From the title of the picture, it would seem Uncensored 1996.

trust me, I know. I know. I thought you put the emphasis on it as a "Who the hell was this guy to main event with these other guys." Well the question could be asked "Why the hell was this guy allowed to main event with these other guys?"

that is a picture of the Doomsday Cage match, which was the main event of WCW Uncensored 1996. Which featured:
"The Alliance To End Hulkamania" -Ric Flair & Arn Anderson -'The Taskmaster' Kevin Sullivan & Lex Luger & Meng & Barbarian -Z Gangsta & The Ultimate Solution (with woman, miss elizabeth and jimmy hart)
Versus
"The Mega Powers" Hulk Hogan & 'Macho Man' Randy Savage
hope that answers your question.

The Final Solution & Lex Luger were also in there somewhere. Wasnt it the Ultimate Solution? It was originally Final Solution, then someone said "Wait, isn't that what the Nazis called their extermination of the jews?" And they changed it. And yeah, the match was awesome. Hogan and Save started out on top and basically raced to the bottom with the Dungeon of Doom guys as hurdles. It became a regular match at the bottom.

The Final Solution & Lex Luger were also in there somewhere. Wasnt it the Ultimate Solution? he was billed as The Final Solution until the day of the Pay Per View, when someone at WCW realized naming a wrestler after the Holocaust was a bad idea
