So when I went to Target yesterday, I found Basic 8. When I went in line, they didn't ring up, the lady asked me how much were they and my idiotic self said 7.50 when I could've said a dollar and she would've believed me! So next time you go to Target, SAY THEY COST A DOLLAR!

Haha I read about someone telling a lady 5 dollars for an Elite figure, and she rang it up for 'em. So this actually isn't a bad idea.

That's a stretch.. Don't you think? Might be, but worth a try.

It's all about self pride. You can go and tell the Cashier it's $1 and get away with it, but what you're doing is stealing and lying all at the same time. For anyone who encounter this problem, do the right thing and tell her the correct price.

You're more of an idiot if you think she'd believe you that the figure would cost only a dollar.

I had that same problem today Royal Rumble Heritage didn't scan, I told the cashier they were 7.50. it comes up as all 9 as the dpci number. I try to do it as honest as possible when buying in Target as the staff has been pretty helpful. a few times I've gotten bargains because I didn't know how much stuff was or it was mis shelved or labeled

You did the right thing by saying $7.50. No need to lie to save a few dollars. Plus, the wrestling figure finding gods will strike down upon you with furious vengeance the next you are trying to hunt down a figure you really want.

I'm a karma kinda guy and I wouldn't want that cashier getting in trouble somehow from my lying. If she puts in her own price I'd be okay with that. I had that happen to me with an old CS figure

Even at $7.50 the figure is a bargain considering walmart and toys r us are charging up to 11 dollars for worse figures then target. Be thankful that the figures are even at 7.50 and grab as many while the price is low.

Why in your right mind would you tell a cashier that something like that cost $1. Either two things will happen: 1) She will look at you like your crazy and pick up the phone and page the store for a Price check on a WWE Figure and then they will have someone look up the real price. or 2) She's one fry short of a happy meal and rings it up no problem. Now let's be realistic...Which one do you more likely see happening? Just saying...

As nice as it would be to pay $1 for a figure, I really believe karma would bite me in the butt if I did that at the register, especially around christmas. The RR figures I got yesterday didn't ring up either, they asked me what they cost ... I was honest and told them that they were usually $10 but there was a sign that said they were on sale for $7.50 (which there was), and they rung them up that way ... I felt really good afterwards for not trying to screw with the store and still felt like I got a bargain at the sale price of $7.50. Just my opinion...

Or better yet, just give the correct price. Anything else would be stealing. In the long run all your doing is throwing the cashiers drawer off/stores inventory and even further down the road increasing prices.
Yeah lets just be honest ok?

I know it was honest that I paid the 7.50 for it, but I'm just saying someone who's like really greedy and needy might've gone away with it and Target and would lose money for not putting it on their system. Sure, I said a dollar, but it's an exageration. People's Target figure prices might be 10 but they can at least ring it to 7.50 considering their Target is asking for more, but ours isn't.

You would have paid the regular price anyway if there were no error, so just be honest.

I'd say 7.50 if they asked me. Because, technically, I wouldnt be lying, because they were at one point 7.50.
