That's stupid. Yeah because if they were going to write John Cena out of the WWE they would do it at a house show instead of on TV? And if they are suggesting that John Cena is "faking" being injured.....that's stupid too, because I'm pretty sure if he "faked" being injured to get out of his WWE contract and then turned around and showed up in UFC to do REAL fights, WWE would sue him. This is just a case of Wade Barrett being a rookie and not ready to be in there with top talent and he slammed John Cena and injured him just like he did to Randy Orton's neck. Wade Barrett is dangerous and not ready to be in the ring with top talent because he doesn't know how to protect them yet. He's still the best of all the Nexus guys (except Punk now), but he's still not ready. Get over yourself. Accidents happen in wrestling, this isn't the first time Cena injured himself in a match, so how do you know this is on Wade Barrett and not John Cena? Cena was the one recieving the move, and that was Randy Orton's logic when he couldn't move out of the way for Gabriel to hit the 450 splash. Cena can't even wrestle or bump that well, infact he's not that much better than Barrett. Cena has a limited moveset, and very noticibly takes moves "the safe style." It comes as no surprise to me that when somebody drills him with a move, he's not capable of taking it.

YEAH! YOU KNOW WHO ELSE WASN'T READY TO BE IN THE RING WITH TOP TALENT?! BATISTA!
Or:
Chris Jericho Chris Benoit Kurt Angle Steve Austin Bret Hart Owen Hart British Bulldog
Or anyone else who has ever been in the ring when someone else has gotten injured. So...99.99999% of the entire wrestling industry.

Please tell me you are joking and that Meltzer didn't actually write that. I wish I was. No he did write it. He did not.

From Meltzer's site:
Cena injury update News has been surprisingly quiet regarding John Cena coming out of last night's show in Wilkes-Barre, where he suffered a knee injury which caused his cage match with Wade Barrett to end prematurely.
In his post-match speech, he talked that he might be hurt and have to take time off, but not that he knew. The only report we've gotten thus far, and it is not anything official from the company, is that he suffered a deep bruise and the injury is not as serious as feared.
More is likely to come out later today.
Note: yes, he DID write this one

You're an idiot. If wrestling was "believable" and the wrestlers are supposed to be fighting each other, guys that you all love like Kaval and Evan Bourne would be history. Danielson could kick the poop out of Cena, as could Kaval. How many tours of the orient has Cena taken? How many legitimate holds does he know?
If wrestling was realistic Cena wouldn't be able to beat alot of guys. He has no real wrestling ability, which is disgusting seeing how many times he's had the hold.Even Hogan had toured Japan and knew how to properly apply holds and work in a way that was believable. Cena is a piece of poop. I Hope he misses Wrestlemania and Triple H chokes on a chicken bone and misses it too. WWE has plent of talent Danielson, Swagger, Ziggler, Kidd, Smith, Morrison, Punk, and others. Those guys shold have the main event spots. With this logic, I hope you are not a Miz fan, because the guy probably couldnt wrestle candy from a 5-year old. Also, Brandon Silvestri is a wannabe shooter.

You guys never read the memo? To be considered a good wrestler, your last name (or last name of a spouse) must be Hart, or you must spend at least 4 years wrestling in Japan. I mean, it's pretty common knowledge. I hope Cena gets better soon. He may not be the flashiest competitor, but he has a passion for the business few others possess. Or you must have incredible ring psychology preferably with some athletic ability like The Rock and Randy Savage. Cena is limited in every sense of the word. He is only capable of cutting promos. His best matches are considered good-great because he outdid himself. He will never hang with the likes of Hart, Smith, Dynamite, Hennig, Michaels, Angle. Considering that he has had great matches with Michaels and Angle...and considering the fact that he can't really have matches with those others in this day and age. Angle, HBK and Hart have nothing but good things to say about Cena so what is the point of you bashing again? If he's so damn limited and so damn terrible then why don't you step into the ring and show someone how much better you can be if you tried...

BIG UPDATE!!!! It IS Meltzer reporting, so I'm not taking this seriosuly at all: He is NOT injured, he is looking for a way out of his contract.
It's dumb to believe. LoL. I really REALLY wish this was true. Cena out of the WWE would be beautiful.

If what Meltzer said is true and the injury isnt as bad as 1st thought, its all for the best as he hasnt sold any injury his whole career anyway.Sorry, that one was to easy.

Words cannot express how much respect I just lost for Meltzer. I'm not even sure I had that much respect for him in the first place. Now? None.

Oh. My bad. I thought this was a thread about the possibility of Cena being injured. I could have sworn, based on your posts, that it was a thread to bash Cena because he got injured. To which, I figured turnabout was fair play, and thought that someone should post something about your favorite, showing what a human piece of crap he is.
My bad. I'll try harder next time.
