#8 Back in 2008, a 13-year-old boy in Florida was actually arrested by police for farting in class. Good. It's everybody's air!

this list reminds you of the actual threats that exist in day to day life when you're not even intending to harm anyone or anything.

Ive only heard of two of those stories.
But what is true and stupid, it's a felony (a pretty big one) to videotape police unknowingly in certain states. Absolutley stupid.

Is it bad the most insane to me is number 14? I mean really, an elderly woman's lawn? Stupid. Sounds like the town I grew up in.
#11 is fine by me. The link given to the story is from a conservative based story, so for all we know, it's only their side. Plus the fact that if they rented the property, they can technically have anyone removed if they're disturbing the attendees, which Christians have a tendency to do when "spreading the gospel". A group used to pass out small bibles and lie filled pamphlets on the sidewalks outside my high school, they come off friendly but they're amazingly condescending and refuse to discuss any of their own beliefs. Saying "because God says so", really isn't a good reason as to why bananas are bad.
It's things like going to an Arab festival and basically trying to convert people are why I dislike Christians. They're the only religion I've ever dealt with personally who are very forceful with their beliefs and feel the need to do things like this. I'm going to start handing out the Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster as people leave church on Sundays, see how they enjoy it.

But the fact is that this woman, who they have no probable cause to search, is forced to be sexually assaulted in order to get onto an airplane. THIS is when you should be crying for "innocent until proven guilty." If they had real reason to believe that she was carrying a weapon, bomb, drugs, etc., they could apply for a warrant. They don't. Thus, unconstitutional. We're not going to get airport security tape. But eye-witnesses agreed. No, but there are absolutely zero reports that she did. I think that probable cause would infact be arguable as this woman was flat out refusing any kind of search and, due to her past, no doubt becoming very nervous and agitated at the demands of the officials to be searched. Protocol cant not be abandoned simply because somebody is uncomfortable, if all are equal in the eyes of the law then all are afforded the same liberties and all are subject to the same scrutiny. Claiming to have been the victim of a personal attack (the security would have had no way to verify the claims) should not and infact can not allow you additional freedoms as these freedoms can then be exploited. What would prevent somebody intent on killing a plane full of people from simply stating they did not want the potential risk of cancer and could not be frisked as they had been raped?

Lol, it's a shame that some Christians that you've dealt with have given you such a jaded perception of the religion as a whole. Not all, or even most of Christians are like that. Not gonna try to change how you feel, as I'm sure you have your reasons, but I urge you to think about "disliking Christians", wich is a VERY broad statement, because of some overbearing bible thumpers that you've met. Personally, I've dealt with very forceful Jehova's Witnesses, Mormons whom my father in-law actaully had a sit down with that couldn't biblically back up their own doctrine, and Muslims who flat out called me spiritually unclean for eating pork. Point is, that every religion thinks that they're the only one, and will spread word on why they believe so.

Some of those are pretty f*cked up, especially the brown lawn and the kid farting in class, unless he's fat and held someones head down there.

I think that probable cause would infact be arguable as this woman was flat out refusing any kind of search and, due to her past, no doubt becoming very nervous and agitated at the demands of the officials to be searched. 1. You need "probable cause" to search someone in the first place. 2. If they thought they had enough evidence to get a warrant to search this woman, then they should do so. Simply saying, "Eh, this is good enough cause for us" is not an acceptable or LEGAL response. Protocol cant not be abandoned simply because somebody is uncomfortable, if all are equal in the eyes of the law then all are afforded the same liberties and all are subject to the same scrutiny. The entire point is that the searches themselves are illegal, no matter of if someone is uncomfortable or not. Claiming to have been the victim of a personal attack (the security would have had no way to verify the claims) should not and infact can not allow you additional freedoms as these freedoms can then be exploited. Agreed completely, but again, the search is unconstitutional. What would prevent somebody intent on killing a plane full of people from simply stating they did not want the potential risk of cancer and could not be frisked as they had been raped? What is stopping them from getting a gun on the plane? Not the TSA. www.khq.com/Global/story.asp?S=13717165

People are messed up...
I'd like to read the whole story before forming an opinion on most of them though.
