IN GENERAL (non number-specific like #619 Rey Mysterio).
Which 1/1000 figure character(s) would be the most-valuable down the road? I'm just curious what everyone will think now that we've had these for a year.

Guess that in general it will be every 001/1000 belt#, as well as perhaps the other ones that have a number related to the wrestler they come with, like indeed #619 for Mysterio.
Other examples:
# 054 for Cena # 666 for Kane

Gotta be #1 or #1000 Austin. I can see #316 Austin being worth a lot too.

I am pretty sure John Cena's will be worth money down the road. He is a house hold name much like Hulk Hogan

any #1. Especially guys like Sheamus, Rey, Undertaker, Austin, Cena
also the #316 Austin is probably the most valueable. Maybe #619 Rey as well.
#54 Cena is really meaningless now, since he hasn't worn anything with that # in about 5 years. #666 Kane maybe, but I wouldn't think much more than any other number to be honest.

In GENERAL, none of them. Number specific ones are going to be the only ones that hold value over time imo. Not to mention, it seems like the 1 of 1000 thing is pretty much played out sans a handful of collectors.

You guys are all idiots seriously? You think you're funny but you can't read...wow No multiple people answered your question the only ones that are valuable are either #1 of basically anyone, #1000 of basically anyone, & the number specific ones. Beyond that it doesn't matter they are just randomly assigned numbers that hold no value besides them being an individually number piece. And the market for them is dropping as many people aren't getting all of them so they are beginning to lose value.

I honestly think that we will see a price increase in the 1/1000 MOC figures someday. With as flimsly as the carding is and being that it is a product directed towards kids, there probably will not be too many MOC 1/1000's left 5 years down the road. Thus, the handful of MOC collectors will be in search of these resulting in a price increase.
