This may be a bit spoilery, it describes an upcoming episode which is going to be awesome. Though it doesn't spoil what happens in the story so may be worth reading if you enjoy Supernatural.
In an upcoming episode Sam & Dean are transported to a universe where they are Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki who star on a hit TV series entitled Supernatural. We also get to meet Jared's real wife Genevieve Cortese [Returning] who previously played Ruby.

I mean I enjoyed them doing the LARP episode and kind of working it in(poorly)to the storyline but this just seems a little much.
but this doesnt stop me from watching...its all or nothing with supernatural haha...sadly, I did get the tat haha

I really like Jensen Ackles... it's a shame he's on such a bad show. The show isnt bad, just needed ended like it was intended to be instead of being continued just because it has a cult fan base |

Sounds very "Wes Craven's New Nightmare"-ish to me. I'll watch though, since I tend to enjoy the show.

It's missing a much needed big story like they had for what 2 or 3 years with the end of the world. But that's what happens when you make it past 4 or 5 seasons. I just hope it never loses it's humor it's still got it for now.

I was super into the show until Season 4. Season 5 was good until they had a run of one off episodes right in the middle of big plot points. It seemed like they didn't have enough story to make a full season, so they added in filler episodes.
At the end of Season 5, I was satisfied. Until they announced Season 6. Really? The story has been told. I haven't seen a single episode of Season 6, and I won't. Just like Scrubs Season 9, it's only for the money.
I recently picked up Season 5 on Blu-Ray. When they release Season 2, I will get it, and have what I consider the complete collection.

I don't understand where people are saying there is no big storyline, when clearly there is: Sam getting his soul back, and capturing all of the origin monsters.I don't agree with it being all about the money. Dawn Ostrofsky who was the head of the CW when they went in said she hoped Supernatural would go on as long as possible. I believe she said She hoped one day we'd be seeing an 8th, 9th season. It wasn't until the 4th season when the head of the show came out with that "Oh, I'm doing 5 years" Plus, he's still completely involved in the show. He's writing, overseeing. He never left. |

Honestly I'm displeased in the season.....its that it all seems so slapped together. The biggest storyline is the purgatory and since they just killed an important role in it then your just left with well...not alot to go on. except for maybe inner pain of sam...and the left over "normal" dean life. And yea Kripke stayed on as a consultant but he honestly said he would only be there to help keep things in the world he tried to build. The coolest part was the alpha's and the missing religous items... just to much going on and to many plot holes and quick fixes that they are becoming notorious for....idk i love the show...i just feel like Sera Gamble really didnt pull the weight that she talked. |
