i'll even throw in there Undertaker's turn in late 1998 ....after turning -and being- a face since Feb. of 1992 ,suddenly he teams back up with Paul Bearer,turns his back on the fans,and goes on to form the Ministry of Darkness...
there were little hints of it in the summer of 98,like teaming with his brother a bit,but at the time that turned Kane more into a face than Taker into a heel...people just didn't want to boo him,until the full turn happened..

I found Matt Hardy's first heel turn on Jeff pretty shocking at the time.
