawler. Maybe Shawn and Diesel will be on Team DiBiase along with IRS? The Undertaker winning the handicap match is good stuff, and I liked Earthquake's promo. Average show. Overall, a solid week of television and I just love the Ted DiBiase buying the Hart House angle.
