- Nice opening promo basically confirming what's to come at Royal Rumble. Expecting Orton to leave this Miz situation after tonight. - Not much of a fan for this opening contest, but clearly Henry is the better decision for somebody to be put into the Rumble match. - Nice little segment with Natalya and Kidd. I don't know if it'll lead to anything at all, though. - DiBiase and Maryse vs Truth and Eve still? Bleh. Not a fan of it. But, glad DiBiase/Maryse won. Nice heel turn from Melina, though. - Huh, a big Nexus breakdown here with Barrett at the cusp of it. I like that Barrett got turned on, as well, though. - Obvious victory for John Morrison is obvious and basically shows that he can beat Miz's bitch and now he can get to him. - Cole vs Lawler? Haha. That'll be awesome. I'm really expecting Lawler to win and to bring J.R. back. - Daniel defeating his former mentor was obvious and good. The post match involvement could definitely lead to Regal being relevant again. - Good main event and I am glad that The Miz won. Like that Morrison tried to get at him again, but failed too.
A good show.

WWE SMACKDOWN @ San Antonio, TX. on December 21, 2010
Matt Striker, Michael Cole and Josh Matthews welcome us to this special live episode of WWE SmackDown on SyFy!
The music of the new World Heavyweight Champion, Edge hits and he comes out to the ring dressed in a shirt and jeans. He climbs into the ring, which is decorated with balloons, among other celebration items. Edge talks about what it means to be World Heavyweight Champion once again. After a few minutes of talking, Kane's pyro erupts and he comes down to the ring, looking furious. He tells Edge that he's evoking his rematch clause next week and since Edge got to fight him in his specialty match at TLC - next week will be in a Cage match! Edge tells Kane that he doesn't care where or HOW they settle this, because it's always going to have the same outcome - him walking out, still the champion! Kane flips over the top rope and backs up the ramp, grinning at Edge.
Commercial Break -
Chris Masters def. Chavo Guerrero to qualify for the 2011 Royal RumbleConsidering how seldom Chavo Guerrero has been used in the past few year, it was rather obvious that Chris Masters would be picking up the win here. Chavo hit a few moves, but this was basically all Masters, who won with the Masterlock. Todd Grisham is standing by backstage with John Cena, who just entered the arena. Grisham welcomes Cena to SmackDown and asks him if he's ready to face Alberto Del Rio. Cena tells Grisham that tonight he's feeling better than he has been the past few months, and one of the reasons for that is because there is no Nexus running around the backstage area here on SmackDown. Commercial Break - Michelle McCool and Layla are walking into the arena together and McCool is wearing a neckbrace after being put through a table this past Sunday. Hornswoggle appears dressed as an Elf and Michelle and Layla poke fun at him. In the background, JTG sneaks up and run off with LayCool's luggage! Beth Phoenix def. The Soaring Eagle In interspecies action, Beth Phoenix takes on The Soaring Eagle, who she has had several run-in's with as of late. The Eagle is more intent on dancing around the ring, but Beth simply hits the Glam Slam and it's all over. Commercial Break - Kelly Kelly and Rosa Mendes are backstage in sexy Santa outfits. The WWE Tag Team Champions, Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov approach the pair and Santino compliments them on how beautiful they look. He reveals a mistletoe and holds it above himself before closing his eyes and puckering up. Kelly and Rosa look at each other before they each take a hand of Kozlov and lead him off. Santino opens his eyes and wonders where they all went! Intercontinental Champion, Dolph Ziggler (with Vickie Guerrero) def. Kofi Kingston to retain the championshipTony Chimel informs us that the present at ringside will be rewarded to whoever wins this match. Kofi and Dolph go all out and pull off a fantastic match, with both men eager to see what's in the huge present. Dolph shows hints of a face turn tonight. Kofi goes for the Trouble in Paradise but Dolph ducks it and nails the Zig Zag to retain his title and earn himself the present at ringside. Dolph wastes absolutely no time in exiting the ring and scouting the present while Vickie collects the Intercontinental Championship and holds it as all 4 corners of the box drop, revealing Kaitlyn dressed like a hot Mrs. Clause! Vickie is furious, but Dolph is clearly enjoying what he sees. Kaitlyn grabs Dolph by the hand and tries to lure him away, but Vickie grabs Dolph's other. After a tug of war, Vickie is sent crashing to the floor! Kaitlyn leads Dolph up the ramp as Vickie screams and has a temper tantrum on the floor. Commercial Break - JTG and Hornswoggle come to the ring with 2 boxes, 1 branded "LAYLA'Z STUFF" and the other branded "MICHELLE'Z STUFF". They begin to throw Michelle and Layla's property from the boxes into the crowd, most notably throwing pairs of huge white "Granny" panties into the crowd! Michelle and Layla come storming out from the back, screaming at JTG and Hornswoggle! Layla tries grabbing Hornswoggle, but he crawls through her legs before crouching behind Michelle and Layla bumps into her, knocking Michelle over Hornswoggle! JTG and Hornswoggle roll out of the ring and continue to launch LayCool's property into the crowd as they head up the ramp. Commercial Break "Dashing" Cody Rhodes' Grooming Tip - always brush your teeth for a perfect smile! United States Champion, Daniel Bryan def. Kane via DisqualificationKane, who lost his World Heavyweight Champion to Edge this past Sunday at TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs, went up against the current United States Champion in Daniel Bryan of the RAW brand. Both Bryan and Kane fought tooth and nail to leave with the victory, Bryan holding his own against the "Big Red Machine", making him look even more credible than he already is. Kane climbed to the top, looking to nail the Diving Clothesline he has used so many of times. However, Bryan nailed a Springboard Dropkick to Kane, sending him falling onto the apron and then onto the floor! As Kane gets to his feet, Daniel Bryan bounces off the ropes and Suicide Dives through them, taking Kane down! Kane fights back, slamming Bryan's head off the announce table before pulling it apart and strangling Bryan with the wires from the monitor! The referee calls for the bell as Kane continues to choke the U.S Champion! Kane eventually stops choking Daniel and he looks furious. He grabs ahold of the referee by the throat and throws him to the side before throwing setting Bryan up for a Tombstone Piledriver, but the music of Edge hits and the World Heavyweight Champion comes running to the ring wielding a chair! Kane has second thoughts and leaves through the crowd as Edge's chair collides with the barrier just missing Kane by an inch! Commercial Break - Rey Mysterio and Kaval are talking backstage when Big Show enters the room. The trio talk about how they are going to beat Jack Swagger, Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre. Big Show, Kaval and Rey Mysterio def. Jack Swagger, Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre The crowd was pretty hot for this contest and rightfully so. These are six very good workers and that made for an entertaining match. Mysterio started out hot for his team but the heels eventually took control by working over Kaval. They took turns beating on the NXT Season 2 winner, until he connected with a sick kick and made the hot tag to Show. Show came in on fire and swung the momentum back in his team’s favor. He nailed Rhodes with a Chokeslam and then tagged in Rey. Rey got onto Show’s shoulders and hit a splash on Rhodes. Rey tagged in Kaval, who also got onto Show’s shoulder and delivered the Warrior’s Way from up there. Show prevented Drew and Jack from getting involved, allowing Kaval to pick up the 1-2-3. Alberto Del Rio and John Cena are shown both heading towards the ring as we cut to a commercial. Commercial Break Alberto Del Rio def. John Cena This first time ever match proved to be an excellent booking idea as Del Rio and Cena showed some very good chemistry. Del Rio focused on Cena’s arm throughout the match, obviously trying to set up for his Rolling Armbar. Of course, Cena made his heroic comeback fueled by two shoulder blocks, a back drop and the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena waited for Del Rio to get up and he connected with the Attitude Adjustment. Suddenly, Michael McGillicutty and Husky Harris rushed in through the crowd and got on the apron. With the referee distracted by this, Wade Barrett entered the ring and hit Cena with a big boot. He picked Cena up and took him out with the Wasteland. Barrett exited the ring as his Nexus mates got off the apron. Del Rio crawled over and covered Cena for the victory. Del Rio celebrates his win as Nexus quickly leave through the crowd, leaving Cena down and out.[/blockquote]

Wow really nice layout, I meant to say in the chat thread that I love that WWE idea and you pulled it off so well, I know you two work together well and I'm sure you can keep this going, strange opening I was fully expecting a fight to emerge but it was good that you didn't, meh at Masters qualifing I'd much rather Chavo, nice WWE quality segement with Santino and co, I like the present at ringside idea although it could have been a non-title match, lol at Katlyin in the box great idea, why is JTG against Layla and Michelle, Kane/Bryan sounded fun esp how Bryan could hit a Springboard dropkick when Kane is on the ropes, nice six man tag esp with Kaval getting the win with a sick Double Stomp from Big Show's shoulders, could see a good few matches with Kaval like against Rey or Cody hopefully you book them down the line, big win for Del Rio despite it being interference, good luck and keep this up guys I'll try and read more in the future.

Primo def. Alex Riley
to qualify for the 2011 Royal RumbleIn the first RAW brand match of the evening, Primo went up against The Miz's Personal Assistant, Alex Riley in a fast-paced exciting contest. Riley had control for most of the bout, keeping Primo - who was working the match as a babyface - grounded. Surprisingly, Primo's NXT Rookie from Season 3 of NXT, AJ came skipping down the ramp which encouraged Primo to fight back. One Backstabber later and Primo got the 3! AJ bounces into the ring and jumps onto Primo. The pair celebrate Primo's win before AJ smacks the lips on Primo! Commercial Break - Curt Hawkins def. Finlay With Hawkins' rival Trent Barreta on commentary, Hawkins was out there to make a statement but it wasn't going to be easy as his opponent was the rarely seen Finlay, who is a ring veteran. Hawkins held his own against Finlay, but the Belfast Brawler really took the fight to the cocky and arrogant rookie. When the referee took a fall, Trent left the announcer's desk and took Finlay's shillelagh. Barreta sized Hawkins up with it, but in a shocker Trent cracked Finlay with it! Barreta rolled out of the ring and stood at ringside as Curt added insult to injury by nailing the Heat-Seeking Elbow to get the 1-2-3. Hawkins and Barreta look at each other, the pair both grinning. They raise each other's hand as Korpela and Striker both wonder what's going on. Commercial Break - Todd Grisham is in the backstage area alongside Tyson Kidd, who has his bodyguard Jackson Andrews with him. Kidd tells Grisham that he was always the stronger member of the Hart Dynasty and what he done to Daniel Bryan on Raw was him letting Bryan know that his days as U.S Champion are numbered. Tyson Kidd (with Jackson Andrews) def. Darren Young In our main event, Tyson Kidd went up against Darren Young in RAW brand encounter. Young surprisingly got alot of offense in, taking the fight to Kidd early on. However, Kidd distracted the referee after throwing Young to the outside, allowing Jackson Andrews to almost take Young's head off with a vicious clothesline. The big man rolls Young into the ring, allowing Tyson to nail a standing Code Blue when Young got to his feet, getting the victory.[/blockquote]

RAW -The Miz/Randy Orton feud continuing should be cool. Hope Miz gets a new challenger soon though. -Nice to see Qualifing Matches at RR. Should be nice to see those. -Ted DiBiase and Maryse actually winning is good. I'd expect it from the biggest Maryse fan I know, Jord. -Santino and Vladimir retaining as well as Otunga and Gabriel attempting to allign with Cena are all solid. Cena/Barrett looked to end at TLC, though. So something new looks to be in store. -Morrison over Riley is good build for when Morrison has his WWE Title Match. Hoping that he wins the WWE Title. -A great match between two submission/technical stars. Looks to be a good match. Bryan winning was expected. -The Miz retaining the WWE Title is good. Nice to see Miz's title reign as a cowardous and yet vicious reign here. -Good show; lots of the right calls, nothing wrong here. Looking forward to advancement. Superstars -Primo over Riley is understandable as Riley may need to manage Miz at RR. -I hope you push Hawkins to the moon here. Good win for him. -Kidd against Young is good as Kidd is more established. -Decent show; nothing much to comment on. Nothing wrong here. SmackDown -Kane and Edge's feud advancing can be good as well. Wonder if Edge goes into RR as WHC. -Masters push has been somewhat decent so far. Hope it stays awhile. -Beth over The Soaring Eage could be more comedian-like at most, looked like a filler. -Ziggler over Kingston is nice to retain. Don't see much more he can do as he's had a long reign, but I see it lasting awhile longer. -Kane's post-match was vicious. Bryan winning here is big for him here. -A big tag team match here, the faces winning is very good either way this one goes. -Disappointed that Cena lost but atleast it was by a distraction. Hope he gets some revenge. -Solid show.

WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW @ Albany, NY. on December 27, 2010
CM Punk, Michael Cole and Jerry "The King" Lawler are at the announce table tonight and there is obvious tension between Cole and Lawler just 7 days ahead of their wrestling match next week on Raw. Which one of them are calling Raw for the last time tonight?
Tonight’s Raw opens with the ring set up for the familiar, yet extinct talk show, The Dirt Sheet. “I Came to Play” hits as the WWE Champion, The Miz comes down to the ring. He gets inside and begins to talk about how he carried John Morrison to two Tag Team Championships back in 2008 and how the Dirt Sheet won a Slammy Award because it was graced with his presence. So in honor or his upcoming WWE Title defense against his former partner at the Royal Rumble, he has brought back The Dirt Sheet and his special guest tonight will be John Morrison. Morrison’s theme hits, but our comes Alex Riley in a wig, with a fake beard and glittered abs. He even does the slow motion entrance. When he gets in the ring, Miz begins to ask him questions, putting down Morrison. Things like “how does it feel to be the Marty Janetty of our team?” and “how can you handle always losing to me?” Soon after though, the real John Morrison rushes down, causing The Miz and Alex Riley to flee. Morrison tears up The Dirt Sheet set to the crowd’s liking when the GM sound goes off. Michael Cole gets up and announces that the General Manager has made a match for tonight. The Miz will team with Alex Riley to take on John Morrison and Randy Orton! The crowd goes nuts as Morrison smiles, while Miz and Riley are not happy at all.
Commercial Break
The United States Champion, Daniel Bryan is backstage warming up when William Regal approaches him. Regal tells Bryan that last week they tore the house down and he just wants to say that he has made him proud to be his trainer. Regal tells Bryan that he has his back if Tyson Kidd pulls any crap tonight before the pair shake hands as Daniel continues to warm up. United States Champion, Daniel Bryan def. Michael McGillicutty in a non-title matchMcGillicutty needs to get more one on one ring time now that he’s part of the Raw roster officially. He showed in this match that he can be a solid part of the Raw mid-card. As usual, Bryan was great in the ring and he had the crowd hung up on every move he did. Near the end, Michael ran at Bryan and went for the McGillicutter, but Bryan quickly moved and caught McGillicutty’s arm, locking in the LeBell Lock! McGillicutty had no choice but to tap out. After the match, Daniel Bryan raised the United States Title in the air, but was suddenly attacked from behind by Jackson Andrews. Tyson Kidd slid in the ring behind Andrews and continued the attack on the Champion. He picked him up and connected with the Code Blue. Suddenly William Regal rushes to the ring to make the save. Kidd flees and ordered Andrews to follow him. Regal checked on Bryan as Kidd had a smile on his face all the way up the ramp. Commercial Break Josh Matthews is in the back with Eve, who is riled up ahead of her match with Melina. Eve, who seems alot more aggressive than usual, yells into the microphone that if Melina wants to run around and act like she's the Queen Bee then it will be her pleasure to knock her down a few places and show her that she's not an easy target! Melina def. Eve This match stemmed from Melina’s attack on Eve last week, costing Eve and R-Truth a tag team match against Maryse and Ted Dibiase. Also last week, Melina said that she’s tired of being overlooked and she put the Women’s division on notice. Despite a few big time moves from Eve, Melina managed to put her away with the California Dream. The Divas Champion, Natalya, was at ringside during the previous match on commentary. She got up and entered the ring to congratulate Melina. She offered her a handshake but Melina answered with a slap across the face! She left the ring, leaving Natalya flustered. Josh Matthews is in the backstage area with Tyson Kidd who has his bodyguard, Jackson Andrews standing behind him. Kidd tells Matthews that now he's done with David Hart Smith, he now has his eyes set on the prize that is Daniel Bryan's United States Championship! Kidd says that if William Regal wants to stick his nose where it doesn't belong, he's more than welcome to get his ass handed to him - just like Daniel Bryan! Commercial Break We see Primo and AJ backstage, AJ making her first Raw on-screen debut after debuting on Superstars. The pair are heavily flirting, with Primo telling AJ that he loved the watch she got him for Christmas. She giggles before smacking the lips on him as we cut to the ring. Randy Orton and John Morrison def. WWE Champion, The Miz and Alex Riley These four superstars turned in a fine first hour main event here tonight, fueling the fire for the feud between John Morrison and The Miz, as well as tying up some loose ends from Miz’s feud with Randy Orton. Surprisingly, the heels worked over Orton and he was forced to make the hot tag to Morrison. Most likely this was done to help get Morrison more over. The crowd was on fire as he entered the ring in a flurry and took out both Riley and Miz. Soon after that Orton was back in and he hit Riley with the rope hung DDT. Miz entered to break up the count and Morrison leveled him with a super kick. Riley kicked out and Miz slid out of the ring. He grabbed the WWE Title and began to head up the ramp, leaving Riley alone. Orton connected with an RKO on Riley. He then tagged in Morrison who hit the Starship Pain for the win as Miz looked on. Commercial Break In a video segment that was recoded "Earlier This Week", WWE Champion The Miz and Alex Riley are in a gym trying to train Michael Cole on how to be a wrestler ahead of his match with Jerry Lawler next week on RAW. More or less a comedic segment which saw Cole execute some holds on someone dressed as if they are ready to fight in the octagon. The Miz proceeds to tell Cole that Jerry Lawler won't know what hit him come next Monday! Commercial Break Ted DiBiase and Maryse come to the ring, both of them looking as cocky as ever. DiBiase takes the mic and demands that the footage of him and Maryse beating R-Truth and Eve from last week be aired. Once the video stops, DiBiase proclaims that himself and Maryse are not only the hottest couple in WWE history - but they are the greatest couple in the WWE today! They are cut off by the music of 1/2 of the WWE Tag Team Champion, Santino Marella as he comes out with Vladimir Kozlov. Santino tells DiBiase that tonight, he will feel the bite of the Cobra before knocking him down! Ted DiBiase (with Maryse) def. WWE Tag Team Champion, Santino Marella (with Vladimir Kozlov) Surprisingly, this was a really good entertaining match - mainly entertaining due to the antics of Santino Marella. With Maryse in DiBiase's corner, she done whatever she could to try and help DiBiase win, even flirting with Santino. Eventually, Kozlov grabbed ahold of Maryse and put her over his shoulder. As Maryse screamed at ringside, DiBiase was distracted and Santino attempted The Cobra but Ted ducked it and was quick to plant Marella with the Dream Streat for the 1-2-3! Kozlov puts Maryse down and slides into the ring as DiBiase rolls out the opposite side. He meets Maryse at the bottom of the ramp and the pair begin to embrace, the pair of them extremely pleased with DiBiase's win! Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater are shown backstage lacing up their boots and talking about how great is it to be free of Wade Barrett's orders. Suddenly, "A-List" David Otunga barges into the room and he is decked out in a suit with his sunglasses still on. He tells Gabriel and Slater that he would really love to stay and be in their corner for their tag match but he has just been invited to Paris Hilton's New Year party in Hollywood and he's got to catch the first flight out of Albany in his private jet. He leaves before Gabriel and Slater talk about what a douche Otunga is. Commercial Break Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater def. Wade Barrett and Husky Harris to qualify for the 2011 Royal RumbleIn a tag team match pitting 4 Nexus (2 ex-Nexus members in Gabriel and Slater) in a match that really showcased all 4 men's in-ring abilities. The team of Gabriel and Slater worked well together, the pair making quick tags to stay fresh as they isolated Husky. Eventually, Husky demonstrated his power when he Suplexed both Gabriel and Slater before working over the lower back of Slater. Barrett got the tag in and dominated Slater, just picking him apart before making the tag to Harris. The music of John Cena hit, distracting Barrett and allowing Slater to take Husky down with an Enziguri before Gabriel finished him off with a 450 Splash! Sheamus is in the back with his King gear on as Josh Matthews tries to interview him. Sheamus tells Josh that the only thing he needs to know is that tonight, he will once again pin John Cena in the centre of the ring, 1-2-3! Commercial Break John Cena def. Sheamus Solid main event as John Cena in his return match to Raw took on the 2010 King of the Ring, Sheamus. These two know each other so well due to their long rivalries, dating back to late 2009. Both men gave it their all, looking to take the win after several big impact moves. Unfortunately for Sheamus, his Brogue Kick didn't prove to be enough to keep Cena down, who fired back and hit the King with an Attitude Adjustment for the victory! As John Cena celebrates his win, the leader of the crumbling Nexus Wade Barrett hit the ring and immediately got up in Cena's face. As the pair continued to bicker, the Anonymous Raw General Manager sent an e-mail, which Michael Cole steps up to read. Cole announces that there will be no more bickering between Cena and Barrett as he will personally be on-hand next week to reveal his identity and make a statement regarding Cena and Barrett's rivalry! The show comes to a close with everyone wondering who exactly the Raw Anonymous General Manager will turn out to be![/blockquote]

-A decent promo and a solid main event tonight. Looking forward to that. -Bryan over McGillicutty was expected as Bryan has captured more star power than Miz. -Melina over Eve was expected to hype her heel turn. -Orton and Morrison winning here was expected. Wonder what the main event is now. -Ted DiBiase losing to Santino would be an insult but it's good he won and hope he gets a huge push. -Gabriel and Slater qualifying for the RR is fine. Wonder where this takes Barrett. -Cena over Sheamus was a great call. Always wanted Cena to beat Sheamus and hope he's up for a great push again. -Good show; nothing too special but I enjoyed the read.

I really cannot wait until the 2011 Royal Rumble, so far 3 superstars out of 30 are in, Mark Henry, Primo, and Chris Masters, hopefully there are more qualifying matches yet to come, and for the World Heavyweight Championship it will probably be Edge defending his title against Kane or even against Del Rio or both in a Triple-Threat

WWE RAW: Monday 27th December 2010...I'm confused, Jord, are you dropping your solo 2010/11 diary for this now? Good start with The Miz in the ring, opening promo to promote the upcoming match between The Miz and John Morrison at the Royal Rumble. I do hope Miz has the WWE Championship retained. At least Michael McGillicutty actually gets used once individually. He had a dire time in the company after NXT Season 2. Daniel Bryan beating McGillicutty had to occur, of course. Tyson Kidd after the WWE United States Championship, don't see him taking it, and it does seem incredible quick for Kidd after becoming a solo performer. William Regal evening the odds I am pleased with. Actually in a good position, let alone as a face. Melina beating Eve is acceptable. Liking the heel turn of Melina. Randy Orton and John Morrison beating The Miz and Alex Riley...wonder what's main eventing RAW tonight. Orton and Morrison with the win was fine, loved Miz avoiding the defeat. Was amused by the Michael Cole at the gym segment, very fun moment. I could see CM Punk following real life route, turning heel and helping Cole beat Jerry Lawler next week. Ted Dibiase beating Santino Marella was acceptable, 2011 should be the year Dibiase is actually productive. Just keep Santino and Vladimir Kozlov relevant too. Wade Barrett and Husky Harris...what a bizarre combination. Mind you, weird why this match occured, but I can imagine The Nexus have disbanded at last. And Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel as faces is for the better. Hope Barrett somehow reclimbs the card to at least the WWE United States Championship. Maybe would have put this match on earlier in the show. John Cena and Sheamus is an okay main event, they main evented the December 28th 2009 episode of RAW I recall. The anonymous General Manager revealing next week is for the best, I'm sick of Cena and Wade Barrett's rivalry. Enjoyable read.

WWE SUPERSTARS on WGN America on December 30, 2010
R-Truth def. Zack Ryder
We kick the show off tonight with R-Truth going up against Zack Ryder in what was a solid match to get the crowd hyped up and ready for the rest of the show. Ryder took the fight to Truth, hitting a series of attacks to the lower back of Truth, but with the crowd solidly behind him Truth fought back and hit Ryder with the Lie Detector, which was enough for the 1-2-3. Commercial Break Michelle McCool and Layla def. Kelly Kelly and Rosa Mendes The Diva's of SmackDown took to the ring tonight for some tag team action as Team Lay-Cool (with Michelle still playing up her neck injury) squared off with Kelly Kelly and Rosa Mendes, who worked extremely well as a unit surprisingly. However, their skills as a team didn't prove to be better than Layla and Michelle, who took home the victory when Michelle sprayed perfume in the eyes of Rosa, allowing Layla to hit the Lay-Out. Commercial Break David Hart Smith def. Jackson Andrews (with Tyson Kidd) via Disqualification to qualify for the 2011 Royal RumbleThis was Jackson Andrew's in-ring debut, and he really picked apart Smith from the get-go. Smith fought back, giving it all he had but it just wasn't enough as Andrews punished him by repeatedly not going for the pin and continuing the on-slaught at the order of Tyson Kidd, who was in Andrews' corner. Smith mounted a comeback, even clotheslining Andrews over the top rope as the fight spilled to the outside. Kidd grabbed Smith, who knocked him down with a wicked forearm shot before Andrews clobbered Smith from behind. The fight spilled back into the ring where Andrews locked Smith in a Camel Clutch, but Smith's foot was under the bottom rope. The referee ordered Andrews to break his hold, but he refused and the referee disqualified him! Andrews releases the hold and backs the referee into the corner, grabbing him by the collar and throwing him out of the ring as Kidd kicks Smith under the bottom rope and to the floor. The show ends with Smith and Andrews standing tall.[/blockquote]

WWE SMACKDOWN @ Rochester, NY. on December 31, 2010
SmackDown kicks off with the theme of Alberto Del Rio. He comes out of his limousine in a suit and has his usual big smile on his face. He gets in the ring and begins to talk about last week’s main event. He firstly says that WWE.com made him furious last week. They claimed that his win over John Cena was an upset. Anytime he wins it shouldn’t be considered an upset because of how good he is. He proved it by beating the “face of the WWE” last week. He has now added Cena to the list of Superstars he has beaten; a list that includes Rey Mysterio. But he wants to move past that little Chihuahua. He has his eyes set on a bigger prize and that’s the World Heavyweight Championship. At that moment, the World Champion himself, Edge, appears. He says that he and the rest of the WWE Universe are tired of hearing Alberto Del Rio run his mouth, which is all he’s done since he arrived on SmackDown. Del Rio protests, again reminding us that he beat John Cena last week. Edge counters by saying it was only because of Nexus and that he is crazy if he thinks he’ll be winning the World Heavyweight Title. Edge says that he worked too hard to get back his belt to allow a chump like Del Rio to take it. Del Rio attempts to hit Edge with the microphone but Edge ducked and ran straight off the ropes, connecting with a huge Spear! Edge celebrated along with the crowd as Del Rio wriggled around in pain.
Commercial Break
The Dude Busters (Curt Hawkins and Trent Barreta) def. Kofi Kingston and JTG The team of JTG and Kofi Kingston worked well together despite this being their first time teaming up. They’ve both had success in other teams though and it showed here. The real story was how the new team of Curt Hawkins and Trent Baretta worked so well together. After a solid contest, they picked up the win when Hawkins hit JTG with the Heat-Seeking Elbow! Beth Phoenix is warming up backstage when Jack Swagger appears, towering over her. Swagger tells Beth that last week she made a damn mockery out of his Soaring Eagle and he's just been informed that tonight, he's facing her with the winner advancing to the Royal Rumble. Swagger tells Beth to not get comfortable on the SmackDown roster as she'll be back on the injured list after he mops the ring with her. Beth proceeds to smack the taste out Swagger's mouth before walking off. Commercial Break Jack Swagger def. Beth Phoenix to qualify for the 2011 Royal RumbleSwagger is trying to gain a measure of revenge over Phoenix, who destroyed Swagger's Soaring Eagle just last week on SmackDown. However, on the line in this match was a spot in the 2011 Royal Rumble match. Beth was the fan favourite and she really took the fight to Swagger in the early going, hitting an impressive series of suplexes and slams. But Swagger snapped and slammed Beth to the mat with a backdrop before attacking her leg and locking in the Ankle Lock. Swagger grapevined it, forcing Beth to tap out. As Beth clutches her leg, Michelle McCool and Layla storm the ring and begin taunting the hurt Beth. The pair take turns at posing with their Slammy Award and then mocking the Glamazon's signature pose. Beth uses the ropes to pull herself up, but McCool is quick to lay her back down with a Big Boot to the temple! Kelly Kelly and Rosa Mendes hit the ring as Lay-Cool escape, pleased with their actions! Commercial Break The Intercontinental Champion, Dolph Ziggler is in the back with Vickie Guerrero. The pair are talking and Vickie tells Dolph that last week not only did Kaitlyn embarrass her - but he did aswell! Dolph apologises to Vickie, who tells him that if Kaitlyn tries anything tonight it will be the last thing she does here on SmackDown! Rey Mysterio def. Drew McIntyre Drew McIntyre was more impressive here than he’s been in recent months as he put on a very good match with Rey Mysterio. Rey utilized his speed advantage to really work over McIntyre. He nearly had the 619 on numerous occasions, only to have McIntyre escape. McIntyre also hit some key moves, working over Rey’s neck, but in the end, he fell victim to the 619. Commercial Break Big Show def. Intercontinental Champion, Dolph Ziggler (with Vickie Guerrero) via Countout in a non-title matchIn a non-title affair, the Intercontinental Champion, Dolph Ziggler went up against the largest athlete in the world - Big Show. Dolph continued to show hints towards a face turn here tonight as his girlfriend Vickie Guerrero stood by him in his corner, yelling at him when he did something she didn't like. Kaitlyn, who Dolph has shown some interest in as of late, came strutting down the ramp which provoked Vickie to storm up the ramp, the pair getting into a shoving contest. Dolph left the ring, trying to settle the argument with the pair. The bell rings as the referee has counted Ziggler out! Todd Grisham is standing by with the new team of Curt Hawkins and Trent Baretta. He asks them about their new team. Hawkins says that Trent found no success with Caylen Croft, so he came to him and they've formed a newer, better version of the Dudebusters. Tonight was just their first win of many before they capture the WWE Tag Team Titles! The two proceed to fist bump before heading off. Commercial Break Alberto Del Rio def. Kaval Wow, these two put on a fantastic contest despite getting just about ten minutes. They worked well together as Kaval’s high impact offense was perfectly countered by Del Rio trying to slow him down and wear him out by working over the arm. He locked in his rolling armbar but Kaval managed to get his foot on the ropes, breaking the hold. The rest of the match went back and forth but concluded when Del Rio locked in the rolling armbar again and Kaval was forced to submit. World Heavyweight Champion Edge and Kane are both shown walking towards the arena on a split screen as their huge showdown is up next! Commercial Break As the Steel Cage lowers down onto the ring, we are shown a video package of the rivalry between Edge and Kane over the past few months. World Heavyweight Champion, Edge def. Kane in a Steel Cage match to retainWe bring the show to a close with a Steel Cage match adn Kane using his rematch clause against Edge. Kane used the cage to his advantage, repeatedly bouncing Edge off the sides in a bid to try and make him bleed. However, even after being constantly thrown into the steel roughly 8 times, Edge never did get busted open and instead, he fought back and tossed Kane into it and tangled Kane up in the ropes! Edge, who was all riled up now, started beating a defenseless Kane, who was still tangled up, with repeated stiff shots to the body and head. Kane eventually broke out of the ropes and the pair went at it in a stiff brawl. Edge took Kane out with a diving Spear off the top rope before crawling out of the door to win the match.[/blockquote]

I love the idea of a Del Rio/Edge feud. I really think that is going to be a fantastic feud. Interested to see how you guys play that out. Glad to see Swagger go over Phoenix to get in the Royal Rumble match. Drew/Rey is a good match, I wonder if Drew will be given a bigger role later on in this. I hope Ziggler doesn’t lose the strap to Show. Count-out victory for Show is fine. I’m sure Del Rio/Kaval would put on a good show and it’s a good victory for Del Rio. A good main event to finish off the show as I am a sucker for cage matches. Solid finish. Good overall show, folks!

-Smackdown. -Wow, Del Rio beat Cena? Epic and the Edge/Del Rio feud is awesome -Dudebusters winning is ing awesome -JTG and Kofi Kingston seems like a horrible team, and you jsut put them together because they're black. -I could actually see Swagger/Beth in real life. -Swagger winning is the right choice, but I wish Laycool/Beth could end already. -Rey Mysterio winning is fine, hopefully Drew gets some wins going though -Ugh, Ziggler/Show rematch I'm guessing. I'd rather see Ziggler/Kaval or Ziggler/Kofi -More Dudebusters air time is great. -Del Rio winning was the right choice -Great main event, I love cage matches. Ending was different, good job -Good show, just a few things I did not like. Good luck keeping this up guys!

-I can see where Del Rio would be angry about them calling it an upset even though it wasn't fair. Edge/Del Rio's feud rises more and more by the week. -Hawkins into the Dudebusters could be great for a push. Him winning could be good. -Swagger over Beth Phoenix was expected as it'd look sort of embarrassing for Swagger to lose here. Not a big fan of Lay-Cool/Beth continuing as it's been going on for a while, maybe almost a year. -Mysterio winning here is fine, but I don't see him as an Underdog anymore since he's won so many matches. Still him winning here was right. -Big Show over Dolph Ziggler via countout was the only way Ziggler seemed to not be pinned. -Del Rio seems to be getting a massive push in this diary as of late. -Edge retaining was expected. Great way to end this year. -Good show; good luck in 2011.

SmackDown: - Good opening segment, Edge/ Del Rio seems to be the go to feud right now so it'll be interesting to see if you can make this different to what other diaries are doing. - Decent win for The Dudebusters, although it seems to a bit off that Kingston has been reduced to jobbing in the tag division. - Good win for Swagger and an interesting match to see. Decent post match attack although I'm not sure how much more you can do with this feud. - Nice win for Mysterio but this just seemed like pointless filler to get these guys on the card. - I'm enjoying the Dolph/ Vickie/ Kaitlyn triangle and having it affect his matches is a nice touch. - Del Rio/ Kaval would be a superb match in real life, sadly WWE have blown that chance. Del Rio going over was the right choice. - Great win for Edge here to hopefully put an end to the Edge/ Kane feud. I was expecting some kind of post match segment though.
