Mick Foley - Comes w/ brown tights, removable mask, and removable Mankind & Cactus Jack shirts so you could have either of them.
Kane - Either his debut or the Royal Rumble 2001 attire. His full attire could be fabric(similar to Elite Big Show and Swagger's removable singlets) & he could also have a removable mask.
Triple H - 2002 return w/ the jacket & jeans. Could have his WMX8 attire on under it.
Hulk Hogan - WMX8 attire.
Undertaker - Judgement Day 2000 return attire.

Not sure which moment in his career or a specific event, but maybe Brutus "the Beefcake" Barber. I can see them Mattel doing just the figure and his hedge clippers for Legends line, but for DM they could get elaborate with the paint apps/sculpt of some of his colorful outfits that always had the cut out/zebra print look, plus they could add on any of his long coats he used to wear with removable bow tie. They can also add more accessories than just the hedge clippers they could add in the bag he used to carry the scissors and cordless clipper as extra accessories.

Defining Moments? Wouldn't sell

Shockmaster...
Seriously, think about it. The line is called "Defining Moments" and that's what Shockmaster had. One, epic, defining moment. It defined the rest of his run and he's entirely memorable for one single moment.
He's the perfect choice.

The Defining moments line is about one night only, Like Macho man was dressed in his wrestlemainia gear, you don't see them mixing it up with his spider man gimmick.

Stone Cold : KOTR when he coined the prase "Austin 3:16 says I just whipped your ass"
Edge: First MITB Cashing in @ NYRevolution
Ric Flair : Winning Royal Rumble '92
Vince McMahon as the Higher Power
i don't know really. interesting concept but my guess is that they need some sort of extravagent entrance attire to go with a career-defining moment.... that's all i got so far...

While there are Legends I definitely want in their signature attire and such, I considered what I wouldn't feel like I was getting charged extra just for the figure. Especially since regular Legends can come with T-Shirts and robes so that's what knocked Flair and Bret off my list.
I'd have to go back and check the date, but I know PJ will back me on my first choice ;-)
* Triple H with removable cutoff denim vest, jeans and T-Shirt from the RAW where he crashes Test and Steph's wedding and shows the video where he and Steph got married.
*The Rock (and roll) - close cropped haircut, vest, pants, guitar and stool.
*The British Bulldog from Summerslam 92 where he defeats Bret for the IC title - the robe alone done in high quality would make this one worthwhile but you could also toss in a Union Jack flag too.
Shawn Michaels - Summerslam 95 or any of his intricate attires from 95 with the hat, vest and chaps combo.
It'd never happen, but a "Double J" Jeff Jarrett figure would be worth the extra price with one of his detailed outfits and ring attire.

Chris Jericho - 1st Undisputed Champion, with shirt, WWF Championship and WCW Championship.
Bret Hart - WrestleMania X, with jacket and WWF Championship.
Steve Austin - When he revealed the Stone Cold Championship, with removable jeans, time-specific vest and shirt and of course the Stone Cold WWF Championship.
British Bulldog - SummerSlam 1992 with IC Title, and that Britain Flag cape.
Kane - Mask removal moment, removable mask and hair piece, maybe with a weapon or something too.
Undertaker - Survivor Series 1994, when he finally defeated Yokozuna in a casket match, with the standard Undertaker attire and a CASKET.
Ricky The Dragon Steamboat - with the entrance gear used on his Hasbro figure...
Chris Jericho - 2007 Return, with removable street gear and "The Code" tights and vest.
Randy Orton - SummerSlam 2004, with removable Evolution shirt, World Heavyweight Championship, and new scan/orange tights.
John Cena - WrestleMania 21, removable shirt, hat, WWE(Undisputed style) Championship.
Rey Mysterio - WrestleMania 24(?), Joker attire, Intercontinental Championship.
Yokozuna - removable robe and WWF Championship.

How do you seperate Defining Moments and Legends?
HHH and Taker from attitude era could be DM because of the accessories and detail whereas people like Y2J just need a ring jacket and a belt depending on the timeframe. I guess Entrance Greats where like DM but in basic which is a shame because that Y2J would have been a great Elite.
