F4WOnline.com is reporting that Shawn Michaels is one of three big names that have been finalized as inductees into the 2011 WWE Hall of Fame class. The other two are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
Shortly after Shawn Michaels made an appearance on Raw last night, Michaels wrote "Surprise, surprise" on his Twitter page.
"Seriously, thanks to all of you for making my career such a joy. I will carry those moments with me all my life. Thanks for sharing it with me."
Sean Waltman, also known as X-Pac, Tweeted the following during Raw tonight: "I have no words right now to describe how happy I am for Shawn. No one deserves it more. I will be there to see him inducted if I have to f---ing hitchhike to get there... I would love for the Wolfpac to be in attendance that night. I'm trying to think of the last time The Kliq were all together. 2002?

Right now if I had to say who the other 2 big names might be I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Randy Savage, and just maybe Goldberg.

I was sure it was going to be Warrior or Savage, but great for Michaels, obviously deserves it

Since Nash isn't in TNA anymore, let Nash induct him. Hell, let Pac, Hall, Nash and Hunter induct him.

I hope one of the 2 remaining is Randy Savage. THAT MAN deserves the HoF honors.

Put the friggin Road Warriors in already! But, yes HBK is VERY deserving!

I think Randy Savage is going in 100%. Possibly Sting as the final big name?

I think it's too early for Shawn Michaels to go in. Not saying he doesn't deserve it... but there was plenty of other options... Savage and Warrior come to mind.

If Goldberg ever gets into the HOF, it will lose all meaning. No matter how big his fanbase was, anyone who got into wrestling for the money doesn't deserve HOF honors.

I thought Savage was still on bad terms with the E?

If Randy Savage is inducted, AND shows up on RAW, it'll be one of the greatest nights in Wrestling history. I almost want to discard the thought, but Bret Hart was on RAW a year ago, anything's possible.

I thought Savage was still on bad terms with the E? Not sure. We did get a figure of him. And the rumor was always the WWE didn't like him not that he didn't like the WWE.

I expected WWE to pull out all the stops for the Hall of Fame this year, because last year's was pretty lackluster to be quite honest.
I have no problem with Michaels going in, and I'm sure it's going to be a great celebration. I expect Triple H to induct him, anything else would be a surprise quite frankly.
Interesting to see that there are supposedly other big names planned.

I think Macho Man will probably get in this year.
I love Goldberg, but I don't think he should be in the WWE Hall of Fame. The bottom line is that this guy only a wrestler from 1997-2001 and then in WWE for a year. That is such a short career. Granted, he was the biggest star in WCW for a short time and had a really big impact on the business....but he just doesn't have the longevity that I think it takes to deserve to be a WWE Hall of Famer.
