supply and demand (it's basic FIGonomics).

supply and demand (it's basic FIGonomics). It has nothing to do with supply and demand. RSC has plenty of supply. They currently have over 100 DM Warrior figures. It is all based on the perception, "I get it first".

All the figures were US$23.99, Macho was US$24.99 and the set was US$94.99 last evening. To RSC credit they did lower the price but I still cannot bite. Also, in my opinion, RSC should not have the 10% code. It makes no sense to have codes if you are adjusting prices to make up for the difference. I would rather see the item priced lower but that is my preference.

Wait.... why did I pay 24.99 yesterday for Savage & today he is 20.99? edit: they just refunded me the difference.

ya I posted on this and they all got deleted, oh well. Still not buying from RSC with these prices. Same here and agreed. In my opinion, the problem with everything is the expectations which did not come to fruition. I was expecting the RSC pre-order to be listed with a lower price, knowing measures were taken to ultimately make the product more affordable in all markets. It would have been a "no-brainer" purchase that I was anticipating making. Instead, the RSC pre-order was listed, originally at a higher price and now at the same price of the past Legends sets. As a result, the bubble burst to say the least. haha Wait.... why did I pay 24.99 yesterday for Savage & today he is 20.99? Because you were a victim of an extreme early adopter? (joking) I am sure RSC will throw you a bone. At least, I hope so.

I also saw the higher price last evening, and thank goodness i waited! I don't mind the price where it is right now, I believe it is fair, and justified. Now that's just my opinion. Let me elaborate..................................... The listed price for the set of 4 is $79.99. You throw in the 10% code, and including shipping (in the US), I got a TOTAL OF $84.24. When they FINALLY hit retail, assuming they are still $14.99 each, you get a rounded total of $60.00 for the set. Add tax and that's about $66.00. So for only about $12 or $13 more TOTAL, I will get them 2 or 3 months before they hit retail. I'M ALL OVER THAT!! Again, just my opinion.

I don't understand the issue. Why don't you wait until they hit retail?? You save $20 + shipping!

RSC sometimes does baffle me with the prices, especially the differences within a set, but I guess it pretty much comes down to your choice as to buy or pass. I tend to buy the figures I feel have a reasonable price and skip the rest or look elsewhere. There are figures that I personally considered a tad pricey, but I still wanted them and got them. At the end of the day, it's your choice I guess.

I wish i could tell you but if you say anything negative you either getting your reply deleted or end up with a warning bar. Lol my reply was deleted. I didnt even say anything bad. What I said is true, they cost so much probably because they get them earlier, and the retail price will stay the same. What part of that is delete worthy?

Well Im glad they changed it to $79.99, thats very reasonable.
I got to thinking though, last night when it was posted that the new sets were up, I said how I love RSC, but some of their prices seem a little steep.
I got to thinking though. All the money they save me for gas and food going out searching for each thing is well worth their prices.
Its also quite a time. saver.
and no matter their prices, their customer service is worth it all. I have never once had a single problem with RSC. all the staff are great, and extremely kind and helpful.
But I am glad they updated the price for Legends 5. $95 for 4 Legends and $99 for 6 legends seemed insane. So I apologize for jumping the gun and ranting about prices when you hadnt even updated legends 5 on your site with the correct price yet

I wasn't trying to complain I was just saying that was weird to see the price so high for 4 figures. I'm buying them from rsc anyways even if they are $94.99 LOL but I'm happy they dropped the price
