I loved wrestling GI Joes when I was little (never painted just imagination)... I don't care for the painting that much but you can defiantly Identify who's who and you have a good collection of them.... Thumbs up!!!!

Yeah, the painting isn't the greatest, but you've certainly done something impressive here. Might I suggest a GI Joe version of the Eliminators? That would be pretty awesome.
I really liked the Shane Douglas and Raven!
Far better than the guy who painted up some toothpicks and tried to call it customs....

Definitely cool! I think I'll try this with some GI Joes sometime....
PS: for bodies, try using Blanka's torso or Johhny Cage's torso. Perfect body to use with no sculpting.

Really fun, really intricate figures! Very nice set-up! A lot of creativity in those small scale figures!

What kind and color of paint do you use for the wrestlers skin color? What kind of paint in general did you use too for the Gi Joes?
Besides that, these are amazing. Always wanted to do something like this with GI Joes, and I thought there was always so much more to do with GI Joes, just because they move better, and there smaller, so it would be easy to have an actually arena set up that doesn't take up alot of space.

i love these because it brings me back to the days when i used to use my gi joes as wrestlers. Hell yea, I remember using all my action figures in the wrestling ring, I had the old Hasbro ring and only a few actual Hasbro figures and I used my imagination and used all the different figures I had, the little GI Joes were perfect for wrestling, they had all the articulation and such. Id love to see someone make custom figures using the 12 inch GI Joes, that would be the shyte

PS: for bodies, try using Blanka's torso or Johhny Cage's torso. Perfect body to use with no sculpting. Thanks! I actually used a Blanka figure to make the Shane Douglas figure, that is the only real downside to using GI Joes, the bodies are usually covered in grenades, straps, weapons and whatever else. So many heads have moulded on makes and helmets as well which is also annoying. I bought a whole load of GI Joes from America and tried to do a swap deal with someone to swap the ones that would be useless to me, for ones that would work but the guy was a time waster! So if anyone here is interested in swapping some GI Joes that are good for customizing for ones that aren’t but would perhaps go into a collection, PM me! I use Citadel Colour paint usually which I don’t know if it’s available in America, I think its kind of a water based acrylic but I have bought some ‘Game Color’ recently, I haven’t used it yet though but It seems to be the same as my normal paint. And I agree about GI Joes being better in some ways especially with arena set ups, I have only really done a half hearted ECW arena but I plan to work on a RAW is War arena as well. I’ve been thinking of buying some dolls house lighting stuff and making a decent lighting rig. Those are some old set ups The new cactus jack is really amazing ;D do you have closer pics of him ?? Here you go… The shirt underneath is a bit innacurate but nevermind! I can't really take off the normal Cactus Jack shirt without taking the figure apart.
