Here is a short list. I could add more for Yokozuna, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Jericho, The Rock, Piper, Perfect, etc. but will stick with these. These were picked because we know WCW figures are NOT being produced in the near future and Owen Hart and TNA signed wrestlers are not an option.
Bret Hart: SummerSlam 1992 (The match was Bret's first main event match and propelled him to challenge for the WWE title.) King of the Ring 1993 (It was the second KOR title for Hart and he fought credible opponents to get there including Ramon, Perfect and Bigelow. Really solidified his main event status.)
Ultimate Warrior: Wrestlemania VI SummerSlam 1990
Rude: Royal Rumble 1989 (The "Super Posedown" w/ Warrior starting the feud and his eventual victory against Warrior for the IC title at Wreslemania V. I would love to see the metal pose bar included!)
Austin: King of the Ring 1996 (The birth of Austin 3:16 and quite possibly the attitude era. In reference to Jake Roberts, "You sit there and you thump your Bible, and you say your prayers, and it didn't get you anywhere! Talk about your psalms, talk about John 3:16... Austin 3:16 says I just whooped your ass!".)
Triple H: 1997 forming DX
Undertaker (so many): Wrestlemania VII (Wrestlemania Debut starts the streak against Snuka) Royal Rumble 1994 (Resurrection/Spirit of Undertaker after casket match with Yokozuna for the WWF title (my favorite)) In Your House: Badd Blood 1997 (First ever Hell in a Cell against Shawn, would like to see the matching Shawn as well)
Shawn Michaels (too many to list here are a few): December 2, 1991 (Rockers split at the Barbershop, birth of the Heartbreak Kid) Monday Night Raw on May 17, 1993 (Loss to Marty Jannetty in impromptu match) Wrestlemania X (Ladder match vs. Ramon)
The British Bulldog: SummerSlam 1992 (IC title victory in England against Bret)
Goldust: Wrestlemania VII (non-title "Hollywood Backlot Brawl" against Piper. Would love to see a street cloths Piper to compliment the figure)

I would love to see a Jeff Hardy vs. Undertaker Two pack. from the WWE Undisputed Title match in 2002. They could come with a Ladder and the Undisputed Belt. I would pay $60 bucks for something like this.

WrestleMania VI Ultimate Warrior, for sure. SummerSlam '92 Bulldog, too.
Bret Hart - WrestleMania 10.
The Rock - Rock Concert.
Undertaker - Survivor Series 1996.
Kane - Unmasking on Raw.
Triple H - Return to Raw, January 2002.
Shawn Michaels - SummerSlam 1995.
Chris Jericho - Return to Raw, November 2007.
JBL - Great American Bash 2004 (though I'm not sure many people would buy it).

Chris Jericho - The RAW after Vengence, 2001.
Complete with Vengence 2001 wrestling attire under black pants and flame shirt, with a pony tail that has red tips at the end. Comes with both the WHC and the WWE Title.

As much as I want a debut Kane, there is no reason for him to be in DM line. There is nothing about that figure that can't be done in the regular Legends line.

Wasn't made since Mattel doesn't have the rights to make a Joker based fig. Same reason you don't see the Pepsi logo, or the Cobra tattoo on Punk figs. i find that funny since mattel are the ones that make the dark knight figures... was just going to say that....it makes NO sense since Mattel has both the DC Master licence as well as The Dark Knight licence....
